I received so many compliments at my office and felt so glamorous and stylish. Loved this shirt. Soft and comfy material - I would definitely buy if I could afford it! The only con is it wrinkles fairly easily, so the back was a bit wrinkled from my morning commute but no big deal! I'll probably rent again! haha

Ties cut at odd angles

I didn't realize that this shirt is really a poncho with ties to close it under the arms a bit. Unless you're more adventurous than I am, you need to wear a tank top or something under it, because its completely open on the sides, but for the strings that connect the front and back of the "poncho". It is lovely, though. The one I had had gold NR pins (though they weren't detachable) on each collar point, which I wasn't expecting, as they're not in the photo. Also, the garment I'd received looked as though it had been worn rather a lot. I wore it (even though -- once again -- it's a poncho), and it was fine. If it had been in better shape (didn't look so worn), I'd have worn it out to dinner or theater, or party or whatever. It's definitely pretty -- just not what I was expecting. Did I mention it's a poncho?
