I wore this to work. Received compliments and it was cute. Would wear again

This was such a comfortable yet fashion forward dress. Love it. Easy to wear and could have certainly been dressed up More.

Any dress that can be worn with sneakers is always a great find! This style can be worn with white Converses, or any white flat sneakers. I typically wear US size 4/6, so this dress ran large on me. If I wore the size 6, I'd still consider sizing down for the back-up. Since it's a straight dress, it's comfortable throughout the body. This dress is loose in the midsection, and falls 3 inches above knees. The front zipper is rose gold, so it matched my watch perfectly!

Fit tight on the hips ( and my hips/butt not big) but it worked when I pulled it up a bit. Love the material it's thicker than it looks. Sleeves bigger than they seems in photo too.

Material/fabric was strange, but an easy look nevertheless

This dress runs one size large. Based on the helpful reviews, I ordered one size down (size 8) from my regular RTR size (size 10; I am 5'8", 155 lbs, 36C) and the fit was perfect, albeit slightly snug in the hips. To my surprise, this dress was more flattering than I would have expected and I can definitely see myself wearing it for the right occasion (e.g. summer party). It is such a fun dress and very comfortable to wear. The reason I give it only 4 stars is the buckle element on the shoulders. If you zoom in at the side view of the model photo, you will see silver buckles that hold straps to shorten the sleeves. Unfortunately, the weight of the buckles keeps the shoulder seam from staying where it should be, pulling it constantly to either the front or back.

Very easy to wear. Panty lines? Please. I could wear Depends and no one would notice. Do I feel sexy? No. Do I feel cool? Kind of. I'm at work now and I'm not sure if I should "strut" or hide under my desk. You see the picture... you decide!

Too tight on my thighs and was a tad longer than expected. Worked better as a shirt for me

I did not wear this. It looked so strange on my apple shaped body. The material is thin and crinkly. There are weird dangling pieces of fabric from the sleeves. It was just odd. Maybe it would work for a tall, narrow person. Not for someone with curves. Color and print was as bold as in the photo (in a good way).

This dress falls well, the color is gorgeous. Comfortable, beautiful. A wearable work of art.

Interesting piece. You have to have total fashion confidence to pull this off or else you will feel like you look ridiculous. I liked the item, the material was very interesting. The shoulders fit a bit weird. Knowing how much this item retails for is the only thing that kept me from feeling like a total weirdo. I forgot to wear a belt with it which would have helped it have more of a shape. I did not feel attractive or sexy at all wearing this item. It is more of a "look at me and my eccentric fashion taste" type of piece, than a "I'm ahead of my time and am on the cutting edge of fashion" item. Definitely not for the faint of heart. Clings to leggings, so beware.

This is a very unique dress because of the fabric. It's super light and has a bit of a sheen to it. Unfortunately, I could not wear it because the cut of it is not curve-friendly. If you have an hour glass shape, I would just keep looking for something else because there is no room for hips in this dress. It would be perfect for a long, lanky build.

I felt so chic in this dress and got several compliments on it. The hips were a little tighter than I anticipated, but decided to go with it anyway. Fabulous print - wear simple shoes and jewelry so as not to detract from it.

Great print and color. Comfortable. Not everyone's cup of tea but I really liked it. Not too tent-like.

lovely color and print- nicer than pictures, material is a medium weight silk not clingy, loved how it felt on, dress was brand new with tags unfortunately made me look like I was wearing a tent and emphasized my broad shoulders if you are thin and tall would be beautiful I am short and apple, good for belly, not good for broad shoulders

The cut of the sleeves have a lot of fabric. I had to keep adjusting all day. But I liked the dress. I sized up and that was a good decision.

I loved the color and idea but huge in the shoulders for a 36 and snug in the hips (meaning too small for me, I'm a pear). There are D rings on straps to gather the sleeves. I couldn't really see them on the photo

Returned as fabric was not at all what I expected. Description should not say "silk" as fabric is viscose & poly, not silk! It looked kind of like parachute fabric. Also, the dress has tabs & rings to draw up the sleeves that are not shown in the picture.

I love the color and pattern of this dress. But the sleeves were odd, and the little metal rings that you could tie the straps to made the dress fall oddly on my shoulders. It also pulled across my hips when I sat but felt very loose and boxy when I stood. Not in love.

Rented for a work event where I needed to wear something purple. The dress was okay -- it was very tight around my hips/butt, though really baggy (almost unflattering) everywhere else, so I don't think sizing up would have been a good option for me. Would ride up when I walked, so probably better if you're not going to be doing a lot of that (suppose the chances of this happening would be a lot less if it doesn't end up being too tight around your hips though!) The material also wrinkled really easily, so it didn't look the greatest at the end of the day. It's honestly just an okay dress -- I was excited to try it but don't think I'll be renting it again.

A good dress for hot summery days (very light, silky fabric that was very breathable in the humidity). Also a really cool pattern and vibe - got a ton of compliments. I rented a size down from my normal size 34 instead of 36) bc other reviews said it ran large, but I found it to be too baggy up top and less baggy on the bottom (I 'm narrow in the waist and broad in shoulders/hips). I didn't love the fit, but if you like a shift dress this is a good choice for you. Would order your true size if you have a booty.

I think this dress would look great on some people, but it did not look good on my body. The sleeves were too large, and kind of weird, and the best of the dress did not hang well on me. The color and fabric is pretty though.

I don't know if I got the wrong matching size but I usually wear a 6 and this looked huge on me. I love the print and the color and will try to rent it again in a smaller size.

This is a super cool fabric and print, but unfortunately my hips and belly just didn’t jive with the cut (admittedly, I have big hips and belly!). I didn’t end up wearing it.

Pretty dress too baggy

I decided to finally try this dress as it looks cute on the model and I love the print. Unfortunately, the reviews are pretty accurate. The fabric is so weird, scratchy and wrinkly. Not really sure why this dress is so expensive or who it would fit and look good on. As other reviewers stated it runs quite large. I sized down one size but could have gone down two or maybe even three. Might look good on a tall, curvy girl?

Just not very flattering: I wanted a chic sack for running kids around town but the skirt was fitted on me, so it didn't quite work for a sack or a dress. Not for a pear shape.

Narrow through hip. Not silk, but viscose. Shoulder straps arrived bunched up.

Maternity only. I cannot imagine this looking good on anyone else. There was more than enough room in the stomach area to add a full size basketball under that dress. But it wasn't that large anywhere else. Just a weird amount of fabric at the tummy. My husband actually started laughing when I tried it on even though he was trying not to. Needless to say I did not wear it.

The dress is purple (vs periwinkle) and made from the same material as the robes worn in a hair salon. The cut is cute, but the fabric is a deal-breaker. Did not wear it in public.
