STYLIST REVIEW!

Bold and unique! This dress is perfect if you want to be the life of any party! This runs true to size and has comfortable room for hips and curves. This dress is tea length and can be worn with a standard bra. The fabric has no stretch, so if you are worried about fit we recommend sizing up for your backup. Pair this with a simple clutch and a red lip.

Wore to church

This dress is really cute and so comfortable. The color is the best shade of red- super bright. I could wear it all day, it's that soft. My only bit of criticism is that it definitely doesn't flatter a mid-frame body. It would probably look great on someone trying to hide some curves. Though it was still super pretty, it was an odd length. Not quite tea, not right below the knee, just odd. I would HIGHLY recommend heels!

Unique red designer dress

My main complaint with this dress is it flattened my chest and wasn't super flattering around the waist. Also, men couldn't understand why it looked wrinkly. Lol. This is a dress to wear in a high fashion environment vs. a normal work environment.

How many compliments I received!

The fit is flattering. It's fitted at the top and the bottom is a slimming and down-flowing skirt. Because it's ruched, the fabric can be quite thick. So don't wear it on an incredibly humid day unless you're inside in A/C 90% of the day. It's a beautiful dress and well made. I received compliments the moment I stepped out the door. With the right application, red is a confidence giving color! I wore it with with a pair of Everlane platform suede slip-ons, and clean-lined camo handbag.... it made for a well-tailored and easy work ensemble.

Showstopper

I rented this to wear for a big work presentation. I received more compliments on this dress than any other. It has incredible detailing and a bold red color. The hemline hit me just below the knee at 5'10". Rent if you want to really make a statement but still be work appropriate.

Lovely dress, slightly too big in the waist

Recently had a child (well, not too recently, but that's what I tell myself) and signed up for the unlimited subscription service in the hopes of accommodating my new, "fluctuating" body (read: tired, hot-mess). One of the four items I picked for my first delivery was not available, and this was on the list of suggested replacements. I was encouraged by the reviews that mentioned that it was too big in the waist. Turns out . . . it's too big in the waist. But, as I've 40" hips now, going any smaller probably would have been a bad idea. The weight of manipulated fabric is probably to blame for the waistline being a bit shapeless. That being said, I like the fabric and will wear it to work (i.e. away from the tiny one and his various fountains of bodily fluids). I'm about 5'6" with a long torso and the [largish] waist hits me at my natural waist, so it might be a little too long in the waist for short-waisted folk. The chest area fits fine; I'm a 34DDD at VS (which, I don't trust in the slightest to be an accurate size, but those be the only non-nursing bras I have at the moment, so let's roll with it). Current usual clothing size: anywhere between a US 8-10 (usually 12/40-42/44 in UK, FR, IT).

Runs large.

I wasn't impressed with the dress. It runs large and the material wasn't my favorite.

I sent it back without wearing it.

I loved the color and the fit. I wasn't so excited about the pleats around the stomach area and I'm not quire sure about the back - the skirt has the pleats but the top is just plain. In the end, I sent it back without wearing it.

I generally do go skimming reviews but this time was way too big

I sized up and what a mistake, I should've stuck with my usual size. The dress is pretty and beautifully made but when you wear it so large it loses everything wonderful about the dress.
