nice thick material is forgiving. very comfortable. Great for a small bust like mine.

This dress is lovely on. I have a very flat chest but it didn't matter in this dress. I didn't wear a bra and was still comfortable. The fabric is thick. The dress does ride up a little while sitting. But hangs well.

This dress was a beautiful dark navy with a thick fabric with great texture and fit. Loved the sheer detail and neckline and the little button detail on the back. The ruffle flair on the skirt is fun and flirty. Definitely wold recommend it. The fit was perfect.

This dress was really one of a kind! Loved it, and got soooo many compliments on it. One girl actually stopped me, grabbed my hand, and twirled me around while screaming, "I am OBSESSED with your dress!". The fit was amazing, although it did run small. I usually wear an 8 (40) in dresses but ordered the 10 (42) in case and so glad I did. This is a really pretty Navy Blue. This is great for busty girls, the neckline is really flattering. It was a little too short for me...but I adored this dress anyways.

I wore this dress to a B'nai Mitzvah ceremony. It was appropriate for the occasion, very comfortable, and a little fun and flirty. I received many compliments throughout the day! The dress did run a little small. I am 5'7", 135lbs and typically wear an american size 4 (Euro size 34). I live in NYC so I was able to try this dress on in the RTR store, and ended up renting in in a Euro size 38. This size fit perfectly.

The fabric is a little stretchy, but resist the temptation to think that means you could fit into a smaller size. It will look better if you size up (especially if you've got a bit of flab around the midsection like me). You will need a strapless bra, but I didn't find the mesh panel to be especially low so I think any strapless bra will do. I was so sad to return this dress!

I wore this dress for my friends June wedding. The fabric is light, great for the summer heat. I received so many compliments on it. Great for women with big bust.

I think this dress is perfect for any kind of event: wedding, formal event, date, work event, etc. It was was sexy and fun while still remaining classy and tasteful. I usually wear a 2 or a 4. The 2 was much too small and the 4 was a better fit, although still a bit on the tighter side, in a way that flatters. The sheer top and the fun skirt gave it some edge. I thought this was black before reading the reviews, but it's a pretty, dark navy blue color. I will probably be renting this again. Loved it!

It's quite form-fitting but overall it still remains comfortable. The top is beautiful and very graceful/sexy. The dress creates a very nice silhouette. I was definitely complemented on it. Highly recommend it!

Very body-con but the fabric is heavier so it doesn't show every lump and bump. The sheer bodice and ruffle at the bottom make this dress sexy, but in a way that is still appropriate for a formal event like a wedding. Wore it with gold heels and blue drop earrings and put my hair up so I could show off the pretty neckline.

I did not read description as I thought it was black, from the look of the photo... it is indeed navy... Fit snug but not overly tight, if I were a few lbs less it would have been even more perfect than it was... It is a fun dress that is easy to move in....

The dress actually has a lot of stretch to it. I tried on the 38 and it felt perfect. The 36 might have fit as well, but I didn't want it to be too short. You have to be sure to have a strapless bra that dips pretty low so you dont ruin the sheer line of the top.

Perfect combination of sexy and adorable. The navy material is super stretchy so it's flattering on a larger chest and I thought the dark color was extremely slimming. Love how sexy the flouncy mini skirt was!

This dress is amazing. I received a ton of compliments on the dress when I recently wore it to a church wedding and outside reception. It does run tight but the material has a little stretch making in comfortable. If you do need to wear a bra you might find this difficult with the cut of the dress. The mesh falls pretty low that a bra might be seen.

I rented this because I thought the cut and color (navy instead of black) were unusual. But it was also surprisingly comfortable and very flattering! The fabric has just the right amount of stretch - this makes the dress very form fitting and sexy but not overtly so.

This was a fantastic dress. It is super slimming. I read another review that said if you are broad shouldered it wasn't flattering not true, it's the opposite! That sheer detail brings the attention to your cleavage and draws the eye in. It is very narrowing and slimming. It is however a bit tight in the chest so I would recommend going up a size. The ruffle details, sleeves and sheer collar also make it super feminine and classy. I really wish I owned this one as it would be my go to dress.

I first tried on this dress at the RTR showroom in NY. It was not something I would have chosen but the stylist recommended it, and I'm so glad she did! It's very form fitting (but stretchy) so I went with the 36. The material is beautiful and I received quite a few compliments. Very comfortable for dancing the night away! (Highly recommend visiting the showroom if you're near one - great experience.)

Dress is slightly stretch and fits your curves. Runs true to size and is very sexy. The neckline is low, so I wore stick-on bra which worked perfect!

I am 5'3 163lbs and wore the size 44. Perfect fit. I am a 38D and would say that being shorter and bustier this dress lengthwise and size wise worked perfectly. I felt very comfortable in it did not even have to wear spanx. I did wear a control top pantyhose and that was sufficient I wish I could buy this dress, because I feel it is a timeless classic. The color is a beautiful navy. One of my fav. dress!

I wore this dress for a birthday dinner. It is lovely and well made. I had to have it pressed because it arrived a bit wrinkled but it really makes a fashion statement! I'd rent it again.

Great dark blue color! I don't like black so this is a great alternative! Wore it for a Fall wedding in Maine and it fit the bill perfectly. Is very form fitting and on the shorter side for my 5'7" frame, but perfectly acceptable in a conservative environment. About right at knee length. The only reason is gets 4 out of 5 stars is this is not a bra friendly dress. I actually took a pair of scissors to an old bra in order to be able to wear a bra that wouldn't peek out. If you can go bra less that's your best bet, a conventional strapless will show. I wanted a little lift and shape so I crafted my bra. The form fitting nature of the dress held my craft project bra right in place!

Beautiful, classy and elegant dress. The mesh part of the cleavage covering material runs very low, so most bras will be visible. I recommend buying cups or fashion tape to pull bra down and hold in place. Length is absolutely perfect.

Unfortunately, it just didn't fit me quite right. I'd call myself a pear silhouette, and I think this dress would look a lot better on a lady with proportionally larger ta-tas and a smaller bum.

Loved the dress and the way it fit; very comfortable even across my broad shoulders. IMO the pique fabric gave it a more informal feel than I wanted for the evening wedding. Must say I was looking forward to dancing in it though...

My husband picked this dress for me. It was my backup but the ones I picked did not fit. It was ok-not something that I was really sad to return (trust me, I've had a few that I would have gladly bought from RTR, I loved them so much!) The pro's: comfy, stays put (more or less-the sheath rides up a little but that is the nature of this style), interesting neckline, true to size. The con's: skirt oddly asymmetric (the area that was higher looked a little like someone had hacked it with the scissors-didn't really make sense in placement), plunging neckline REALLY dives down (absolutely cannot wear a bra with it which was ok for me; however, I used the silicone shields and even they were visible at times-I was a little self conscious.) This dress is navy which one ought to take into consideration when planning footwear-I didn't think about the effect on my shoes until the night of the event-oops. All-in-all ok but not amazing.

My only issue with the dress is that it can ride up a bit, making the skirt very short. I had to tug it down every few minutes, which was annoying. Otherwise, it fit perfectly and was very flattering. Love the color, material, and design.

I wore this to an art gallery and it was perfect. would be great for a date or wedding too. i am inbetween a 6 and an 8 and the smaller size 6 fit perfectly as the fabric is stretchy and forgiving. note that the fabric is also textured too (didnt realize that until i opened the bag) . i am also a B cup and wear a pushup bra so the neckline does show cleavage (if you are modest, be warned!) I would rent this dress again

I wore this to an outdoor wedding in mid September in NYC. It was perfectly appropriate for the occasion, and I received compliments. The material was stretchier than I thought it would be, and the dress was a tighter fit that expected. It also fell a little farther up my thigh than I expected. It was comfortable though.

I ordered this dress in a 6 and 8, and the 8 definitely fit better, so definitely runs small. The color is definitely navy, and a neutral shoe workks perfectly. I wore this dress to a wedding and received many compliments.

This dress is so pretty and I received several compliments on it. I typically wear a 2, so I rented the 34, but this dress runs pretty small, so I would definitely order a size up. The 36 worked perfect for me. It was still very fitted though and showed off my curves, though the fabric is fairly stretchy. I did feel like when I reached up the dress came up with it, so I felt like I had to pull it down a few times, but it wasn't that big of a deal. Overall I thought this dress was beautiful and would definitely recommend it.

This dress is gorgeous and flattering HOWEVER.......the sheer part comes VERY low, which is not shown well in the picture. It was too low for me to wear to a family-event/party, which was disappointing. A beautiful, fun dress if you're not worried about showing too much up there, however!
