Mega quick review: Size up one if you're unsure - this dress CUTS at the armpits and neck, especially if you have a wide ribcage or broad shoulders. I'm an 8 and I think I would have been much more comfortable in the 10. That being said, this dress was perfect for the red carpet premiere of Star Wars: The Last Jedi - I got lots of compliments, even from the stars of the movie! The dress is a bit heavy, mostly due to the cape, but it's totally manageable. Great dress, would recommend~

I love this formal dress! This runs true to size and I recommend going up one size for your backup. This is great for any cup size and is fitted throughout. The fabric is stretchy, so there is comfortable room for hips. This should be worn with a strapless bra and I recommend wearing Spanx. Pair this with a gold cuff and simple clutch!

This dress definitely stands out! The style and color is fabulous. I loved the cape -- really added to the look. It runs true to size. I would recommend going one size up for backup. It’s fitted at the waist and hips. The fabric is very stretchy which allows comfortable fit throughout midsection and for full hips. The dress hits right above the ankle and the cape is slightly longer and hits right below the ankle. It’s a little tight under the arm with no shoulder. Very unique dress. Would definitely rent again!

Fit really great. The dress had give to it, which made it feel like I was practically wearing pj's - but looked like $1m dollars!

This dress wasn't a s showstopper but it worked well for my growing pregnancy belly and it was elegant yet comfortable.

I wore this dress to a formal disco party and had a perfect Halston era feel to it. The fabric is fairly lightweight and lovely, shows up great on camera. A few notes: the cape drags much lower than the hem and I'm 5'6" wore a size 2R was wearing 4" platforms and the cape part still almost grazed the ground. What's weird is that aside from the cape length it's probably best for petites- top of the dress fits short, the underarm holes hit very high and that part was a bit uncomfortable. If you have an athletic build up top I doubt it would fit no matter the size.
