I am in love with this dress! The cut is so flattering! I am usually a 4 and I am wearing a 6 in the photo. The dress does run true to size but I recommend sizing up for your backup size because the dress is very fitted. The dress is fitted at my waist and throughout my midsection. The dress is cut straight at my hips so I recommend curvier women sizing up for fuller hips. The fabric has no stretch. The dress is great for any cup size. I am a 34D and felt very comfortable. The dress should be worn with a NuBra or no bra. I am 5’9’ and the dress was floor length on me. This dress is perfect for any formal occasion. Pair with a black heels and minimal jewelry.

Good fit, just the right amount of cleavage for me (small chest), but could have accommated a larger chest for sure. This dress has just the right amount of detail with the appropriate 1 sexy feature for a perfect evening. I liked the closed back, deep front, and waist accentuation.

This dress was sent as a back-up one when the original couldn't come, but it worked out better than I could have ever hoped for. I was worried it wouldn't fit my broad shoulders, but the whole dress fit like a glove. The plunging neckline was daring but tasteful, and I got compliments all night long from complete strangers. I wore a medium heel and the hem was still a little long. It worked out okay though, you just have to be careful with it. The dress was also a little tight when I was trying to put it on over my butt and hips initially, so if you are more blessed than me back there, I'd probably get a 6R as a back-up size. This dress is absolutely stunning and I'd wear it again in a heartbeat.

The 2R fit perfectly on top but the skirt was a bit long. I am 5'4". I wore 5 inch heels which made the dress length perfect. Walking without getting my heels caught in the embroidery took a little practice. Once I got the hang of it, the dress was magical and comfortable enough for dancing late into the night.

This is a beautiful dress. It was very revealing up top but the ornate fabric and full skirt along with a simple choker and flats instead of heels offset the boobs a bit. Made my waist look tiny and my chest look perky :) I wore this to a soft opening for a new Mexican restaurant and the colors and style of the dress fit the theme perfectly. The only weird thing was the length. It was about 6" shorter than in the picture on RTR. I am 5'8 so I'm not petite but this dress looked like it had been shortened right out of the bag before I even put it on. Flats made the dress not only the proper length above the floor but also made my night that much more comfortable and dressed it down a bit making the cleavage a little less in-your-face (if that makes sense).

Love love love loved this gown! It fit like perfection and got so so many compliments! A wonderfully flattering silhouette and was so fun and chic to wear.

I cannot rave enough about this dress! Completely perfect! The detailing of this dress is second to none. It is pretty heavy so be prepared for that. Has many layers under the crochet that help the flow of the bottom. The zipper was a little hard to get down even when it was on the hanger. It wasn't a huge issue just had to be careful of the material by the waistband because it would stop at the seams there. No bra needed at all with this. Very glamorous! Rent it you will be happy you did.

I wore this dress for a black tie gala, and the dress is beautiful, especially the lace and the detail at the waist. Two things to note - the top runs really large. It is low cut and gaps, so you need to be pretty busty to fill it out and I would also suggest double stick tape. I am a 34B and needed to pin it at the back or my neck, even with a padded bra. The length was also pretty short on me (I am 5'8 and wore 4 inch heels) - it was a few inches off the ground. I didn't mind the length, it felt fresh and modern, but just a word to the wise for tall girls expecting it to be floor length - it isn't. I got lost of compliments though and liked that I could easily move and dance in it.

Wore this to a formal fundraiser gala that had a black, white and red dress code. I rented this the day of the event from the Chicago store, so I couldn't get it in my normal size (6) but the stylists said the 4 looked great, which is what I wore. It felt snug but didn't restrict too much, I was able to sit, dance and eat pretty comfortably. The dress gapped slightly between my armpits and chest, but that might have also been an issue of sizing being slightly off. I received non-stop compliments from total strangers stopping me all night, so I guess the stylists were right! :) The front shows lots of cleavage and you can't wear a bra, so keep that in mind when renting. If you're looking for a very unique formal dress, this is for you!

I did not get to wear this dress because it's a little too formal for the wedding i am attending. What a dress though!!!! It makes a strong statement. I look forward to having an event in the future when I can rent it again. The skirt is quite heavy which I love. The zipper on mine was weak though. The metal part you grasp broke off once but is easy to connect back. Just be aware when zipping.

I rented this for my daughters wedding. Far prettier in real life than in photos. The quality and workmanship is exquisite. However, I have a boys figure, so larger waste and narrow hips. I had to size up in the dress to fit my waist, but the resulted in a gaping chest area. Definitely better suited to a more shapely figure.

i wasn't convinced with it after reviewing the pictures. Oh, how happy i was for renting it. It made me stand out in a crowd with such amazing quality...It is a bit on a tighter fit and the bust area is very open. Not very comfy if you will be wearing high heels as they kept getting stuck in the lace on the bottom, but worth all the un-comfort for the compliments you will receive.

This was a very special dress and was extremely fun to wear. The plunge was very low, but I am flat chested with a strong upper back so it fit well. Needed sticky cups to make it work. The dress is very long -- I am 5'8" and wore 3" heels and it just dusted the floor. You definitely need to be tall or have high shoe options to wear this dress, as it would not take hem tape well in my opinion.

This is a really special dress - does not disappoint. It is very flattering in the chest (arguably better than a push up bra), and it can span formalities depending on how you accessorize. Stunning dress, was hard to send back.

This gown was truly gorgeous in the design. The dress is completely lace and looks stunning. I got compliments on it all night. The fit was incredible. I am 5'9 and always wear flats and the dress was barely long enough, so if you wear heels I would be cautious. The dress is very comfortable and flattering but it is very difficult to get your arms above 90 degrees in the dress.

I cannot say enough about this beautiful dress!! The fit was a true 6 - fit my waist, shoulders, etc like a glove. The length was perfect (I'm 5'7") with 2in heels. I didn't have to wear a bra (34B) and the weight of it made it move in an extraordinary way when I walked/danced. I also loved the stitching details. The compliments I received made me seriously consider buying this piece. Truly awesome and worth the price.

Devestated that this gown didnt work. I had a havana themed formal event for work and i am between an 8/10. The 10 was not available so i got the 8 and unfortunately it didnt fit at all.

I had been dreaming of this dress and really wanted it to work. The top, however, was huge on me, and I'm pretty busty - 32DD. Weirdly, so was the upper half of the waistband section. I'm 5'3" am currently about 123 lbs and hourglass shaped. I tried on a size 6 because a 4 wasn't available and that might have been better. However, while the 6 was big on top (starting exactly at the waistline), the zipper felt pretty fitted around the bottom of my torso. So I'm not sure that a 4 would have been the solution. The craftsmanship on the dress is really gorgeous. If it fits you right, you will certainly make an impression.

This dress will absolutely steal the show. It's beautiful in pictures but it is STUNNING in person. It's like wearing art. And very flattering on. I simply chose not to wear it because it wasn’t my style. The dress design is SO amazing that it steals the show - even from the person wearing it IMO, lol. If you want your dress to be a huge, but still classy statement, this is perfect. And the fit is lovely. Though it is very low cut, so you’ll either need special garments or to go without a bra. The dress was a little long on me, but I’m 5’3” so most things are.

This dress was very tight trough the rib cage. I'm anywhere between a 4-6 and I feel like I would need a 10 in this dress. If it properly I think this dress would be a show stopper

I must be short waisted as the dress was way too big on top. Not just in chest area but it had an overhang in the back.
