I loved this dress! I wore it for my fiancées brothers wedding, and it was so beautiful. I loved that it had the snaps to hold your bra in place so there was no strap-slip, and it was just the right length, which is hard to find when you're little like me.

True to size, but I went up a size so it wasn't quite as clingy. Beautiful color. Very flattering. I had a ton of compliments throughout the night.

This dress worked great for a wedding I attended. I'm usually a size 8, but the 10 fit me better. I didn't have to wear any Spanks, and the gathers were very forgiving. Overall I was very happy with renting this dress.

The great thing about the Nicole Miller dresses in this fabric is that they are super forgiving. No worrying about sucking in or wearing a certain type of underwear. I rated this as running small only because I've worn the size 2 in other Nicole dresses and this one I wore the 4 as the 2 seemed to be drastically smaller. One note on color, on my screen this looked to be a steel grey, it's in fact a very deep blue grey. I think this would be a great pick if you're renting for the first time and are worried about the dress fitting nicely. I can't imagine anyone could look bad in this.

I wore this to a wedding at an exclusive hall. I felt perfectly dressed. The fabric was a little noisy but the length and fit of the size 2 was perfect (my weight at the time was 118; I normally wore a 0 or 2, and my stats now reflect my post-baby body). I am short and have a small bust so the shoulder straps were a little loose but I was never in danger of losing the dress. I am a pear shape and it did accentuate my hips a little more than I would have liked, but for the price and quality it sure beat hours of scouring the mall for dresses that just don't work. Would rent again and would even rent the same dress with different necklines and colors.

I received a lot of compliments on it and the fabric is forgiving and hides a lot. Shiny and fun.

I went a size up to keep it from being TOO form fitting

I rented this dress for new year's eve night out last year. The deep navy blue color is a nice change of pace from traditional black. The ruching is very flattering as well - hides any bumps and creates a slimming line. The arm holes & shoulder area were a little small, and it was a little longer than I anticipated (not necessarily bad) but otherwise the fit was great!

When renting this dress, it is not black, as it looks online. It's actually a bluish-purple color. I didn't like the material of this dress and the arm straps were too short for my body frame.
