The fit is somewhat boxy, but it's the style of the dress. The arms were a little long, but overall it was beautiful.

I wore this to a family function. Received so many compliments throughout the night. Was a tad bit short-i'm 5'10" but still wearable! I am curvy, so the dress accentuated my curves without being too tight!! I wore the House of Harlow Crystal Sunburst Pendant with the dress. PERFECT match.

I wore this for a Fraternity event, for which I had to wear purple, and this dress was perfect! I would rent a M as a backup if I rented it again, but overall it was amazing. Because I am petite, the sleeves were just a tad long, but that was not really a huge issue. I would 150% rent this dress again, and I got TONS of compliments on it.

Got this dress for an evening dinner out with friends. It is very comfortable, runs a bit large, so it looks a little boxy. It is short, so really shows off legs. Got several compliments on how cute it was.

This would be a perfect dress to have in your wardrobe for dates, day outings, anything. Very comfy, very flattering, the shape is nice. Not stretchy material, lays really nice. Love the sleeves. Note: I am 7 months pregnant here, up 18 lbs, and went up one size from my usual pre-preggo size. I was going to wear to a baby shower but wore a Jay Godfrey rental instead. I think I would like this better not pregnant - I tend to like super fitted while pregnant so I don't look like a squat balloon.

Got this for a movie premiere, and loved it. It was unexpectedly warm out, but the thinner fabric kept be from overheating. Love the dress, and I want to wear it again.

I received a lot of compliments on this dress, especially on the color and the bead work at the top. It is a bit short (I am 5'6") but was fine unless I had to bend over and pick something up. The dress lining/fabric was much thicker than I thought, so I was pleasantly surprised with the fabric quality. I was a bit worried that with the color and fabric, underarm sweat would show through easily but nothing showed. (and it was quite hot and humid that day).

Loved this dress! I am tall and curvy, and it worked well on me. I can see how shorter girls might swim in it a bit. Received tons of compliments and plan on renting again.

I didn't wear the dress because it didn't fit. If you have a hourglass figure this dress will not work for you. It was too big on top and too small on the bottom. I am 6 months pregnant and it would have fit great otherwise.

I am a size 4 with a tight athletic body and 5'4 and this dress hung on me and was long. It would look good on someone tall and with curves. The dress itself was very pretty.

I rented this for a date night with my husband--we have two 2-year-olds, so I don't have occasion to "dress up" often, and I wanted to wear something I hadn't worn a million times before. The dress was cute, but was much longer than I anticipated. Most reviews said it was too short, but honestly, I thought it was a bit too long. I'm not a short person (5'5"), and it looked like I was wearing a nightgown. It was an easy fix with some safety pins, but it was a little disappointing. I'm not the type to wear extremely short dresses, but because this was so conservative in the neckline, fit and sleeves, I was hoping for a little more pizzazz out of the hemline. Other than that, it was a very cute dress, and I did receive several compliments!

I wore this to a wedding shower and it was fantastic. I received so many compliments! I went for the Large because the Medium fit would've been better for an evening/going out soiree and hugged my body a little more than I would prefer at a conservative shower. The only downside to this dress is that it wrinkles very, very easily and stretches, which doesn't help if it's hot outside. I will be renting this again!!!!

This dress is very pretty but it did not fit right. It was way too big and long and not in the intentionally oversized shift dress way that I wanted.

Rented the dress for a spring wedding rehearsal dinner - sizes M and L. I'm busty on top with curves in the middle and a lack of a backside. The medium was too tight across the bust but fit perfectly in the waist and arms. The large was too boxy around the midsection and arms but fit perfectly in the bust. Although I ended up shopping last minute at the mall for a dress for the event, dealing with customer service and receiving my rental credit was the least painful part about the dress not fitting. It's a gorgeous item and I hope to see one of my friends in it someday!

I rented this in an extra small and it was way too big :( I'm about 5'1" and it came down to my knees - I was swimming in it. Beautiful dress though!

the selves are so sleek and elegant. for a gal with very dark hair, the color was stunning. however, as a taller chick the dress turned out to be on the short side.

It is not meant for curvy girls. The dress was really tight on my butt and thighs, and it just didn't fit right. I probably could have done a better job reading the reviews, which have always been helpful in the past. It was a really cute dress none the less.

I ordered this dress for my birthday party. I ordered both the S and the M, but neither worked. The dress did not look as shown on the model and did not fit well either. The S was tight on the hips, but the M just looked like an oversized t-shirt. I sent it back that same day.

I rented the small and medium in this dress and they both looked horrible on me. I'm 5'3" and they came below my knee. The medium was really large all over, the small fit in my bust but it was huge across the middle. It really looked bad.

Normally I fit a small or medium, and this dress in XS fit perfectly. It was such a classic look. I wore it to a wedding rehearsal dinner, it was just perfect. Since it was so cold that night, I wore it with black tights.
