Paired great with a blazer and tights for work. Elastic waist moved around a bit b/c I didn't wear a belt with it but wasn't too annoying. Got lots of compliments on the dress.

Love this dress! The pattern is interesting to add a little more interest to basic black. Also, I adore the tie at the neck!

Wore for a virtual conference. Very chic and comfortable. I was worried when I first pulled it out of the bag that it would be too sheer but I had no problems it on. Maybe if I actually wore out into the world I would opt for a black slip underneath.

I see it, I like it, I want it, I got it. I don't always love the way RTR styles dresses on the models but I loved this look & wanted to recreate it right away. This dress is perfect for early fall - fabric is very light & airy. It would work great with layers & tights too. I probably could have worn the 10 but wanted to make sure the length was appropriate for the office. I like the way it's a little retro, but modern - conservative but fun. A great dress & a change from my normal work wear.

Fit was great, very comfortable. Not tight in the waist or hips. Very work appropriate. I wore it to a baby shower. The skirt become very wrinkled after the 2 hour luncheon, though!

This was a great dress to wear to work. I was told I was giving Emily In Paris vibes in this dress so I’ll take that as a compliment!

Belt would have helped define the waist...and keep the dress in shape throughout the day. I found that it "quit" on me, with the waist stretching which caused the skirt to lay poorly/bunchy around my bigger thighs. Nice dress, cute pattern, wasn't a big winner for me.

You need to belt this and know the material is very thin. The midsection had no shape.

I paired this dress with my favorite shoes and a belt, but I wish it fit a bit more snugly. It’s on the larger side, giving it a more 'matronly' vibe according to my husband. It’s a comfortable and cute dress, but I’d recommend sizing down for a more tailored look.

This was pretty comfortable for a long conference day. It definitely needs a wide belt for styling AND the bottom is too see through to wear without something underneath so it loses points on that front. It's lightweight but long sleeved so a good transitional item.

For small frames, this dress has the feminine touches of the bow and ruffle without adding bulk.

This was a comfy, easy dress to throw on and look put together. It is a bit thin so it would be freezing in the winter but it was great as an early fall work dress. Has elastic waist so still has some give. The sleeves were long but perfect for my monkey arms! :) Will definitely rent again.
