The dress fit perfectly and was very comfortable! I received tons of compliments! The fabric was hanging out from underneath the top fold so i had to safety pin to hide.

I received several compliments on this dress! It fit like a glove and was very slimming. 5'4", 140 lbs.

So obviously these types of dresses aren't made for maternity but this dress was beautiful and I felt gorgeous with my 8 month pregnant bump. I did use this dress only for pictures. If I had decided this was for an event, I would have sized up to a 10. Otherwise, it was amazing.

I'm 5'10 and in 4 inch heals this would be very long if I didn't wear heals

I wore this dress to A phantom of the opera themed charity event raising night. I had tons of compliments and felt very comfortable in the dress and was able to move around the room freely. I loved pairing it with sparkly shoes they just kind of brought out the dress and accented the whole outfit. I am 5'2 107 pounds and the dress fit perfect- I wore a size 0 regular.

This was an amazing dress! Was my backup dress, and didn't actually wear it. May rent it in the future, though.

This dress is elegant and comfortable! I really liked it. It was snug on the hips but flattering. The cape is beautiful. I wore the 6 R and I'm 5'4" and 130 lbs. My measurements are Bust 34", Waist 26" Hip 39" inseam 26.5". It was long but I just picked it up when I walked.

Loved it! The fabric of the dress is heavy and therefore forgiving even if it “hugs” the body. It will not wrinkle and it will keep the shape for the entire night. I read someone saying the the top was not staying in place but I did not have that issue at all, everything stayed in place and no scratching etc. The back of the dress that we can’t see in the presentation picture has an opening at the bottom (from about behind the knees to the feet) which makes it easy to walk. It also allows you to show off your legs and your shoes! Another thing you won’t see in the pictures is that there are no zippers so keep that it mind when you get ready. Lastly, due to the cape, you may not be able to wear a coat or at least, not that comfortably? - I had a trench cape so it was a perfect combination. I loved wearing the dress, I loved the shape, very feminine, very elegant, and you can add colors / accessorize easily with jewelry, shoes and /or a purse. This was the perfect dress for the formal event that I attended. I would definitely rent again!

This was a stunner! I'm 5'3", 120 lbs with some curve, size 32D bust and took a 2P. It was absolutely perfect for a spring black tie wedding. Fit like a glove and very comfortable. I received tons of compliments.

Loved the comfort of this dress - I didn't even need to wear a bra because the cape covered everything and the fit was very snug. I felt sexy and glamorous, which is a tough thing to feel at 8 months pregnant. Very happy!

Think they actually sent a 0 not 0P but luckily was a bit tighter and could bunch it up a little. Material was thick and comfortable!

Loved this overall. I'm 6 months postpartum so I loved that it's not super showy while my body is still adjusting. That said, it was a little snug around the hips. No issue fitting, just showed a little more hip bone than I prefer. It's black and the material is thick so it wasn't crazy revealing, but if I had it to do over I would have sized up one. Still a 5 star dress even in the size I got

I was nervous wearing a tight dress after gaining a ton of pandemic weight and not being able to try the dress on beforehand was worrisome. I'm 5'2 and have a larger bust (34I) and this dress fit like a glove! It was a little long but I was able to pull and scrunch it up and wore 4in heels, so I didn't have an issue. The fabric is thick and just pulls everything in and stays in place. Got tons of compliments and felt great in this dress! Probably could have gone down a size but no regrets!

It is very form fitting. I usually wear a 10R but could probably have used a 12R to give a tad more room. Nonetheless, I wore it and it was so flattering and comfortable. I felt like a movie star that evening!

This dress fit perfectly in fit and length and was so comfortable to wear all night. I was worried that the material wouldn’t be forgiving since it’s such a fitting dress, but the material is super thick which makes it lay well, almost like it has a built in layer of spanx. Don’t get me wrong, you will see every curve, but it was thick and sturdy and laid well on my body that I felt super secure in it. I got compliments all night and it was easy to sit and dance it. Easily one of my favorite rentals!

Wore this dress for a black tie optional at 6 months pregnant and though it had no zippers I was able to slip it on and it hugged the belly and curves in all the right places! I felt so glamorous. The off the shoulder cape is slightly restrictive but otherwise this was such a fun, classic dress for a formal event.

Oh my gosh!!! I have never felt so beautiful as I did in this dress. I rented this for my "backup" and loved it the most. This fits true to size. I still wore spanx as it is very form fitting, but also forgiving. The only annoying part is the tight part at the top that keeps the dress up. It's a little uncomfortable but the dress is so beautiful who cares! Would definitely rent again!!

Loved this dress. The material is so flattering. The sleeves were always in covering up your arms, but cannot be worn under a coat - so make sure you will be fine in just the dress and not needing a jacket.

I loved wearing this dress! The cape detail was edgy yet feminine. I found it helpful that another reviewer noted there are no zippers or enclosures on the dress. This is a dress that you need to slip into. I am 5'4", about 130 lbs, small chest, athletic build. The 2P size was a perfect length with heels and overall this dress fit spectacularly and was a sleek head turner.

I have narrow hips but a postpartum belly so this dress did hug me around my problem areas and made me a little insecure but the neckline gave me enough confidence overall. I think the arm draping and the off the shoulder look are really stunning. I am 5'7" so the L went well with some platform shoes. I usually wear a size 4 in department stores but always size up with RTR so the 6 was perfect. I will definitely rent again.

I wore this for a black tie holiday party. The dress fit like a glove and is so flattering! The slit in the back adds a bit of fun to the dress. I received compliments all night about this beautiful gown.

The dress is simple, elegant, and perfect for a black tie wedding! I appreciated the fact the dress was still long even after putting on heels with a platform. The fit was perfect! The cons… 1) the lining of the cape kept coming up from underneath. 2) I also kept having to adjust the top and bring it down. As you can see in the photo, the lines for the top of the dress aren’t sharp and you can see the lining exposed a little bit.

I usually wear a size 4, but a 2 fit perfectly.

I rented this for a black tie NYE wedding. The dress runs very tight, I ended up wearing the larger “back up” size. The off the shoulder look was cute in theory but annoying in practice because it didn’t allow full arm movement and kept trying to ride up onto my shoulders. I had a baby a little over a year ago and I was worried it would be unflattering over my mom pouch but with some spanx it worked!

Overall this is a very nice dress but I ended up not wearing it because I had ordered it as a backup in case my top choice didn’t work out. I will keep it in mind for the future if another event comes up though, because I did like the stretchy and thick material, it was very comfortable. Next time I would size up, I wasn’t able to raise my arms very high in this one. The rest fit nicely but I think a size up would still hug the curves while allowing for necessary arm mobility!

This was actually a backup dress I ordered since I was expecting (21 weeks). I ended up needing it due to the other dress not being pregnancy-friendly, and it worked perfectly. Very stretchy material. Was able to wear my normal size (usually 2-4R) of a 4R. As with all off-the-shoulder dresses, it was a bit challenging to dance with arms raised, but that's to be expected. I'm 5'6, and definitely needed 3-inch heels to keep the fabric from dragging the ground. Would rent again!

Pretty high thigh slit in the back. Unable to wear Spanx because they would show. I'm 5'8" and the dress reached the floor. I'm 32 weeks pregnant here and it was a very comfortable fit. You're even able to wear a regular bra (just pull the straps down a bit). Overall very nice dress. The only real issue was that the drapes shoulder piece showed the stitching underneath and I couldn't get it to not show.

4 out of 5 - struggled with the cape. Had to pin the back of the cape to kept it down. The shoulders were difficult to keep off the shoulders. Like the stretch in the material. Wore spanx underneath to feel more put together.

Fit snug around the waist and showed all. I ended up adding a belt to give a defined waistline. A beautiful dress but I would need a size larger and would order a different style/fit if I could do it again.

This was a great dress, form fitting, curve hugging, and very comfortable. I'm almost 6 feet tall so even with the long length I still wore flats to keep the dress long enough, but I so appreciate that RTR has long lengths!
