Great dress for the office and the material is stretchy and slimming. Works for all day wear and looks good on Zoom.

This dress is so soft. The fit is very sculpting by design- there is ruching on the back which is cute. For me/my body type, some of the ruching was out of place (there is a small section right by the butt, but was too high on me so had to adjust. That would be my only complaint, because I'd have to pull down after sitting/ walking.

Love this one! Fit was TTS. Zipper is tough to do by yourself but I eventually got it.

Conservative, flattering, well made. Zipping up unassisted worked for me by unzipping it to just at the top of the ruching, pulling it on over my head, and zipping it up the rest of the way from there. Unzipping wasn't an issue for me at all.

Super flattering and body con. This dress was really fun to wear, and I could see it being dressed up or down as needed. The fabric is mid-weight and has a fairly good amount of stretch. The ruching makes it very flattering.

It nearly took an entire stick of butter to get this on, but it was worth it. I wore this to synagogue. While it's extremely body conscious the coverage makes it ok. Depending on your workplace it may or may not be appropriate. I felt super stylish and confident. When in doubt, size up. I'm normally a small and I had to suck it in to zip up a medium.

Way exceeded my expectations. Was worried this wouldn't fit, or wouldn't be work appropriate. It was perfect!! I'm an athletic build, big shoulders but big hips. The small was perfect. The ruching has a slimming effect and slims my hips too so it doesn't look inappropriate at all! Fantastic pick!!!

Very cute and got tons of compliments at work. It's definitely form fitting and shows off the baby bump! I wore a small at 21 weeks, I'm usually a small and figured the material would stretch over my belly, which it did... but it was definitely not easy to zip (needed my husband to help!!) and felt slightly uncomfortable all day. It's a great work staple so I'll swap out for a medium and that should be perfect and still hug in all the right spots.

Material really tries to pull you in, so by the end of the day I couldn't wait to take off. I received many complements on this dress.

I should have looked more closely at reviews. This might be good for a sexy date but not what I needed. It required help to get in and out of because it is so form-fitting.

This dress was absurdly tight, in the chest, hips, belly, even the arms. Even if I went with an XL, I would have been uncomfortable in it. I actually think this dress is made with little thought and regard for a woman's body bc it has no stretch and is just very difficult to get on. Do not rent.

The dress fit when I put it on but once I started moving it kept riding up. I spent the whole day pulling it down as I walked around.

I love this dress and will definitely rent it again. Perfect for work or a California winter date night. I wore the dress for both and received tons of compliments. dressed it up for date night and kept it more conservative for work.

No complaints here except that the arms are a little tight but not enough to be bothersome. The fit is sexy like most or NMs dresses in this style. Extremely flattering on an hour glass shape.

I always tend to size up for Nicole Miller dresses and am glad I did with this one. It was extremely fitted but the ruching was a nice touch to add texture and offset the tightness of the dress. I did notice the bunching in the back around the zipper made it a bit uncomfortable when seated against the back of a chair (or in my car) but a simple adjustment was all it took to fix. Definitely recommend!

While it was very bodycon on me, I think fits TTS. Almost a sexy work dress!! Thick ponte knit is flattering, and liked the color blocked arms. Good length, almost to the knees. Something different for work!!

Runs small

Conservatively covers you while being very bodycon. Well made and modern. I liked that the ruching accentuated by bum and gave me a waist. The big issues though are the type of fabric and the sizing. The dress is designed to be shaping but man, it was next to impossible to get into and out of--and I am not a curvy woman. The zipper didn't glide easily, the fabric was stretchy but not enough, and there's a weird built-in bra type of thing that prevents the top from stretching too. Hard pass on this unless you are a contortionist.

This was cute, but the rouching added an odd touch - if bunched just the wrong way it gave a pot belly look, almost like a maternity dress. Maybe I just needed to size up, but at 5'3/116 lbs at the time, I thought a Small would be safe. - The arms, chest and length were perfect

I grabbed this today at the SF store on my way to a memorial service. I'm a 4 but there was only a Medium on the rack. I thought it would be loose but it was snug. Also I'm 5'9" and as I reached to finish zipping up the back, I felt a pop at the bottom of the ruching under the zipper. I couldn't see where the ruching had popped, but during the service, a hole opened up at the bottom of the ruching. In a very awkward spot. Fortunately I was wearing black tights.
