I rented this dress for my work holiday party. This was my first RTR experience so I was nervous about the fit but I love that they send you a back up size too. I recieved so many complements that night. The dress was simply beautiful.

Gorgeous dress with unique detailing! I wore this to a cocktail-attire holiday party and it was perfect - the illusion neckline is beautiful and the fit of the body definitely highlights curves in the best way. I sized up per other reviews and that was the right choice. I typically wear a 2 or a 4, and the 4 was snug and booty-hugging and the 6 was looser and more wedding appropriate. I picked the four since it was more appropriate for the venue. Highly recommend this dress to anyone!

I rented this dress for a Christmas party and it was perfect! It fit true to size, I wear a 4, and the 4 was perfect. It was tight enough that I didn't need to wear a bra. I got compliments all evening and no one had the same dress! I would absolutely rent this same dress again. It was slightly short, as I'm 5'8. But for the party I was attending, it wasn't inappropriate.

The overall fit was true to size and the length was perfect. The top was a little loose/the lining was lower than my bra, so I did use dress tape to keep the lining up. Otherwise, the dress was comfortable and I received a lot of compliments on it!

So I normally wear a size 0 in everything. I got the extra size and got a 2 for that. After trying them both on, the 2 fit nicely just was a little longer and bigger on top. I'm a shorty and have a flat chest! So I wore the 0. It was snug around my belly but not so bad that it bothered me. Just know the dress does run small but it's perfect for a wedding!

This dress is beautiful. High quality and such an interesting cut. A little snug in the hips (I'm a pear shape usually between a 6 and 8 in fitted skirts) but the fabric is thick so really didn't feel uncomfortable or look obscene.

This dress is short. And right - runs small. BUT is so gorgeous on. Order it a size larger as there is no stretch. I loved it.

Great for a summer wedding. I loved how the sleeves hid my arms. I'm a 27 pant and the waist was a bit snug without tummy support hose on. Definitely fit my larger bust fine!

I wore this dress to a charity gala and loved it. It was very comfortable but definitely runs small. I ordered up from my usual 6 to an 8 and even the 8 just fit. Thankfully the size 10 was available and RTR overnighted it to me. One woman told me this dress was her favorite at the whole event.

I rented this dress for new years eve. It does run small so size up. It really tucks your tummy in and is incredibly sexy. I was worried it would be a little frumpy but not at all! The dress is short and tight so I wouldnt recommend it for a sit down dinner. I would definitely rent this dress again!

Wore this to my friends' wedding on Cape Cod in November and got lots of compliments

I loved this dress, I wore it for a wedding outside in October in Texas and it was perfect. I got tons of compliments on it. It's comfortable but it does run very small. I am 5'7" 138 lbs a 34B and I wore the size 8. The 6 fit but I wouldn't have been able to breathe all night (or sit) so I was glad I got a backup size in an 8. The dress itself did have some wear on it, a few Lace pieces were detached from the dress but no one else could tell. It was also very short when sitting down. Worth it in my opinion to rent this dress, just get a backup size!

I will say it runs a tad small. I'm usually a 2. Very comfortable and good material.

I went with the size I normally wear for dresses, it fit perfectly! It does hug tighter up top so I could even go without a bra. It is on the heavier side so not ideal for 80+ degree weather. Overall, would definitely order again!

Wore this to a wedding on a cool September day. Loved the lace and the sheer combo. The looser sleeves hit at a great spot and make it very different and classy for a fall event. I went with the 8 which was pretty fitted around the waist for me and shorter than I normally would've worn (like trouble sitting down short and I'm 5'3"!). When I had tried on the 10, the length was better, but the waist felt similar and the top was baggy in the back (36B). The waist and hips of this dress do not have much give or structure, so I'd rent a size up for your back up!

I was concerned that the dress would be matronly but it was actually really fresh and young! Got a lot of compliments on it. I am between an 6/8 and the 8 fit like a glove. The dress does not have much give, so I would definitely size up. There is a lot of room in the arms but form fitting everywhere else. It was super short on me but mostly because the skirt often would ride up. I was not comfortable sitting down without something on my lap, but all in all it was flirty without being a scenic tour.

Runs small so size up but other than that very comfortable. FYI- I didn't realize that some of the lace was shimmery so was surprised. It didn't bother me enough to wear something else.

Gorgeous gorgeous dress. The detailing and sleeves are stunning. However, it runs so small! I generally wear between a 6-8 and ended up wearing a 10 in this dress, and even that was pretty snug.

This dress was beautifully made and looks great on, but definitely runs small! I am a standard size 6 and I went with the 8 because it was pretty snug. The zipper also gets stuck and makes this dress really difficult to get on and off. Aside from those complaints, I felt great in it (once it was finally zipped) and received many compliments! Great twist on a classic LBD.

I have big arms and the sleeves on this dress were comfortable for me, although I wouldn't say they were flattering. Fit of the dress was good overall. Fabric does not give, but it's not a body con dress, so it's still comfortable if you size up. A little snug around the waist band area, and I would have worn it...if it weren't for the discolored lace. I got 3 dresses in my shipment. 1 was stained, the other had discolored lace, the third didn't fit. I'm wondering whether anyone even looks at these in decent lighting. If you're lucky enough to get the dress without a quality issue, you'll like it.

I wore this to a wedding in October. It was a little stiff for dancing, but I made it work. I think this would work better for an event with more socializing, less dancing.

Loved this dress and received many compliments. Only downside was that it runs a little small (stomach and hip region) so it rides up and looks short. Would suggest going a size up.

I was walking down the street and overheard a group of women raving about this dress!! Very flattering cut for the less-curvy body type. It was a little snug in the waist, but not enough that I would have gone up a size.

This dress ended up working well for the fall wedding I attended this weekend! The cut is flattering and the detail of the dress is very elegant. However, I considered finding an alternative after initially trying it on. Even with my very petite frame the 0 was a little too tight around my waist. I wore the 2, but both sizes were too long in the torso and the sheer top came below the top of my strapless bra. I ended up purchasing double sided tape to keep the top in place so my bra wouldn't show, but it made the night just a little less comfortable than if the dress fit well.

I wear a size 8 these days, but I got a size 10 and a back up size 12, based on the reviews re: the dress running small. I had to wear the 12, and it was still pretty snug in the waist/mid-section area. While plenty of people told me that they liked my dress and I felt that I looked good overall, I also, constantly felt a bit uncomfortable and felt the need to pull down the dress/adjust the dress in the waist/mid-section area. Bottom line--if you have even the slightest of a belly (which I do, post-children), this is not the dress for you.

Runs small. Very fitted in the hips/thighs. Recommend sizing up, especially if you are in the slightest bit curvy. The lace detailing is beautiful. Could be dressed up for more formal event or worn as a cocktail dress. I’m 5’2” & it hits above the knee. Would be fairly short on a taller individual

I'm usually a 0, but on this one the waist was pretty tight and had no give or stretch. However, on the size 2, the shoulders were too big and bulky, so I ended up sticking with the 0. The quality on the larger size was great, but the lace on the 0 was worn and faded. It is very pretty and elegant though, so I'm looking forward to wearing it.

A little short for this tall girl but it was so pretty and made me look like a model!

Wore to a work holiday party with black strappy heels and gold earrings. Runs small particularly in the waist, I recommend going 1-2 sizes up. Sits well and received many compliments.
