I chose a size 10, it was snug but it ended up being perfect because it was snug enough to go braless which is a tall order:) embroidery was gorgeous and color is dramatic. Felt amazing in this dress and I feel it would look great on all body types

I got a 6, with 8 as a backup. I'm typically a 6 in dresses, but i have wider hips and this dress doesnt give much as far as stretch so an 8 was perfect. I recieved no less than 30 compliments at the reception, seriously its so flattering and PERFECT. I am a 34D and the 8 was a tad loose there because of it but hardly enough to notice it. I wore an invisible bra (sticky silicone bra cups) and it worked out great.

This dress is AMAZING. It fit my curves like a glove and was incredibly flattering. The blue was a beautifully bright and radiant color. I felt so great in this dress!!

I had the dress professionally steamed which really freshened it up. I am short waisted and flat chested, so I wore a bustier. Really comfortable & Had a great night.

So flattering and comfortable...I emded up pinning up the mermaid bottom portion of dress (short legs!) - and could not even tell! Translated great on stage w lighting!

This is my favorite RTR dress I've rented. Though snug, it was comfortable and I felt just fine dancing all night in it. I received so many compliments and was so happy with the dress and overall process. I would definitely recommend this dress!

Absolutely stunning dress. Was very firm fitting but very flattering due to the kick flare at the bottom. Beautiful lace embroidery and nice color palate. Would highly recommend for wedding or other fancy affair!

Loved the pop of blue on this dress, it stood out in pictures and even in dim lighting at the evening gala I went to. The fit was also amazing (although I wish I would have ordered maybe one size larger as I barely got in.)

I definitely would've been a smidge more comfortable in a size up, but made the 6R work. I wore the dress to a Gala and felt it was the perfect mix of conservative with still being fun and allowing me to show my personality. I am bigger through the hips so it was definitely snug there, and feel I have a shorter torso therefore sometimes the strapping situation is a little long on me/ large hanging arm holes but this fit like a glove!

This dress was very hip. I felt appropriately dressed up for a formal wedding but still stood out in the crowd. My main complaint is that I didn't listen carefully enough to other reviewers and order up enough. I'm usually a 6 and ordered a 6 and 8. The 6 wouldn't zip and the 8 was still really really tight. I wish I'd ordered a 10.

I felt absolutely glamorous and the fit was perfect. i was surprised by how roomy and comfortable it was. My only concern was my undergarments. I ended up going without and it was a huge step forward for my body acceptance! I never go without a bra in public but I didn't even think about once I received numerous compliments!

Dress fits on small size/snug but good once you get your bum past zipper. Think zipper isn't long enough but too beautiful and smooth feeling. Received many compliments. Not stretchy which is good because materials stay in good condition longer!

Its a little tight on the lower if you have a booty and thighs so keep this in mind if you plan to drop it low on the dancefloor. Overall a badass, unique statement-making dress.

Great detail on the dress, however both dresses were quite worn from previous rentals. I'd say the dress runs a bit small. Normally a size 8 but rented both 8 and 10 after reading the reviews. I ended up going with the 10, as I could barely get the 8 up over my hips.

This was my favorite Rent the Runway rental to date. Absolutely LOVE this dress and I am so sad to return it. The 4R fit perfectly! Got many compliments and would rent again in a heartbeat.

This dress ROCKS. I keep trying to re-rent it and it's now always sold out because it's so great. The quality is amazing, the detailing is incredible and it's really comfortable. It doesn't have a lot of give around the waist because of the waist-band detailing but it didn't bother me much. It was definitely worth every penny.

This was a gorgeous dress for a wedding! I usually wear a 2 or 4 but ordered up after reading reviews. The 6 fit perfect since I'm curvy. Very comfortable and got compliments all night.

Loved how the blue popped over the black. I didnt bother with a necklace because of the high neckline. The black neckline created a great outline for the chest area without accentuating too much, especially for a church wedding. I did end up sizing up to an 8 as the black dress material has no give (had to hike it up a bit to climb into my SUV), and the 6 barely made it over my hips. The 6 would have worked, but I felt more comfortable in the 8.

I rented this for a bird themed gala and loved the black and electric blue. The details were fab and I barely needed any jewelry. I ended up not wearing a bra because the back was too low for a strapless one, but you couldn't tell.

I rented this dress for my master's degree graduation, and wore it to all the events that week. It looked beautiful both in person and in photos. I wore both the 0R and 2R to different events because I am a size 1 and was between sizes. It seemed to fit true to size. I would definitely rent this dress!

The dress is a little snug in the hips, so I would go up one size. Once I sized up, it fit perfectly and was very flattering. I just wish I didn't have to give it back!
