The top was very roomy and the bottom was very fitted.

Fits slightly small and there's no stretch, FYI. If you're larger in the bust it may not work.

I loved this dress. It went to my ankle for my height, making it closer to full length rather than midi. The shape is cut close to the body so it accentuates the shape. The embroidery is a bit uncomfortable so I wore something under. Was perfect for my graduation and I wish I had more pics in it.

I usually wear a zero, but they didn't have it , so I got the 2. It worked out well the bottom fit perfect.The top was still a little loose but if it had been tighter it would be hard to move . There is very little give to this dress. I received multiple compliments thru out the night.

This dress was a big hit! I got lots of compliments all night. It does fit like a glove and the fabric is unforgiving but I was still able to dance up a storm. If you are in between sizes at all I'd say size up. There is no room for error! I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could because it was pretty beat up when I got it -- lots of threads were pulled from the beautiful flowers. But that's more of a RTR issue than a dress issue. I'm sure it depends on body type but the back also gapped a bit on the zipper seam for me. But overall this is a perfect dress for a Fall wedding.

This dress absolutely runs small. I'm normally a 0 or a 2 in dresses and ended up wearing the 2R in this dress. The 4R was not available, otherwise I would have gotten it to try on/compare. Overall, I would recommend sizing up in this dress. It's tight with little to no stretch.

The flower appliques on this dress are really incredible. People could not stop commenting on how gorgeous it was. It ran pretty small and because of the fabric, there's no give. I was glad I had my backup size. I'm pretty petite and I needed it, so definitely order a size up! Also, for those wondering, I had no problem wearing a black pushup bra with this - couldn't be seen at all.

I wore a 6R and it was perfect. Great material and color. My only observation was the opening of the skirt, it was a bit narrow, but nothing that you can't work with. It made for a fun evening gown! I would rent again and highly recommend the dress.

I rented this for a wedding. I really enjoyed wearing it; it made me feel like a million bucks! The floral design & colors were gorgeous. I enjoyed the midi-length, it seemed very chic. The sleeve length was a little long, but I guess that's better than being too short! I was 3-months post baby when I wore it & I didn't feel uncomfortable at all.

The dress fit perfectly. It was a bit difficult to put on but once it was on, it really accentuated my curves. I highly recommend

This dress really is stunning. I do have to say, when it arrived I was less than impressed with the condition it was in. Obviously it's fully embroidered , but there were snags ALL over it. Strings sticking out everywhere - including straight out from my chest (ha). I'm sure this dress gets rented a lot, because like it said, it's a stunner. Fit - this dress has ZERO stretch. None what so ever. It fit like a glove on me and I loved it, but if you teeter in between sizes, go up a size. Back to the no stretch thing - you're going to look like you have no clue how to walk in heels because the clearance around the legs is about 6". But you're going to look GREAT while wobbling around like a newborn penguin!! I really did love this dress, so many compliments, felt so confident.

Fit a tad snug through the upper waist where the black band is. If i had a larger chest i would have needed to size up. So many compliments. I think it stood out among the sea of floor-length formal dresses.

I have hips and I have a butt. I loved this dress! I usually wear a size 6 -8 in dresses because my waist is small and I can hide my hips with a flowing dress. I the ordered an 8 and 10 because this one is straight and knew my hips would never fit in a six. The 8 was perfect! It was comfortable and had lots of room to sit. I felt beautiful and sexy and got SO many compliments. The size 10 fit in my hips but the upper part was too baggy. I am a kickboxer and my upper body is'nt small , the dress just runs big in the chest and arms.

I want to OWN this! Love, love everything about this! Gorgeous, compliments all night long! I'm between a 2 and a 4 and if the 4 had been available I probably would've worn the 4. Only the 2 was available, and I was determined to get it to fit! I had the Marchesa dress as back up but didn't love it as much. From the waist down I was fine in the Nicole Miller, but midsection up the banding was very tight, no give. I have muscualr arms, so it was tight in the arms (but not uncomfortable, I danced the night away) the dress fit like a glove no room for error. I did not wear any undergarments other than underwear, because the undergarment added too much fabric and i couldnt zip it. I'm small chested so no bra needed. Hubby loved it too. I say size up. But you will be beyond happy to rent ans wear this showstopper!

I wore this dress to the James Beard Awards in Chicago, honoring the nation's best chefs and restaurateurs. It was an evening affair in spring, and this dress was the perfect choice! Dramatic, playful, detailed, and flattering...I wish it could live in my wardrobe forever. I recommend sizing up when ordering a back-up...just in case.

I really loved this dress! The colorful embroidery was very unique, and I loved the little bead details on some of the flowers. Awesome color scheme and the dress is classy with the sleeves but still sexy with the mesh and body hugging silhouette. I got tons of compliments all night. I wore the 0 and it fit well! Only complaints were the zipper in the back was a little finicky - the dress wasn't too tight at all, but the zipper kept getting stuck, so I was a little worried I wouldn't be able to wear it. Probably just be a faulty zipper on the one I got, but if you play with it enough it will catch and be fine. Also since it's a pretty long, for fitting dress you do have slightllyy limited range of motion the dance floor. All in all I loved it and I'd wear it again in a heartbeat!

That's me! Typically found in a LBD, this Dress was far outside my comfort zone and well worth the effort! Very flattering, comfortable, and The embroidery detail is beautiful, well made, and the added color was a nice change of pace. Plus, the sheer arms and neckline provided tasteful coverage, without feeling buttoned up. Luckily I️ was able to wear a strapless bra, which remained concealed the whole night. Heed the warning in many preceding reviews: movement was limited in this Dress so if you plan on dancing or walking a lot, rent something else. Loved this dress!

This dress is a showstopper. I had so many compliments at the wedding and then again when I posted a photo - everyone wanted to know where I found this amazing dress. The embroidery on it is so detailed and beautifully done. The overall fit was a little small but the 10 fit like a glove. The arms had enough room in them not to feel too tight but because there wasn't must stretch to the fabric it made it difficult to put my arms up (for dancing). The body of the dress is slim and doesn't leave much room for a wider hip. I have a pretty straight figure with few curves and it hit in all the right places. As for the length I am 5'11" and this dress was half way down my calf. I could see shorter women having a hard time with this dress - or just rock it as an ankle length! I could not recommend this dress more.

I received so many compliments in this dress that it was actually overwhelming at times!!! So gorgeous for a Fall wedding! I am 5'10" and it hit me right below the knees. BEWARE There was a MAJOR difference in sizing between the 8 and the 10. While the 10 fit my hips well, it was huge up top and it was very long, hit me at mid calf. I wore the 8 even though it was a bit tighter in the hips, it fit better at top and was actually 2 inches shorter than the 10. Weird how they design dresses that way? Anyway I would totally rent again. Some chick I went to high school with complimented me on the dress and then rented it the next weekend, so I must've done something right? Hahaha imitation is the greatest form of flattery!

I got so many compliments on this dress! I am absolutely obsessed with it! It accentuated my waist perfectly, fit like a glove without being restrictive, and made me feel so beautiful! I will say that it is a bit of a tricky situation pulling the dress on if you have a booty. But once the booty is in there- it looks amazing! I would assume that anyone with muscular arms would have some tightness in the sleeves (I experienced some, but nothing uncomfortable). Overall this dress was so incredible I want to keep it forever.

This was an amazing dress for a fall, outdoor wedding. I was receiving compliments all night long. The sleeves were great when it cooled off at night, but since they were sheer it wasn't too hot early on. The dress fits like a glove by hugging all your curves. You cannot wear a regular bra because you will see it through the top/sheer part of the dress. The plunging neckline is sexy, yet classy because of the sheer overlay. There is absolutely no give in the dress because of the fabric and floral stitching, but that didn't bother me because this dress was just so amazing!

Wore this for an awards dinner at work. Did not take home the award but got so many compliments. Tough to zip up yourself though!

I received both sizes-6R (my normal size) and 8R, which I ended up wearing, to accommodate my 34DD bra size. So I would go up a size if you're bustier.

Fit perfectly I am usually a size 0. A little restrictive but I was still able to dance all night.

Really loved this dress, got compliments on it all night. The embroidery is fantastic. Wore to an outdoor wedding on a summer evening so I was worried about being too warm, but it was actually quite comfortable. The 4 was very fitted on me, especially across the hips -- it looked great, but if it had been even slightly smaller I wouldn't have been able to move in it. And the 6 looked way way too baggy, especially in the arms. Great dress if you manage to get the size just right.

Ordered 6r and 8r as the back up. I'm a bit hippy and have a pretty large chest. 6r fit well, however the zipper was broken. I had to go with the 8r which fit well also but was loose in the chest area. I woul've appreciate a little bit more support there. Can't imagine if i had a small chest. A little bit of bunching happened above my butt. Had to adjust often. But overall it was worth the look. I felt good and looked good!

This dress had no give and the embroidery made the zipper really hard. Would not be able to get dressed alone for an event. But it was a show stopper and really stood out amongst a sea of black gala gowns.
