I just had a baby 4 months ago and still feeling in between sizes. This rental was perfect! The material is thicker and the ribbed fabric makes it very flattering. I loved that it hit under the knee which For me, worked well for a winter wedding and getting away without wearing tights! The dress does run small so I'd suggest going up one size for the back up. All in all, I highly recommend this dress!

Loved the stretch in this dress. It was very form fitting but stretchy so very comfortable. The color is an amazing, vibrant royal blue. The shoulders had to be tugged down a bit to remain off the shoulder throughout the night but it was fine for me. Easy to sit and dance in. I loved it!

This dress is made for curves!! Sucks you in at all the right places. Color is gorgeous. Many compliments. I do feel like the one I got though must have been worn by a woman with a "baby bump" as I think the middle was slightly more stretched than it should have been. Still looked great but would have looked better if worn less.

Fit was great -- sized up because of my 4-month baby bump. Zipper was a little tough to get up, but not because of fit. Dress was SO comfortable, color was true to website, and overall I loved the dress and the comfortable level for a day-long wedding! The only con I have is that the seam down the middle tended to stray, making my baby bump look at bit odd, but that was the only issue with this dress!

Perfect fit for hourglass shape. Dress had great structure and yet it was breathable and light. Easy to move around in. If you want to look classic and sophisticated, but still feel sexy this dress is great for you.

I usually wear an 8 or a 10 but I chose the 10. The material is very heavy and stretchy. Literally fits like a glove. This dress hides all your flaws but shows off your good curves.

Dress fits true to size; although, I liked the 6 over the 4 because the zipper layed a little flatter. The shoulders stayed put and the dress was comfortable. Hugs all the right spots to show off curves without showing bulges. Loved the dress and would rent it again!

I loved this dress and the fabric was so stretchy that I was able to fit a 6 (never even bothered trying on the 8). I received tons of compliments and was able to dance the night away. The straps did ride up a little bit, but nothing too annoying. I paired them with pointy nude pumps and the RTR Lele Sadoughi Striped Hinged Slider Bracelet, which I loved too! I wore a pair of RTR Kate Spade studs, but you can't see them in the picture. Would definitely rent again.

Tried on size 4 in the store and it fit, but opted to wear the size 6 as more comfortable and allowed room to eat wedding food! I'm 5'9 , normally wear size 4, 139 lbs., 27" waist, size D bust.

The fit is true to size and hugs all your curves. Spanx would be good cuz it shows everything! I also did not wear a bra and I'm a 36 DD. The shoulders do come up a bit at times but it's not bad. I got a ton of compliments! I felt soooo sexy!!

I loved this dress. I'm 5'8", 170 lbs, 36A cup, athletic build. The fabric is forgiving and is a great weight so it sits perfectly and keeps your tucked in- hides flaws and is so slenderizing! I felt beautiful and lean. I was worried about being able to lift my arms to hug and dance, but it wasn't a problem at all because of the give in the fabric. It also stayed perfectly put all night- the fabric never slouches or sags. I danced all night long, gave a million hugs, and was all over the place and it was terrific. A great choice for an active evening.

Only con was that the dress came in with a small hole on the side. The hole was not very noticeable. Also, the shoulder straps did tend to roll up every once in a while.

I loved this dress! At first I didn't think I'd be able to fit into it but it fit like a glove and so comfortable. I decided to wear the 6 instead of 4 so I had more room, the 4 was a little snug. Like I read in other reviews, I had to keep fixing the shoulders but otherwise it was great. Very flattering for all body types.

This dress hugged my minimal curves in all the right ways and was a gorgeous shade of pure blue. It worked very well for my skin tone and was just bright enough for the night cruise wedding we attended. I'm 5'1" and a 32C, and the size 4 fit perfectly and at the ideal length. Sorry I don't have a full-length picture, I guess I was enjoying the event too much to remember to take one for the RTR community!

The structure of the dress is very flattering. A lot of people went out of their way to compliment this dress! I wore it with spanx and had a great time. While I danced, though, the sleeves did pop up a lot.

I have put on weight recently, and I was feeling self conscious leading up to my husband's holiday party. But this dress has a lot of structure and the material is a good weight. It does a good job of hiding all the lumps and bumps. I ordered a 8, which is my current size, and a 10 as the backup. The 10 was unavailable, but the 8 ended up fitting just fine. It was snug, but not uncomfortable. The sleeves/straps did tend to ride up, but I wasn't dancing or anything, so it wasn't a huge deal.

It fit just right. Though the off the shoulder sleeve were a tad big but I have that problem with a lot clothes because of my small frame. But it was a beautiful dress and I loved it!

I rented both the 0 and a 2. The 2 was much more comfortable and the one I wore. The dress was very snug, but in a way that you could move and eat without it feeling too tight. The arms came up a little throughout the night, but it wasn't annoying at all. The color is beautiful.

This review is actually for my beautiful mother, who wore this dress in a size 4 which fit true to size. She absolutely loved this dress and she is now HOOKED on renting! The off the shoulder look is totally flattering and she had no issues (even when dancing up a storm) keeping the straps pulled down. There wasn't an issue of them rising up at all. She is a bit bustier but felt completely comfortable in this dress. She is about 5'2" with a shorter torso and the dress hit at about her knees. Even being a bit longer, it still looked fabulous. The color is absolutely stunning. What else can I say? This dress will not disappoint.

I was so tired of buying dresses I would never wear again. I saw an ad on Facebook and tried it out. The dresses came by UPS when they were supposed to. The color, fit and material were amazing. This is the only way I'm doing it for now on.

I'm 5'11 (140 lbs) and normally have problems finding dresses. This dress is made for tall women! The color is beautiful and the fabric very thick. The gathers at the waist are slimming. I do recommend that you don't wear this outside if you are in a hot climate. The thick fabric doesn't breathe. In the air conditioned room for the party I attended, it was perfect! Some reviewers complained about the hanger loops sticking out. I safety pinned them to the inside of the dress...problem solved! The sleeves stayed on my shoulders perfectly and the dress did not ride up. As stated, if you are on the shorter side, this dress may be a tough fit. It's a lot of fabric around the torso. You need length for the dress to stretch out. It is high quality and I would rent it again. The size is accurate. This was my first experience with Rent the Runway, and I am very pleased. The dress looked brand new.

The perfect look for a cocktail party or dinner! One of my favorite things about this dress is the subtle off the shoulder sleeve. You would need to wear a strapless bra with it, or if you are smaller in the bust you can wear a NuBra. At 5'4 this dress hits me right below the knee. Definitely need to size up for back up as this dress is very fitted in the waist and hips! Pair this look with a strappy stiletto and elegant jewelry.

For reference, I'm 5 feet, 115 pounds, and just had a baby less than 1 year ago. Loved the way this dress fitted my body like a structured glove. The strategic ruching worked well and hid my postpartum belly while the material hugged my every curve like a gentle hug. It was comfy and I was able to walk, eat and dance at my company holiday party. Highly recommend for those looking for a form fitting dress with a little give!

I should have paid attention on how to wear this dress as I wore it incorrectly the whole time. It left me wondering why one shoulder kept rising up. User error. The dress showed signs of being well worn, which was a bit of a bummer, but no one else seemed to notice.

Pros: This dress was a great color, and had a thickness to it that made it dressier than your average cocktail dress. Worked well for this event (charity dinner and auction). I liked the off the shoulder look, and the length was fine. It hit me a little above the knee, and I'm 5'11. The material is structured but had a lot of stretch. Cons: I noticed before putting it on that the seam on both sizes was coming apart. One size it was down the middle, and on the other size it was on the side. Being 32 weeks pregnant, it was noticeable that the seam was open once I put the dress on. I used fashion tape and was able to hide it pretty well. The sizing was a little annoying. I specifically searched using the "maternity" and "third trimester" filter, and found this one. I went up several sizes but it still was pretty tight, I would've liked to go up one more. The order arrived after the return window so they couldn't send a new one. So that was a bummer. I still made the dress work, and it was fine, but definitely tight by the end of the night. I didn't even take a picture in it, just got out of that thing as quick as possible. I do have a picture from when I was trying it on though. If pregnant, this dress will work but make sure to go up SEVERAL sizes. I am usually a 0 or 2, and wore a 6. I would've liked to have had an 8, just for some extra belly space.
