This was my first outing in a long time since Covid and having a baby. At 7 months postpartum, I felt so amazing in this dress. The sweetheart neckline was flattering and it was just snug enough to hug in the right places. It is not very stretchy. I was able to wear a strapless bra without it showing and it did not ride up all night while dancing. Overall, I loved the little sparkle it gave and would totally rent again.

The dress fit snug, but that's the purpose of it! It's supposed to hug your curves. It made me feel confident and pretty, which is very hard for me. My only advice is definitely get either a strapless, low riding bra, or one without a back on it. I wasn't prepared for how open the back of the dress was, so I couldn't wear a bra I owned, which I was super self conscious about being so small chested. But that didn't stop me from having a great time and getting tons of compliments!! Overall, I definitely recommend this dress!

It fit very tight. The 2 and 4 almost fit the exact same though. I rented both but wore the 4.

Dress fit perfectly, showed off all the right parts and the material helped hide the bits I didn't like. It was comfortable and stayed mostly in place all night (I did have to pull the hem down occasionally). Could have gone without a bra but i added one to up the drama.

This dress fit perfectly. The chest area had room to expand for those that might have larger chests. The silver detailing on the dress made it look more formal, and it was perfect for the gala I wore it to. Lots of compliments and it was easy to move in.

I loved this dress and would definitely rent it again! It was a little snug for a size 2, but it was very figure flattering and had just the right amount of shine for a holiday office party.

Liked this a lot, fitted and sexy, fun fabric, pretty neckline but tried it on with like 6 bra options before ending up with a regular bra with straps tucked in. Just didn't want too much cleavage or too little support. Would be best with a medium size perky-ish chest. Large chested would be fine if you're comfortable showing a lot of cleavage.

Loved this dress. I ordered a N. Miller dress from RTR for a wedding two months ago & loved it so much that I decided to wear another dress from the same designer for our NYE party. The last dress I wore was a size 8 but I lost 12lbs since so I ordered a size 6 and 8 just in case. The 6 was perfect!! It was a tad tight on the bust but it created great cleavage so I'm not mad at it. It was stretchy and super classy. Very easy to dress up.

Ordered this as a backup dress, and I ended up wearing it as a cocktail dress for drinks the night before the wedding. I may have been slightly overdressed, but I didn't care because I felt fabulous in it! It works great with curves, as it smooths things out and has a tiny bit of stretch so is a little more forgiving with sizing. I'm usually a size 6 and the 4 fit great! Everyone loved this dress!

I got so many compliments on this dress, it really did look great! The fit of the dress is tight (with some stretch), so I would recommend going the next size up on your backup size. The one issue I had was the straps were too tall for my shoulders, so I had to keep pulling the dress down to keep them from riding up. However, with the shape of the dress, the neckline and the scoop back this dress showed off enough skin while the length still kept it classy. I would definitely rent this dress again!

I rented this dress for a holiday party and loved it! It was a flattering fit and had just the right amount of sparkle. I think it runs true to size/maybe slightly large. Both the 4 and the 6 fit me but the 6 was a little bunchy in certain areas so I ended up going with the 4. It has a nice amount of stretch and is just overall a great dress! Sexy without being too over the top. Super happy with my first RTR experience and glad I chose this dress!

Perfect dress for a funky formal birthday bash. I wore it with opaque black tights and black suede heels to give it a more casual feel. Loved the neckline...unique. The fabric was fun...splash of silver shine made it stand out from the typical a little black dress. Tight fit and no stretch...I think of myself as a size 2 but even the backup size 4 (which I wore) was quite fitted, though still really comfortable.

This dress is comfortable and the material is sturdy (not too thick, but supportive). The pattern makes this dress stand out from a typical LBD. The cut is relatively low, but not inappropriate as the length keeps it classy (even for tall ladies!). You can wear a regular bra with this dress but since it has a pretty low back, it may peek out. He zipper was a bit rigid which made it more difficult to zip but not a big issue...all in all, loved it!

This fit true to size. I felt supported by the dress and completely gorgeous. Love RTR!!

#cocktail perfection

This dress definitely lived up to my expectations. The color is really nice (metallic-y) and the shape is super flattering. I am fairly small chested so the straps were a little bit long, but it looked great anyway. The neckline was really nice, not toooo low, but definitely still sexy. Highly recommend this for fancy events or a classy night out :)

I wore this to my fiance's company's 30th anniversary party! It was an outdoor event on a summer night and this dress was perfect. It is subtle but shimmers under the lights (which was great during the fireworks!) Like others have commented... the dress does ride up just a little bit but fortunately, this party was just a lot of standing around anyway! I have a cup size of 34 D and didn't even need to wear a bra because this material was so great and held them up/in perfectly! I would definitely rent again!

This was actually 1 of my backup dresses because I was notified a couple of days before my husband's work holiday party that my original picks were not available to ship. Although I ended up going with a different backup dress for the event it was a TOUGH decision because I LOVED this dress. The size 0 fit me like a glove. Very formfitting, sexy neckline & low cut back, but the length of the dress kept it really sophisticated. I was nervous to choose this dress as a backup because there were no reviews, but I will absolutely keep this dress on my favorites list for another event! Loved it so much & sad I wasn't able to wear it this time around!!

the dress is true to size and comfortable. I really liked the way it fit. there were a few loose strings in the embroidery but nothing that were too noticeable. The straps were slightly too long and they slipped down every once and awhile throughout the night. Overall I was very pleased with the dress and I found if very easy to return. It also shipped right on time.

Sparkly, but not over the top. For well. The only problem was the straps were too long. I just pinned them in the back and it worked out well.

This dress did just that! Although it ran snug for the size, it was very flattering and tight to my body. The Neckline was perfect to accentuate the girls.

The fabric of this dress was definitely my favorite part – you can't really tell from the photo, but it has a nice shine to it. Both the 8 and 10 fit, but the 8 felt more secure. Definitely snug and hugs the curves. It was more low-cut than I was hoping, so I was a little self conscious about it at the professional/charity event I was attending – but it would've been fine for other venues. From previous reviews I was hoping the wire in the front would give some control over the amount of cleavage, but with my 34DDDs it wasn't enough. Wore with a strapless bra because it was more comfortable for me, though it'd be better without since it was hard to keep hidden (you can see it peaking out a little in the photo). Overall, really enjoyed this dress, but not sure if I'd rent it again.

I ordered this for my best friends 30th Masquerade Party. It was perfect. The top was a bit loose and my straps kept sliding so I could have probably gone down a size but besides that it was perfect. I received compliments all night. The dress came when I wanted it too, it was clean and exactly what I had imagined and sending it back was beyond simple. Thank you RTR

Dress is beautiful, worn to a black tie optional wedding. Thinner fabric than other dresses I've rented. A bit snug in the hips, had to keep pulling it down but it didn't look bad a little bunchy luckily, that seems to be a common theme amongst the reviews. Would rent again!

I ordered my usual size 4 with a 6 backup. The dress fabric is a gorgeous grey metallic with a brocade pattern. It has some stretch to it and there is nice rouching that hides imperfections. I ended up wearing the size 4 which was a bit tight for me (this dress runs small). The fit problem I had with this dress was that the straps were very long and fell off my shoulders and the bust was cut a little strange. The arm holes pulled up and showed a bulge of fat. I had to go braless because every bra I tried kept showing and being braless made me look a bit flat. I'm a 32C. with all that being said. I don't think I would rent this dress again. Felt uncomfortable most of the night.

I wore this for my fraternity formal and it had the perfect amount of shine without being weighed down by sequins. It fits true to size with a bit of stretch. Just like other girls mentioned, the flash is unforgiving if you have anything more than a washboard stomach but still very flattering and comfortable for dancing! I wore my VS 100-way bra with the low back strap so it wouldn't show since it scoops pretty low to show off some skin. Overall great dress I felt so confident :)

I had originally ordered another dress for one of two nights out for my sister-in-law's bachelorette party in Montreal but my original dress became unavailable last minute and RTR was kind enough to ship me this dress overnight. The size 8 of this dress arrived but was a tad big. I had just lost 13 pounds and didn't realize that I actually fit into a 6. I was a bit panicked, by the time I got home from work and tried on the dress it was 5pm and I was flying out the next afternoon for Montreal. I called RTR and since the size 8 didn't fit they agreed to overnight me a size 6 for just $12.95. Thankfully the dress arrived 2 hours before I left for the airport. The dress if very fitted, but has a little stretch. I wore a Wonder Bra, which helped to fill in the chest since I am small chested. I had great cleavage that was very sexy, but still classy. The straps were a tiny bit loose, but they had little snaps to snap in your bra straps, so with the help of some strategically placed safety pins and fashion tape I was able to cover the bra straps and the strap across my back. A strapless, push-up bra with a low back would have worked event better or if you have a size C or bigger breasts then you probably wouldn't need a bra at all. I will say that when the dress arrived the strap area was wrinkled in a weird way (this is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5), but fortunately I was able to have a local dry cleaner press/steam it for me and that fixed the problem. I felt sexy and comfortable in the dress all night. I would say that it was a little longer than I typically like for going out dancing, but I just hiked it up a bit when I was going crazy on the dance floor. Great RTR customer service. I love Nicole Miller dresses and would highly recommend this one.
