Wore this dress to my boyfriend's prom because purchasing a dress for his prom and my own would have been crazy pricey. Renting this dress was the best choice I could've made! I am not super tall (only 5'3) but the length was perfect with the three inch heels that I wore that day. It fit like a glove and the sort of sparkle that it has in the light made it look fantastic in photos! And if it wasn't already perfect enough, it was insanely comfortable as well. I would definitely recommend

I wasn't sure of my dress size before renting from here and googling typical dress sizing charts. Most things came up that I would be from a 6 to a 10, and the only size left in this dress at the time was an 8 so I went for it. I crossed my fingers and the dress fit perfectly! I was so excited, but the only thing I was worried about was the length. I could only choose an 8 Regular and it was exactly my length wearing flats. The front is slightly shorter so if I were to wear heels I would've needed a long for it to look right. Many people said to go up in size if you are larger busted which is true! I'm glad I got an 8 because any smaller I would've been falling out of my dress. I was in LOVE LOVE LOVE with this dress and definitely recommend it.everyone was complimenting it and and it was a huge hit. I felt great too! I could go on and on but just get the dress.

This dress is absolutely beautiful! Pictures honestly don't do it justice as far as how shimmery it is in real life. I got so many compliments all night. Typically I wear a size 2, which wasn't available so I got a 4. Even the 4 was a bit tight in the shoulders and loose in the waist, but overall a very flattering dress. Would definitely rent again!!

I really liked this dress. It definitely grabs the attention because it is very unique. It is comfortable enough to dance, eat and drink a lot. So I would say go for it if you are dubious about this dress.

This dress was breath-taking! It fit like a glove, shone beautifully in the light and was comfortable as well as beautiful. I wore this dress to a Gala where my husband and I were accepting an award honoring my late father-in-law. I received tons of compliments on this dress and I'm so glad to have made it my choice for the event. If I could rate this dress more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!

With about 2" heels, the dress rested on the ground a bit, but it still worked for dancing.

I loved this dress! It fit like a glove, but there is no stretch in the material so if I took a deep breath it felt a bit constricting. The dress was extremely long even with 3 inch heels. However, I just pinned the bottom with black safety pins and it was perfect. I got compliments all night on it and felt so glamorous. It definitely is a somewhat shiny material and the pipping does not look as shiny in person as it does in the picture. I would definitely rent again - absolutely beautiful!!

The fit was wonderful. There was a little tearing at the inside lining when I got it, but it was not visible and doesn't cause any problems. It fit wonderfully and in a classy manner even after eating a huge hamburger for dinner. In real life, the dress isn't really shiny unless it hits the light, and it has a gorgeous, modern look to it that at first I was afraid to rock but then the second time I put it on I loved it. I would recommend, it's a great classy, yet sexy, dress!

I felt incredible in this dress, it made me look and feel very sexy. It was a little hard to walk in at times and ran a bit small, I normally wear a 0 in Nicole Miller, but I'd recommend it to anyone looking to make a statement. It's a very well made dress and I definitely received compliments all night long.

If you are thinking of renting this dress, DO IT! It is the single most flattering, amazing piece of clothing I've ever worn. It was spectacular. I wore it to a masquerade themed party. I hesitate to wear black because it is so common, but this dress is the exception. I am not exaggerating when I say that people were stopping me all night to tell me how fabulous the dress looked. We were walking from one venue to the next and a waitress came out of a restaurant to tell me how much she loved it. I felt like a movie star all night long. Best rental ever!

I mistakenly ordered based on what other close to my body type wore so the first dresses that I was sent were too small. I immediately called RTR and I think the gal was more upset than I was ;) I was rush shipped a larger size and it fit great. I ended up wearing the 10 R.

The fit was perfect although it was a little long for me. I am 5'4'' and was wearing three inch heels. I actually tripped walking up the stairs and had to gather it in the front and back as I walked. The back is long and trails. I also tried to wear it with the Silicon push-ups but they wouldn't fit (I am a 34D). But the dress fit so nice, I didn't need them anyway. I was also worried about my potbelly but the fit and flare disguised it. All and all, I loved this dress and felt beautiful in it.

I wore this dress to a fancy ball type event. I received so many compliments. Material was very comfortable, in spite of being very thick and form fitting. You may consider ordering a size up, I typically wear a size 0, but wore a size 2 in this dress. if you have any bust at all, the dress will run small and be hard to zip. Loved this in style, current look. Many people made comments about it being a black dress, but still very unique for a black dress. Loved it! So happy with this choice. Thanks once again RTR!

Dress fits snug through hips for a 6R. Very dramatic presentation. Consistent comment all night was 'STUNNING". No problem with cut outs, I did not feel exposed or 'hanging' out. Bottom of dress has great flow and holds its shape. Even in crowded gala event, this dress was a head turner and really made the event special for me. Lots of comments and made me feel like this was my Red Carpet event. Great Dress, Great Night!

Slightly tight in the waist. Low cut but I still was able to wear a normal bra! Tripped on inner lining a few times while dancing! Super sexy dress, go for it!

Based on reviews I ordered the 2R with a 0R as backup. I knew based on reviews the 4R would be too big. The dress looked amazing on me but I wasn't breathing and I was standing barefoot. If you are taller than 5'4 or want to wear heels you will need the Long. I am a petite person with a small hourglass waist but whenever I would breath in, my skin would squeeze out the cutouts...not a good look. It might have been okay because my event was a charity gallery event so we would be standing or walking the whole time, BUT we do a formal dinner after and I couldn't sit without the same thing happening even worse with the cut outs (and I would never wear flats in a formal gown). Because the 2R fit me perfectly in the bust and hips I knew no other size would work. RTR offered to overnight me another dress but by the time I got home from work to try it on and contact them I only had 45 minutes to find a dress that I liked, that had my size and was available for the next day. I had to keep emailing RTR with options and nothing was available so I ended up buying one and I was so happy because I saw 2 other women in this dress at my event and all the other RTR dresses I liked were there too.

The dress was amazing!! I got compliments ALL night with this gown, especially from the fellas! I felt completely age appropriate and absolutely gorge!! I wore the 8L even though im only 5'4" (i wore 4 inch heels) and it was perfect!! There is a train so you do have to be mindful when your walking through the crowd, but once you remember that its all good. Also the waist is a little small but not a reason to shy away. Lastly, I am a double D so I used some double sided tape and the girls are out, so if you are shy beware. I also rented the Ella Carter Quinn necklace with this dress.

I usually wear a 4 in dresses, but the 4L came back to RTR damaged before my event! (Huge shout out to RTR for totally taking care of me and helping me find a new dress.) They sent me the 6L just in case, but it was too big. The dress is so shiny it almost look wet. Which is really funky and fun. Nicole Miller is a genius with her design, because your waist looks tiny with the way it cuts in. If you want to show a lot of skin, go for this dress. However, I strongly recommend getting a backup dress. I'm wearing 4" heels in this pic. The bottom of the skirt is very full and has a train. You can't wear a normal bra with this dress. Altogether, this dress is a major statement!

I'm usually a size 4, but the dress is made of non-stretch material so I had to wear the next size up. A size 6 fit like a glove and didn't sag anywhere! I'm a little small at the bust so whenever I bent over a little, you could see a little bit of space between me and the dress. Other than that, the dress still complimented my entire bod! Got so many compliments!

Loved Loved Loved this dress!!! Wore it to my mothers inaugural themed retirement party and I received compliments all night long, I really felt like a star. I wear a size 4 or 6 in jeans but my wide back causes me to have to wear a 8 in dresses. It fit like a glove, hugged me in all the right places and the various sections in the dress made me look a little curvier than I usually am. It runs a bit long, I'm not a short girl and I kept stepping on the inner lining and by the end of the night I was able to kick my shoes off and no one noticed lol. So if you are on the shorter side, beware, you may have to hold your dress up all night. Overall, this is a gorgeous and unique dress, I'm so glad I got the opportunity to wear it.

I wore this for a black tie awards gala. It's a gorgeous gown. Heads will turn if you wear this! The material has a high sheen to it that doesn't necessarily show in pictures and is a heavier weight. I did iron the bottom of the gown as it had a few wrinkles. I also took another user's advice and pinned up the lining underneath, as I surely would have stepped on it and tore it otherwise. I brought body tape for the neckline, but didn't end up needing to use, it's a great fit all around. The front of the gown fell just above the ground so my shoes peeked out and the train in the back skimmed the ground. Length was perfect (didn't get the Long). Very comfortable (but you do need to sit up straight/ otherwise beware muffin top out the sides) and totally sexy. More compliments than I've ever received in my life.

I am a student athlete at my university and it is so hard to find a dress that fits my athletic build, and it did just that! The only thing I had a probem with was that it was kinda long. Overall, perfect dress!

Fit like a glove in the hip area. Evidence of being worn, some threads are loose and catch the light and itch a little if on the inside but otherwise not bad. I had to use fashion tape in the breast area because the straps were too long for me, and even with 5 inch heels I still stepped on the dress some. 6R would've fit perfectly if my booty was smaller. Rented for prom, was overall a success. Thick fabric, obviously expensive and good quality. Sexy dress.

Dress fit like a glove, perfect length for me (I'm 5'7 and I wore 3.5-4" heels). I was also pleasantly surprised about the chest area and how well I fit because I am actually a 34DD and they fit perfectly and comfortably! Very happy with this dress and I will definitely be using RTR for future occasions!

I loved this gown! It runs small like the stylist notes say - I usually wear an 8 but wore a 10 since its fitted at the hips/thighs. The top was a bit loose for me since I have a small bust but I used dress tape to keep everything in place. Definitely will rent again!

This was a PERFECT fit. Only issues was I stepped on the inner lining and it ripped. I had to tie it up in a knot under the dress. Otherwise it was truly gorgeous and the fit was impeccable. Hugs your curves without suffocating and looks awesome with lots of movement on the dance floor!

I rented this dress in my usual 4 and a size up, 6, in regular length. I know I'm short, and expected it to be long, but it's a lot puffier than it looks in the picture, and it's A LOT of dress. Be warned. You need heels in a real way. The dress itself is stunning. Loved the neckline, loved the fabric, desperately wanted to wear it, and I would have if it hadn't been for the cut outs. OH MY GOD. I have a relatively slender body type, and I thought, even in the 6, that I was wearing a dress 4 sizes too small. I couldn't even zip the 4, it physically hurt. In the 6 cutouts, it ALL came spilling out. If you wear this dress, I'm inclined to recommend ordering a size up and 2 sizes up. Don't even bother with your usual size. Had I wanted to suck it in, not breathe, bend over, or move all night, I could have pulled this off, but sadly, I like doing all of those things. This dress is so close to perfect it makes me sad, but it is NOT flattering, and it will make you feel super self-conscious unless you have the perfect obliques.

The dress runs a bit big overall (I debated between the 2 and 4 in store before taking the 2 as a back up-I'm normally a 6), but as I am bottom heavy, the 2 ultimately stayed in the closet since I couldn't comfortably walk in it. It looked perfect up top, but of course, comfort won out. The size 4 that I wore was still gorgeous, although it did gape slightly in the breast area. No one else seemed to notice however, and I got a ton of compliments the entire night + my boyfriend was floored! The material is a bit thicker than the photo suggests, and lets off a slight shine/luster that looks perfect during the setting sun. It was edgy and fun without being overdone, and overall I was extremely happy with my choice. Would definitely recommend!

I loved this dress! It fit like a glove, and true to size. It hugged my curves in all the right places. My only complaint was that it was a little short. I had ordered the long in hopes I could wear heels, but ended up having to wear flats.

Loved this dress! I got so many compliments and still am getting compliments several weeks later. I wore about 5" heels with the 8L and it was a perfect length. The 10 fit, but was just too lose when standing. However, I did have to pull the 8 up a little bit in order to sit down, it wasn't too tight to dance in though. I am pear shaped and about 40" around the hips. The only negative is that if you have a larger bust, it is a tad bit "boobalicious" so I would recommend not wearing a push up bra as the girls will definitely be out to say hello. I am a 32DDD, but it was great without a push-up bra. The piping detailing wasn't quite as pronounced as I was expecting it to be, but still looked beautiful. Overall, it was a perfect dress for my evening, a great price for a formal event, and I would love to wear it again!

@ 5'7 the 0L was perfect... no regrets with this gown it fit me like a glove. so incredible- I didn't want to send it back :( definitely my favorite rental ever

The 2L was not available due to cleaning/damage, so I wore the 4L. Customer Care was great and sent me another dress in a 2L, but this one definitely made more of a statement. The fit was great. I was able to wear spanks but couldn't wear a regular bra because of the front V - wore stick ons and it worked great. I wore 2 inch heels and the length was perfect being 5'7. Loved the dress and will continue to RTR!

I read all the reviews and was worried about sizing. I usually wear a 2 and wore the 4R. It was a little loose in the hips but otherwise perfect. I wore 3" heels and the R length hit perfectly (I'm 5'5"). It shimmered so beautifully. I was able to eat and dance with no concerns at all. Expect to get compliments all night. The event staff even told me they all loved it and said I was best dressed! The only downside was the shimmer material deemed to fray easily. It arrived with some loose threads and so I was careful to not snag anything, but if the fraying continues it could definitely detract from the beauty of the dress. Overall I loved it and would recommend it!

The dress is hard to get the wrinkles out. I had to steam it for almost 3 hours and it still had wrinkles (ran the shower) because the lady at the store here in Vegas had such an awful attitude when asked if she could steam it. Loved the dress, not a fan of the attitudes the ladies at this location have! Aside from that it was a beautiful dress. My date loved it. Fit me so good. I wore a very small thin bra under it, enough to give me some kind of cleavage. but victoria secrets push up bras will not work! I'm 5'5 and the length was perfect with 4 inch heels. Rent this dress you will NOT regret it!!
