Based off other reviews I sized up for this dress, and the 6 worked. I am typically a 4. I can't say how the 4 would've been but the 6 was pretty good all around with the exception of the straps being slightly too big. The dress was very flattering- I didn't need to wear a bra. Color was beautiful. Highly recommend this, I wish I got the 4 and 6 to be able to compare, though.

The dress feels very bodycon-like. It's tight, but not uncomfortable. The strap are a little long too. But, don't let that deter you from buying. I loved wearing this dress. It's gorgeous, flattering and unique!

Absolutely loved this dress! It fit perfectly. Due to the reviews I read I ordered my normal size 6 and as my free size a size up (8). The 6 fit perfectly. The only complains is that the straps were a little bit big so they fell off on occasion!

This dress was great! Material was stretchy and very thick, true to size. There were two issues I had with this dress 1. Because I am a little shorter I found the straps falling down a lot 2. The lining of the dress came up a little at the top of the chest, but it wasn't super noticeable. Got compliments all night and even days after the event too!!

After reading the reviews, I decided to order a size up from what I typically wear, and it worked well. The straps fell down occasionally which probably wouldn’t have happened with the 4, but the 4 zipped up a little too tight and I wanted to be comfortable. Some stitches were missing in the front and one of the wires was poking out of the fabric when it arrived, but it was still wearable. Overall, perfect fit/style/color/length for a black tie optional wedding!

This dress is exactly how it looks in pictures, it's beautiful and the color is perfect for a wedding. I do agree that the only downside is the straps that are a bit long, I found that if I pulled the dress down a little they were fine. I usually wear a 0 and I think this fit true to size, however I could have worn the 2 and it would have fit as well. If you're questioning it, definitely size up! Long story short, rent this dress!!

This was a great dress for a summer wedding. It runs true to size. The straps are a bit long but the top of the dress was secure and stayed in place. It's a beautiful color/ fit and received lots of compliments.

I absolutely loved this dress! I received so many compliments on it! I'm a true 4 but words the 6 so it does run a little small. The material is thick but also stretchy... so pretty on!

Loved this dress, received lots of compliments. However, I did wind up having to use 4 safety pins to attach the dress to the adhesive bra I was wearing because it slid down a lot - straps are long and not adjustable.

Loved this rental! It's flattering for curves, and perfect length for being snug so it's not skanky very classy. Color is a really nice soft periwinkle that didn't wash me out like I was worried it would. One issue was the straps DO fall down a ton they're just a tiny bit too long. I didn't try on the 8, probably should have worn it because the 6 was tighhhht but being 2 months post baby #3 it felt good to REALLY show some curves off. And, yolo. I used these sticky padded cups in the bust which were perfect to push me up and show off the chest that is nonexistent any other time of my life (thank you milk). Definitely would be tough to wear if you have huge boobs, mine are probably a C right now and it was almost too much cleave. Overall I would rent this again in a heartbeat. Lots of compliments, felt very pretty.

This dress is perfect for a beach wedding. The material is definitely thick, but I was never uncomfortable (and it was 75 degree day in FL). The length is classy and the neckline is sassy. I wish I could find this neckline in more dresses -- the "v" is supported with rigid material so it stays in place perfectly. As said in other reviews, the straps do fall down every now and again. I'm perfectly between and size 6 and size 8 (5'7" and 140lbs), and the size 6 worked out really well for me! I do not have large hips so there was some room in the hip area, but that did not bother me.

I love this dress and am researching buying it! The material is thick but has some stretch- it really holds you in. Very flattering! The straps were a bit long; I wore the smaller size because the straps were less annoying on the smaller size. I went without a bra because it was tight enough, but a strapless bra with a deep plunge would be necessary. Lots of cleavage- very sexy!

The color is more of a grayish purple in person which I liked. Dress is very high quality material, very structured and flattering. I did wear spandex under just to smooth everything out. I had to steam the ruffles a little but otherwise very easy to wear and comfortable. My only complaint was the straps fall down a lot but they are necessary to hold up the dress really so I just kinda let them fall most of the night anyway. I received tons of compliments. The low V is sexy but still reasonable for a wedding, I didn't wear a bra the structure of the dress was enough. If you did want to wear a bra you would need a special deep one.

I mistakenly requested a size bigger than I needed, so the straps were a little too loose for me. I tucked them down and turned it into a strapless dress with the help of some tape. I got a ton of compliments and felt great.

It was comfortable and flattering. The color was beautiful! The only con was that the straps kept falling down. Also the bones in the smaller size were poking out. I didn’t wear it because it was just a little too tight but I don’t think I could have with those poking me!

This dress was a hit! I rented the 8 and 10 and ended up wearing the 8. It was a bit tight, but it stretches just enough to be comfortable. The straps were a tad long and there was a bit of fabric that pokes out of the top, but would definitely rent again!!

I loved the color and design of this dress! The dress is a blue/gray color that I thought was great for an end of summer/almost fall wedding. I am SO glad I read the reviews because I could not have fit into my normal size. I ended up wearing the size 4 (I am 5'4", 115 pounds, and 32B), and it fit perfect. The straps were a little long, but I was able to make do! I received several compliments and felt pretty all night. I would definitely recommend this dress as long as you size up.

Is there anything more frustrating than getting a dress that fits wonderfully but it's in bad shape? Then RTR gives you the option to return the dress, and get a new style- a complete gamble on if it will fit! Well, welcome to my feelings on this dress! I ended up keeping and wearing the size 4, although the lining was falling out, super scratchy and was visible from the front. All in all, this dress is beautifully constructed and a gorgeous fit! Hope they took mine out of the rotation!

Per the reviews, I ordered a size up and so glad I did! I usually wear a size 2 but glad I stuck with a 4. The straps were too long and kept slipping but I didn't care. The hanger doesn't do the dress any favors as it causes the inner lining to stick out over and under the dress. It's form fitting and has boning to slim you down. That plus a shaper does not make a comfortable seat! I received so many compliments and loved the dress overall. 4/5 stars since the lining kind of comes out and because of the too long straps. For a taller person or larger busted, it might not be an issue.

This dress was a really pretty color. I rented both the 4 and the 6 (the 6 being my back up size). I had a hard time deciding which size to wear. The 6 was just a little too baggy, but the 4 was definitely tight and almost difficult to pull the zipper up. I decided to go with the 4 and was comfortable, although I did fear the zipper bursting in the back at first. I would say this dress is good for girls with smaller busts, as a larger bust may make the fit of the dress more uncomfortable. I do recommend doing pastors rather than a bra, as there really was no easy way to hide a bra.

This dress was extremely flattering. It definitely runs small. I normally wear a size 2 but thankfully I got the 4 as a back up. I think this dress has been worn too many times because the straps were stretched out and kept falling down, which was annoying the entire night. I put true to size but that's debatable depending on your bust. I don't have much there (deflating C cup) so it worked for me. I did have a lot of cleavage (you can't see in this specific photo for some reason) but I did not mind it at all. Very pretty color! The ruffles were a little off (I think this dress may have been worn quite a few times...) but it blended in and looked intentional. I actually loved this dress.

I ordered a 0 and a 2 as my backup. I had to wear the 2 and it was very difficult to zip up on the upper part of the dress. I would say to rent 1-2 sizes bigger than you normally would. Besides that this dress is a great choice!
