Guys. This dress was amazing! The fit was perfect and the only problem was I have a small chest so that part was a little loose but I kept my shoulders back all night and it was greats. Received TONS of compliments!

This dress fit perfectly and runs true to size. I couldn't find a bra that worked with the dress because of the back and the keyhole, but it was fine without one.

This dress wasnt my first choice but it was absolutely stunning. It fit perfectly, was very comfortable AND a great length for me (i'm 5"1). I received so many compliments and my fiancé loved it! A+++++++

I loved the idea of this dress with the open back but the top was much more open on the sides and less secure than I anticipated. I felt like a strap would slip off my shoulder so easily. Maybe a smaller size would have helped in the top? But the bottom fit well in the 6. I didn't wear this

This dress was a total knockout. It was both classy and sexy and perfect for a winter gala. It was also very comfortable even after a night of eating and drinking :)

Dress was a slightly shorter in length than expected and a little big up top. other than that perfect for the occasion and comfy!

I wore this dress to a military ball and received so many compliments. I usually wear a size 6 and rented a size 6 and 8. I wish I would have gotten a size down instead of going up as the size 6 was a little loose. But with a little double sided dress tape, it was perfect!

I am pear shaped and ordered this as my back-up style. I wore it to the rehearsal dinner because it fit pretty well and wore the main style to the wedding. It was a little tight in the hips, but definitely the right size dress for them. It looked very nice and emphasized my rear in a very good way. It was quite large up top because I'm very small chested, but it fit basically fine with a stick on "bra." It should be obvious from the style that you can't wear any kind of real bra with this dress! The back really is quite open. One thing to note is that I don't believe this dress comes in "long" and the regular length was pretty short as you can see in the pictures. I am 5'7" (erring on the side of 5'6"). Even if I had had flats on, the dress would have been off the ground. Don't get this dress if you are my height or taller and care about it being the right length.

I wish that it had been available in an 8L. I have long legs and with my heels the dress did not touch the floor. The bust was a little looser than I would have preferred but I may have been the only one who noticed. The dress was classy and the slit and opening on the sides made it perfect. The fabric was thick enough that I did not have to wear a bra.

Loved this dress! I wore it to a friend's black tie wedding and received compliments the entire night. I agree with some of the reviewers that the dress was a little short. I'm 5'9 and it fell right to my ankles rather than to the floor, but I didn't mind and it wasn't super noticeable. The 6 fit almost perfectly - straps were slightly loose but the 4 was too small. Overall, awesome dress!

I selected this dress for a friend's black tie wedding, and I felt amazing in it all day and night! I loved the cutouts as well as the dramatic open back. It's a little restrictive when it comes to moving around, but it was fun and easy to move around in while on a packed dance floor for hours. Would definitely rent again, and wished I owned it!

I wore this dress to take pictures to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. his dress is elegant and made very well. It flows with you as you move. I normally wear a size 10 and the size 10 in this dress fit perfectly. I did not wear a bra, cups, or tape. The dress has vertical wiring in the chest to help hold it's shape, and is fully-lined, giving the dress a nice weight and helping you feel covered. The only issue I had was that the straps on the lower back were a bit too big and did not lay flat, which I easily fixed with double-sided dress tape. A wonderful dress to celebrate a wonderful night!

Fit like a glove. I have an athletic build with bigger breasts for my frame this dress was stunning. I wore 2” heals and the hem was perfect. The only negative is that I was really cold, despite the heavier material, but it was an out door wedding.

Wore this to a Military Ball and got lots of complements. Being a smaller gal with some hips and booty, but a smaller waste I was a little concerned this dress (size 6) wouldn’t fit. It fit like a glove. The back did gap a little around the straps toward the bottom, maybe because I have a short torso, but did not bother me and couldn’t tell all night long. Highly recommend

This was hands down my favorite dress I have ever worn! The fit was amazing, the length was perfect and it was just the best dress! I'm 5'0 and I never tripped on the dress throughout the night (I also wore a 5 inch heel with the dress). Received so many compliments! Definitely renting this dress again!

Beautiful-loved it! I'm 5'1, 130lbs, 36C chest and it fit true to size. I ordered the 6R and 8R. The 6R was form fitting-true to size-used fabric tape to keep straps in place. Length was perfect with the 6R-I wore 3 inch heels (gold sparkly strappy heels). The 8R was my backup, it was a little loose, not too bad, but the length was longer than the 6R. I wore "nipple protectors," bra is not needed as the fabric is flattering/thick enough. Perfect dress for short girls! The top can be a bit big depending on your chest size-be cautious with that. I got compliments all night-definitely worth getting for a formal affair! Delivery was on time and the return process is super easy. Coat hangers did arrive broken but the dresses were clean and ready to wear.

Classic style with a gorgeous back & silhouette to make it stand out from the other black dresses in the crowd! Sexy without being overly revealing, and material was great for a fall wedding (definitely not too thin!). With the material in mind, I may not recommend this for a hot summer day/night, as it is on the heavier side.

Ordered 2p and 4p. Ended up going with the 4p however the chest was a little big on me. 2P was a little tight on the legs with the thicker fabric. Other then that the dress was very comfortable. I am 5'2 and wore 3 inch heels. Perfect length for me. Multiple complements throughout the night. Easy to dance in. Great for a formal wedding. Thicker fabric great for winter wedding !

Very elegant. Sexy and classy at the same time. A little snug in the hips on me, but material was a little stretchy, so setting was comfortable. The dress was short, hit me at the ankles. Still looked great paired with some pretty shoes. I would rent this dress again.

This dress was super sexy but very comfortable! I'm pear shaped so a size 4 made the straps more secure but didn't fit the backside... I managed to not have any wardrobe malfunctions with size 6 as it was too tricky to tape/clip. Overall I loved the dress!!

I typically wear a size 2 but it was way too tight in the hip area. The 4 was comfortable but may not be the best for girls with hips. I loved it and felt super sexy.

The length and hips were perfect but the top was a little loose. I used double stick tape.

Loved the fit. Had just enough stretch to be super comfortable. Great for athletic builds as I have broad shoulders. Only con is the neck can be uncomfortable when sitting.

This dress is absolutely stunning! Fit like a glove, very comfortable. Fabric is thick material, which was very forgiving in midsection and bottom. Loved it!

I LOVED this dress and got lots of compliments on it throughout the night. My only issue with t was that it was slightly short on my 5.7 curvy frame. I should've opted for the long. It's also a little warm but the double fabric hides any unwanted lumps and bumps. 10-10 would recommend.

I loved the dress, but it was a little bit tight on my breast. I didn't get the size 2 of this dress. I believe that the size 2 would've been better.

This dress is exactly as described. I did use some fashion tape to tape the straps on my shoulders but it fit well every where else. The fabric has a bit of stretch to it as well. It's more fitted through the hips. I received a lots of compliments on the dress at the Marine Corps Ball. I'm 5'7" and wore a small heel and the length was okay. It could have been a tad longer, but it looked just fine! No worries there. Great dress!

This dress is made for curves and shows the perfect amount of skin for a formal affair! I put "runs large" because the top of the dress was a little lose and I'm a 38DD. Also, I'm 5'4" (on a good day), my heels were about 3/4 inches and the length was perfect. My earrings were also from RTR and they took this look to another level. Fortunately, this dress is simple enough that you can get away with statement earrings but with enough detail that you still slay without them.

Fit was perfect, could have gone a little smaller. This was my backup dress but the leg slit was a nice touch.

Fit was perfect and the dress was so comfortable all night. I picked a different dress originally and had to switch last minute. The Rent The Runway stylists were AMAZING and so helpful. They picked this dress out for me completely on their own and I couldn't be happier.
