I loved these pants! The pattern is actually black and white houndstooth that is more noticeable in person - the photo makes the pants seem gray. However, the pants run a full size small and the fit itself isn't perfect. I almost always wear a size 2 and occasionally size down to 0 for pants. I sized up to a 4 in these, which I was able to wear, but they could've been tighter around the waist. I wouldn't have been able to wear a smaller size though, because the thigh area was TIGHT when sitting down. Regardless, they were cute and fun and the size was workable. (Picture taken after a full day in the pants, excuse the wrinkles!)

These pants were so well tailored And versatile! Wore to the office, date, brunch and shopping. Reviews said run small so I ordered an 8. It was a tad loose but no Stretch in the fabric so getting a size up made moving easy.

These pants are a great way to make work pants a little more interesting! They are a black and white hounds tooth pattern that is very flattering. Like others have said the fit is a little strange. When standing the thighs have plenty of room but the waist/crotch area is a little loose. When sitting the thighs definitely get snug. Not enough of an issue that I didn't enjoy wearing them or wouldn't rent them again. I range from a 4 to a 6 in pants with slightly larger thighs/hips and was glad I sized up to the 6R.

These pants were true to size and ended a little above my ankles (I'm 5'11). They were a great alternative to the usual corporate work options. They were snug at the waist will sitting.

These pants were super flattering (while standing) but impossible to sit in because of the lack of stretch and front zipper.

When I stood these high-waisted pants were a little baggy in the belly. However, when seated they were snug through the legs. I would agree with a previous poster that they do loosen up with wear. They are a stylish pair of trousers with a beautiful ruffle detail, but I don't believe I'd rent them again due to the ill-fit.

It fit me, even a little loose, but I found it a little difficult to move in, tight in odd places when I sat down or raised my legs higher. No stretch to the material. I was really in love with how it looked on the model, didn't turn out exactly that way on me.

These pants are great for work. I did find them to be a bit small around the waste.

Definitely no give in these pants. It's hard to bend but it is very slimming and adorable. It's worth it! Size up for sure.

Perfect work pants

I usually wear a size 2 in pants and needed a size 4 in this brand. I wore a RTR black top that covered the waist, versus tucking in the top as shown on the RTR model. I really liked the paring and will wear again before returning.

True to size. I sized up but wish I didn't, still looked good...just a little loose... Will rent again in my real size.

I tried these pants on in store BUT they only had a 0 and they were too tight on my thighs. I sized up to a 2 and was so excited BUT when I tried them on they were still too tight on my thighs but fit my waist really well. If you have slimmer thighs these pants will be perfect for you!

Best fit for people with waist hips and legs all straight down the same line, no curves. Must be lean on the thighs and bum as well with longer legs for the cut to fit right. Recommended for someone 5'5 and taller

Looooved these pants! Got so many compliments and they made me feel stylish at work! They have no give however so sitting down was a little uncomfortable. I'm a size 4 and wore a size 4, but should have probably gone for a size 6, so I could breathe a little easier. I have a fuller booty so that's probably what made it right across the hips and thighs. Overall super cute!

Pants run small so I had to send back for size up because I was dying to wear. Got lots of compliments. Bottom of pants are so much fun.

Fit well, was a bit long on me and I'm 5'3.

I don't really have much to speak of in terms of hips, but these hugged my non-existent curves nicely. At the same time, they were a little tight in the waist and felt tight in the rear when I would sit down. These would look best with tank top or sandals so I want to try renting these again when the weather is nicer and I plan to mostly stand.

i should have known not to order these pants because they have zero stretch; the pants are super cute, and although i was expecting a solid grey pant, the black/white checkered print was cute; the pants almost fit me, but couldn't button them up (i have large hips, butt, and belly)

I loved everything about EXCEPT they run really small especially on the hip/butt area! I usually wear a size 0 to 2 and i got these in 2 and when I zipped it up I literally could barely move. The fabric also has no stretch at all!

Cute pattern; I like the ruffled bottoms. Just waaay too tight around the waist and thigh!

I am 5'5" and weigh 113 lbs. I first ordered these in the 2, and I couldn't get them over my normal-sized hips. They were SO small. The four arrived later, and they were slim fitting but worked well. The pants are adorable. The fabric is fairly thick and textured, and that with the crop makes them perfect for a nice fall day. They are statement pants for sure! I wore with a black blazer and black pumps to work, and they were an amazing change of pace from my usual suit. Love them!

These are not stretch pants. There is no give. However, with the right size, they are very cute!!

These pants looked great, and I got compliments. But they fit strangely and were tight in some places but not others, and were uncomfortable when I sat down. I'm trying the next size up and will review again, since it might just be a size issue.

Fit was a little weird. Tried on the 10 and they were just a smidge too snug. Normally I wouldn't mind but the material has no elastic/give which made me apprehensive about wearing all day. Tried on the 12 and they were too big. Overall cute pants if they fit perfectly but I was just in between two sizes :(

The pants are so cute and flattering but unfortunately they run quite small with no stretch. I am usually a 4 and went up to a size 6R for these pants but they were still tight. I was able to get them on and they were very nice when standing but when I tried to sit, I was unable as it was too tight in thigh and waist area. So sad because these pants are so fun and unique! SIZE UP WHEN ORDERING!

These pants are great quality. They fit everywhere except in the waste, which was disappointing because I really wanted to wear them today. I think that I will try one size up to see if I can make it work. I typically wear an 8, So I ordered a 10 to be safe. Still way too small to even button

Very cool looking. The fit is small, I'm usually a size 6 but the 8 was the right size. Weird zipper that falls throughout the day. Definitely best with a long blousy top.

The pants are made of wool and don't stretch, so they have to fit perfectly. I loved them but they were uncomfortable to wear all day.

I'm usually a 0 or 00 but couldn't even get these over my thighs. Might try two sizes up next time.
