The dress fits tight but i prefer that in his dress, Loved the length of the dress and the color. Perfect for any occasion, would rent again.

This dress was perfect for New Years! It fit great, it was a bit hard to walk in because of the tapering but not impossible which made it a great dress for a 3 hour party. Came on time and easy return- can't wait to use RTR again

I didn't end up wearing this because my boobs felt too insecure and exposed for a church wedding. The dress is amazing though!

Somewhat snug due to the slip - if you're concerned, rent a size up as well. Fits snug on the bust with a very low back. The chest area is plunging but tasteful and balanced by the length of the dress, whcih for me at ~5'8 hit just below the knee (a prefect midi). The color is more burgundy than I expected. The lacing around the bust is beautiful and sturdy. Overall a gorgeous dress that speaks for itself! I'd go buy it if I could.

It is absolutely gorgeous dress. Sadly, it requires specific body figure to fit perfectly. I'm wearing size 0, 5-3 with average size of the torso. If I tried this one several months ago, I would be able to fit in. I have 30B/C- 24.5-34 size. And it fits perfectly without any gap or tight area. I had no problem with zipping it up or down by myself. I'm just providing the detail size to offer as a reference. If you have any size bigger than me, you might have a hard time to zip up or cover your breast. Dress hook and eye are a bit in comfortable. But I was able to sit thru 3 hour long opera without any problem. I got so many compliments on this dress!! Highly recommend!!!

Dress runs small and is hard to sit in because it is fitted all the way to your knees. Beautiful dress otherwise.

I wore this to a fall wedding and absolutely loved it! The fit is tight, but very flattering on curves. I listened to other reviews and ordered down for my backup size, which is what I ended up wearing. No need for a bra, I am a 34D and the girls stayed up just fine. However if you are larger than a D I would recommend against this dress as it might show too much cleavage.

The quality and cut of this dress was perfect. The length was very flattering for my 5'-4" height. Ended up wearing a different RTR dress to the wedding. I'll probably rent this one again for the holidays. The color is beautiful.

I️ did use doubled sided tape on chest area , but if you are smaller chested I'm guessing you wouldn't have to. Also it's fitted pretty narrowly towards the bottom . #weddingvibes

It was great and fit really well, but it does run large in the chest area, was very comfortable to sit down though. Length was lovely and detail on the bottom is perfect for tall women

I wore this dress to a Velvet Underground/Club themed birthday party and felt like a million dollars. It's definitely form fitting and low cut, but very flattering if you are curvy. It's too low cut in the back and plunging in the front for a traditional strapless bra, but I felt comfortable without one. I've seen many reviewers say it was tight in the seat. I found it had plenty of room in the seat, even though I often joke I have full hips and thighs designed to survive a Scandinavian winter. However, it is a mermaid cut, which means it tapers to the knees and you can't step your feet more than about hip distance apart, so dancing or walking long distances would be tough.

Really attractive dress, thick material to smooth, got so many compliments. Only con is it's not the most comfortable dress (beauty is pain). The straps slipped on me so felt like I had to adjust constantly. But overall very happy. I would recommend some tape to make sure nothing slips out of the top. Also the bottom is a little tight on legs so can't dance freely. No stretch/give.

Absolutely loved this dress and got so many compliments. The zipper in the back was very, very tight and my boobs were hanging out. But if you're OK with all that and don't mind sucking in your stomach for the night, I highly recommend! It was sexy and classy. Just beautiful.

I got so many compliments on this dress! The color and fabric were beautiful. It is very form fitting with little stretch especially due to the lining. I have an hourglass figure and thought this dress hugged every curve just right which I was surprised by given that Nicholas dresses in the past have fit me poorly and seemed better for less curvy figures. The neckline seems low and did give a bit of lift but I still felt appropriate and not super revealing, especially since it was balanced out by the longer length of the dress. I wouldn't recommend this for larger busts or people who hate feeling itI typically wear a 2/4 in dresses, 27/28 in (stretchy) jeans for reference.

This dress is gorgeous! The color is definitely darker than in the pictures, more of a burgundy. The fabric is very high quality and the length of the dress was perfect...I didn’t feel like the silhouette limited my ability to move or dance. The straps were a little long, but not to the point where they fell down. I am a standard size 6 and it fit very true to size. Would definitely recommend!

Ladies this dress hugs every, single curve!!! I wore it to the Miami City Ballet's production of the Nutcracker at the Adrienne Arsht Center and it was a perfect compliment to such a festive, and fun cultural event in a very fashion forward city! These pictures are dark so the color looks a lot darker than what it actually is, I think the color would best be described as cranberry.

I did not find that the dreas ran small as others had mentioned in reviews. I wish I had ordered the 4 and 6 rather than the 6 and 8. Ended up wearing the 6 but think that the 4 woukd have been better. Fashion tape would have been helpful but not necessary. Enjoy!

True-to-size and well-made, this dress awarded me endless compliments. The low cut in the front and back are very flattering, although I did need dress tape to keep from falling out. The mermaid shape helped to accentuate (read: create) curves. If it goes on sale, I'd buy it!

I originally read the reviews on this dress which unanimously said it ran small. I am not a fan of things "that are too tight" so I order a size up from my usual size 10. When the 12 arrives it was HUGE. There was so much extra fabric and the neck line disn't eben cover my bust. When I went to reorder the 10 it was already gone so I got the 8 and a back up option. I was pretty convinced the 8 wouldn't fir how I would like but it fit me like a glove! It was amazing and beautiful and I got tons of compliments. I would definitely ignore the previous reviews on this dress ans refer to the designers size charts. Order based off that!

This dress is very form-fitting, but runs true to size. I loved the deep oxblood color and the fit was incredible -- I received compliments all night. It is not a dress you can easily move in given the mermaid tail. For fit, I have shorter shoulders and was worried it would be too low/revealing, but the straps were the perfect length. I am also a little thicker on bottom than top, but the dress fit well all over. That said, I recommend checking the measurements for Nicholas's sizing (here: https://nicholasthelabel.com/customer-care/) before choosing your rental size. I would also suggest sizing up for your backup dress.

loved this dress for my friend's thanksgiving weekend wedding! the color is much more of a burgundy than what you see online, which was even better in my case. I ended up sizing up & wearing the 6 instead of the 4 because I am a true pear body shape & the 4 was really tight around my hips (not ideal for sitting & dancing). since I am smaller in the bust though it made the dress a bit revealing in that area, which can be helped with some double sided tape. overall a sexy, yet classy option

I loved this dress!! The color and length were perfect for fall and I got compliments all night. The dress was much longer on me than the model, and the waist/thigh area had little stretch (runs very true to size). The chest was low and a little lose.

This dress is gorgeous. It hugs in all the right places, but the chest area and straps were a bit loose on me, while the bottom half was a bit tight on the bum. Overall, I was able to make it work bc I loved the dress that much, but it can be tricky with certain body proportions.

I wore this for a New Year's Eve event, and I felt so confident and beautiful in this dress! The 8 was snug on the hips, but I knew I'd be standing all night and wasn't concerned about sitting in it. Pros: great color, gorgeous silhouette, Cons: strap swere too long, as others review mention you need to be blessed to really fill out the cups (I'm a 36 C and there was plenty of room). Long straps + big top + low cut made me feel I was going to fall out throughout the night. Luckily I didn't! I felt a 10 would have been more comfortable around the hips, but way too big at the top.

I’ve got a full bust and the straps were still a little too big on me. You’ve got to be comfortable showing cleavage because there’s no way to avoid it. I felt bangin in this dress and would still recommend. I regularly wear a size 6 and this 6 fit like a glove. I would order up if you order a backup.

I loved this dress SO much!! I rented it for an early September wedding at a brewery in Nashville, and it could not have been more perfect. I was between the 4 and the 6 as far as which size to wear. Ultimately I chose the size 4, as the bust and straps were too large on me with the size 6. I still had to use some fashion tape to make sure I didn't have any nip-slips! Overall I felt so glamorous in this dress, and it hugged my curves in all the right places! I am so happy I rented this beautiful dress! The only reason I am rating it with 4 stars is due to the larger bust. My measurements are 34-27-38.

The straps were a little loose, so you have to stand with perfect posture the whole time (not a terrible thing). Worn for a valentines date to a formal restaurant - date loved it, many compliments. For busty girls, don't rent unless your comfortable with tons cleavage! I'm usually a size 6 but sized down because I was swimming in the body and straps.

I think if you have a little more booty you should size up. It was pretty tight in my thighs and hips area but for my frame that is where i am the most unproportional. It was a great color. More of a marroon than a wine. If i wore it again i would size up to the 4 for more wiggle room

This dress is really beautiful, classy and sexy! I normally wear a size 2 or 4, so I ordered both. The 2 was extremely tight and body hugging, but looked way better than the 4. Although the 4 was more comfortable, the hip area was way larger than the rest of the dress and looked strange. Overall, I was so pleased with this dress. I've never received more compliments on an outfit before and I was proud to show off my curves in it. The color is GORGEOUS and perfect for my January birthday party! The only thing that would have made it better was if the straps weren't so long. I kept having to put them back in place.

Dress ran small. Normally wear a 2 when renting dresses. The dress was fun to wear and felt sexier than normal. However I am larger chested and while the dress still looked classy and appropriate, I was worried throughout the night of a wardrobe malfunction. Still happy I wore it though!

This dress is perfect for someone who's full-chested with a small behind. I got a size 4, and although true to size, it didn't fit my shape well. It was too snug around my hips, and gaped in the chest area. My nipples would have shown if i moved the wrong way! The fabric has no give, so beware. This is not stretchy material. Beautiful dress, just not for me.

I rented this for NYE and was so disappointed to find that the bust and waist were 4 sizes larger than the hips. The hips run TTS. My chest runs at 34DD and there was at least 4" of extra fabric on each side. Beautiful color, but definitely better suited to very busty women.
