The neckline same a little lower than I would have expected, but on the bright side, apparently I do have cleavage!

Wore this to a fundraiser party and felt awesome! The 4 was uncomfortable but the 6 was fire. Didn't need to adjust the neckline even once, it stays in place perfectly. I dressed it down with velvet Frye booties or it could have been kicked up with heels. Loved!

This was actually a back up dress I ordered a day before my order was arriving. The original dress I was suppose to receive was returned late. I'm kinda happy that happened. This dress was really nice. Got tons of compliments on it all night.

I am obsessed with this dress! It fit perfectly and is the most beautiful shade of burgundy. It is very high quality material. I got a TON of compliments at the wedding I wore it to. It is a little loose at the top on the sides, which helps avoid any "armpit rolls" strapless dresses sometimes cause. However, the heavy material and the looser sides left me pulling up the dress a lot throughout the night (but well worth it as I felt like a million dollars!). The zipper also doesn't have a hook & eye at the top and falls down...this was easily remedies with a safety pin. I would highly recommend this dress! I think it would be flattering on any body type.

I am usually a 2 in dresses, but I definitely needed the 4 in this one. I didn't have to wear a bra with it because it runs quite small in the bust. Lots of cleavage. Since there is no clasp at the top of the back zipper, it "fell down" while I was dancing, and I nearly popped out of it. So beware of that issue if you are a size D. I loved the color and the lace was such a unique pattern. I would rent it again, but probably not for an event that involved dancing because of the clasp issue.

This dress fit perfectly. It was snug at the chest so I was able to dance all night and not have to worry about pulling it up every 5 seconds! It was very comfortable and I received tons of compliments!

This runs small, so size up. The pockets are great and the cut is extremely flattering. This was my backup, and I wore first choice, but I will definitely rent this for my next wedding!

I'm a true size 6, 32D, with small waist and wide hips, and this fit perfectly snugly. I needed to wear a padded bra to fill in the top nicely, and even so it is very low cut! Boning in the top worked well. Underskirt is pencil-shaped so was very snug on my hips but you couldn't tell it was bunching up bc of the overskirt. Material is lovely and looks very expensive. Dress is somewhat heavy so would not be ideal on a hot day outdoors. Overall, fantastic dress that got lots of compliments.

I absolutely loved this dress! I'm 5'6 and I was worried about renting a midi dress because they are hit or miss but this one worked well! The bodice is very slimming but easy to get one, you won't have to struggle with the zipper. I have a fairly small chest so this dress worked perfectly. I had no fear of flashing someone but if you have a bigger chest I could see some issues arising because of the neckline.

I'm usually a size 10 but lost weight and was able to slip into the 8. I wore it to a friend's wedding and got loads of compliments. I'm 4"11 but the length was perfect and it didn't feel overwhelming. Definitely would wear it again.

This dress was absolutely perfect for a country club wedding! The wine color is gorgeous and pops nicely in a crowd. I normally I'd wear a 4, so as other reviews have stated, I'd say this this dress runs small. Loved the pockets!!!

This is the dress!! The color was amazing! I started out with one dress that did not work out and ended up with this Nicholas dress an hour before my event!! Love! Love! Love! The sizing was perfect and the dress has pockets! I was able to keep my phone in my pocket to snap pictures.

First of all, the quality of this dress is incredible. The fabric is substantial, but not heavy. Absolutely gorgeous. I tried on the 12 first: it was comfortable in the waist, but huge in the top...at least 2-3 inches out from my bra. The 10 (the one I wore) was definitely a more snug fit, but I still felt comfortable in it all night with a three course meal and open bar. The top was a better fit, however I could not wear a bra. The dress has stays for support, so I did not feel "unsupported" at all. The neckline on this dress is so flattering. Like I said, I felt sexy but classy.

I was already obsessed with this color, but this material and this dress were just perfect! The top was so supportive and the length was just right on me at 5'5". The dress is a little heavy, but the fabric feels so high quality. It fit perfectly and comfortably, even with a full bust. I'm already planning on renting this beauty for a wedding this fall!

I rented this for a gala where everyone had to wear red. I wanted my dress to stand out and this was perfect! The length makes it formal but the strapless keeps it young. There is absolutely no stretch in the fabric, so the top fit very snug. Size up if you have a bigger chest, for sure. Overall loved this dress, I got a ton of compliments and I was sad to send it back.

This was my first RTR experience and I absolutely loved it! I wore the 6 after reading reviews that it ran small, but I thought the top was a little big–had to keep pulling it up all night. Overall, the dress was perfect and I received compliments all night and days after!

I originally ordered two sizes (8 & 10) up on this dress after reviews that it ran small. Luckily, RTR overnighted me my normal size (6). It fit like a glove and I got so many compliments. It is beautiful in person and very high quality. I would like to buy it and will certainly look for this brand in the future. Other than my own wedding dress, this is he best thing I've ever worn!

This dress is absolutely gorgeous -- but, runs extremely small!! I cannot emphasize this enough. I typically wear a 0 or 2 if runs small, and ended up having to order the 4 and 6. I wore the 4, and it fit well but was still very snug. However, it was definitely a beautiful dress and I loved wearing it and got many compliments!

The color of this dress was fabulous. Being larger on top, it stayed up enough but just barely. :) Still worked out. Very true to size but it have enough give so it it happened to be too tight, it still would've worked out. The inside length was above my knee and the outer lace was very long so it was still flattering. Overall, dress was a hit at a Northern California wedding. Great color for fall!

This dress is stunning. Even though this wine/maroon color is everywhere this fall, the lace details make this one stand out. I didn't need a bra which was nice. It definitely runs small. I'm so glad that I took the advice of the RTR stylist and ordered one size larger than normal and two sizes up for my back up. I'm normally a 4 and there was no way the 6 was going to zip. The 8 was a perfect fit. I loved the hidden pockets, too!

Quite tight at the top, could have maybe even worn a 6 even though I am very small in the bust. The fabric is stunning and the cut is stellar.

This dress was everything I hoped it would be. The material was so incredible, the fit and length was perfect. Had a hard time keeping it up, but I'm sure some fashion tape would have helped.

I got this dress as my backup but needed up wearing it instead because it is just stunning. The color is unbelievably gorgeous. My husband is usually bored when I try on dresses but when I showed him this one he lit up and told me I looked beautiful. All through the wedding we attended people kept coming up to me and telling me how beautiful my dress was, and on Instagram all of the comments were "that dress!" It does run a bit small on top. I am pear shaped, usually a 2-4 on top and a 4-6 on the bottom. Because the lining looked a bit tight in the hip area I ordered a 4 and a 6 and I'm really glad I did. The 4 fit on the bottom but was too tight to zip, the 6 fit but was still pretty tight on my ribs (which was fine because it's strapless). I had a baby a little less than a year ago and this dress camouflaged my remaining tummy very well and flattered my breastfeeding girls nicely. I didn't need a bra, there's plenty of boning for support. My husband wants me to buy it he loved it so much, and I just might!

Love the rich color of this dress! The texture of the material gives it dimension. I love that it is a classic style but also strapless making it feel fresh and modern. This does run a bit small, especially in the bust, definitely size up for backup. Overall, a gorgeous dress for any many different occasions!

It runs a little small. The size 4 was very tight but the size 6 was a little too roomy. I wold order a size up as a back up especially if you have a larger chest.

Love this lady like tea length dress! The waist is very fitted and runs small, I would size one to two sizes up on this one. Really beautiful shape and cut and a great length.

First off the fabric is GORGEOUS - I received so many compliments! My only complaint was I had difficulty zipping it up. I must have an abnormally large rib cage, because it was impossible to zip from the back. I had to zip in the front and scoot the dress around. The waist and bust fit well, it was just the bodice that caused problems. Overall great dress, but would order a size up next time.

I loved this dress. Wish I could keep it. It fit perfectly except for the bust. I do normally need a bigger size because I'm bigger on my lower half, but the bust area was HUGE. You could basically see my entire bra! I tried to pin it but it didn't stay too well, so I wore a shall. other than that, I got a lot of compliments!

Loved the fabric and the color. The lining was a little tight considering the overall fit of the dress was right on the mark size-wise. The top was a hair big, but totally fine with a little tape. Loved it and was fun to wear!

This dress was beautiful but not a comfortable fit. I wore this to an office Christmas party with matte gold peep toe heels, the look was great for the occasion. The material is gorgeous, amazing color and thick. This fit was not ideal. I am 5'5" and 120lbs- normally rent 0 or 2, for this dress I went a size up and squeezed into the 4. Like others have said the zipper doesn't "lock" at the top so a little nervous for it to scooch down throughout the night. The corset fit is quite snug around the rib cage yet the bust was a bit large for me (I'm a 32 b) but I made it work. I loved the look of the dress and received many compliments on it but it was not my favorite dress that I've rented.

I loved the silhouette of this dress; it's very flattering for us pear-shaped ladies. One thing to note: I normally wear size 10 or 12, and in the 10 the chest area was way too big for me (36B). I tried wearing a padded push-up bra underneath and using double-stick tape to prevent the dress from slipping on off of me when I was on the dance floor. In addition, the bodice and waist of the size 10 was a bit tight and uncomfortable when sitting down. The silk lining/layer underneath was a bit short, and I felt it wasn't covering my bottom when I sat down. Otherwise, it was a fun and flattering dress.
