I wore this with jeans to a variety of parties and after-work events. It went really well with blue and black denim. I'm sure it would pair well with skirts, too. Fun top with lots of details and good for winter as it's short-sleeved but covers your chest and neck. I'd rent again.

The blouse fully unzips in the back, making it easy to get into and out of. Loved the fit, the collar, and the lace placement. Perfect for work under a blazer and transitions well into after hours drinks.

Absolutely LOVED his shirt. It fit absolutely perfectly. Did have to wear a black bra, but it blended beautifully and looked like pet of the shirt. Back zipper was very easy to manage on my own and made shirt really well. Such a cute top!

I was sure this wouldn't fit my huge shoulders and the size 10 was perfect. Had a some room in the waist, which was fine with me. Tons of complements during a long night in New Orleans . Ran into a girl in the bathroom who said " I live that top!" I said , " It's RTR -and your dress is super cute too!" She laughed and said " It's RTR".

Both the skirt and the top were awesome. I wore this outfit to one party and then paired the top with a pencil skirt and wore it to work.

This top fit perfectly. I am normally between a 6 and an 8, but since this was a zipper top, I went with the bigger size to make sure there was room in the bust - I wore the 8. This zipped up easily and the two buttons around the neck just made the top sit well all day. The lace is beautiful and the cami doesn't ride up much. I paired this with gray ripped jeans, a black leather moto jacket, and strappy pumps - perfect for work all day or a night out! Loved it and will certainly rent again!

I thought that the lace around the turtleneck part would be very fitted but it was not so it just kind of felt floppy. Maybe I should've got a smaller size but then I didn't want it to be too cramped.

This shirt gets four stars instead of five because it is short in the torso. You need either a cami underneath or high-waisted pants (or to just be okay with your stomach being out). I'm sure this is a tall girls' problem; petite folks will be good to go.

Lots of tops like these don't stretch and are hard to get on and off. However, this one has a zipper in the back and is easy!!! Little short but cute!

I adore this top. I work in the tv industry and we require a lot of what we call "Show blacks" and I wanted to find something a little prettier than what I usually wear. This is going to be perfect! It fits beautifully and the details are just stunning. Would likely rent again, and could easily be worn out for drinks or on a date.

I love love love this top. I was SO tempted to purchase. It fits really well, clearly high quality, and is a great top for work. I wore it with skinny pants and wide leg pants and it worked well with both. It zips all the way down in the back which made getting ready in the mornings great. I have a small chest and honestly could have sized down to a 2, but the 4 fit just fine.

I love this blouse! The lace is thick so it provides coverage but is still sexy classic and goes with everything. Jeans for a date or night out. Skirt for a more fancy affair. I threw on slacks .. perfect for a more dressed up work day! The details are stunning and it's very form flattering. Shows off an hour glass shape nicely! 5 Stars!

This top was great for day to night. The shoulders are sheer so depending on how conservative your workplace is, might not be appropriate. I wore under a blazer for work.

I love this top! The fit was perfect for my curves and was very flattering. The lace and high-neck gave a very sexy-Victorian look. I wore it with jeans to a party and with black pants and heels to a meeting. You can dress it up, or down...boho or formal. Love it.

No give so If you are bigger chested as I am I would recommend going up a size.

I wore this 2 times, its a little big but that it was fine, not toooo big. Was a nice work shirt. A perfect thing to borrow from RTR but that I wouldnt want to own.

Wore this 4 times, twice during the day and two dinners including for a work conference and vacation. I'm 34D and 140 lbs and the 6 fit really well with a little room. I didn't expect the full zipper in the back, which helped prevent those dreaded deodorant stains I tend to get on pull over the head tops. Fantastic for travel the wrinkles barely showed!

Great fit and look that worked with jeans and black pants. Pretty true to size. I'm small but big chested so the M worked well.

I LOVE this top!! It does run small, i'm large breasted (34GG) so I ordered the 12 and it fit perfectly. Normally I wear a med-large in tops, but I always order the larger side in designer clothing since most runs small. I would buy this blouse I love it so much!!

Loved it. Very high quality and perfectly true to size. I dressed it down with ripped skinnies and flats and dressed it up with nice pants and heels. I probably wore it ten times in the month I had it. Now regretting not buying it!

This top is one of my top rentals! Beautiful lace, classic underlining and back zip with buttons (requires assistance getting on and off!) make this unique and classic. Would purchase forever if price tag weren't so dear.
