This has a really nice neckline which is why I rented it. It fit nicely and looked interesting

This going to be one of my favorite dresses--great fit, comfortable, looks great, chic design neckline, doesn't wrinkle...what's not to love? The only, only , only drawback is that the cut of the neck is just a bit to wide and bra straps tend to show. I through a scarf around my neck and it was great! Will rent over and over again...heavy material so good for cool weather. Comfortable, comfortable, comfortable--felt like a million!

I loved the way this dress fit. For some reason I pictured that it would be more of a grey color but it's a really a beautiful dark blue. It fits like a glove and really shows off curves. It's great for work.

Ran a bit large but I tend to be between a 2 and 4; still wearable. Got this for a luncheon with our Governor but didn't wear as it was really muggy that day. Liked the fabric but a bit heavy for a warm day. Will rent again in the fall.

Fabric is stretchy and comfortable. I worried that the fabric would be too heavy for a 3/4 sleeve dress and I'd be too hot but it was perfect. Fit is appropriate for work.

Got true to size thought I wish waist was a bit smaller. Neck line is interesting and not low at all. Perfect for a work lunch event.

Rented the 14 but I think I would like the fit of the 12 better. Here is lots of room and the fabric has give. Got several compliments today! Perfect for the office or a business event

Loved the fit and neckline of this dress. Pattern is unique - almost a black background with pin dots of blue. Lots of stretch in a knit-like fabric.

My first RTR success! Very comfortable and conservative yet with a few stylish twists like the 3/4 sleeves and the asymmetrical neckline. Loved the back slit/vent which was sewn closed. Nice touch. Only drawback keeping it from 5 stars is the material seemed a little worn or faded. Must be a popular rental. I recommend this dress for many body types. I love Nanette Lepore for dresses.

UPDATE: I decided I could "cheat" the size on this a little and "take it in" with the best utility item ever, a safety pin! It worked well enough for me to finally wear this before I sent it back. I've worn another Nanette Lapore in the past from RTR, and it seems there's a lot of room in the waist and hips, but it can be snug up top. This is a really smart looking dress, and I loved the fabric, too. Good transition from Summer to Fall. Will re-rent in a smaller size and see how that goes.

Really liked the fabric used here, comfortable and doesn't show panty lines. Not too hot either. Wore this to meet a senator & felt absolutely great in it. Only complaint would be the lack of clips for bra straps, it is built for perhaps wider shoulders so it felt a little close to the edge for me.

This dress was so comfortable. I think it's true to size except a little long for 5'1".

This is a great dress. The details are nice but the cut is conservative enough for work. It is navy and black, so it's easy to pair with accessories. The material is heavy, so it's beat for cool weather. My only complaint is no pockets!

It's super comfortable with a cute neckline and doesn't wrinkle. Fabric has some stretch. The fit itself is ok, not amazing but not bad. It runs big- I'm usually a 4, and the 2 still left me some room to move.

Fit a little baggy. I go between size 0 and 2 and prob would have been better with a 0. It was a little looser in the waist than I would have liked. Overall, very flattering. Tasteful for office setting

I wear a 16 and ordered a 16. I was able to get it on with my best pair of spanks but it was skin tight and not suitable for work. Really great dress, but you need to order a size or two up. (I suggest two to my curvy girls with hips that do not lie)

I loved the neckline of this dress and the buttons on the sleeves. The dress also was made of nice material. Unfortunately, it bunched out in the waist and was not flattering- didn't wear it once! The rest of the fit was fine.

I love the amount of give the dress has and it's very comfortable. Wore it with a jacket but looks great on its own for work.

Wore to a work conference in fall weather. Not as warm as I thought it would be. Form fitting but appropriate for work, with a bit of stretch that made it comfortable to wear all day. The neckline, material, and buttons on sleeve were nice details.

This dress is perfectly fine for work but doesn't light the world on fire in any way. Feels kind of heavy. Maybe for mid-winter is better.

Love, love, love. A beautiful, winter work dress with thick, quality fabric. The cut-out on the shoulder makes it a little more interesting than your standard work dress, and the fit is great.

Stretchy in all the right places. Built in slip, shorter than knees but still work appropriate. Tons of compliments- would rent again.
