When this dress arrived, I wasn't so sure on it. But it looks great on, very flattering design and fit. It was professional but fun and that's a difficult combo to achieve.

Pretty pattern and colors. Great fit. A little short for work but worked out because it was unusually cold so I wore tights. Transitional enough that I was able to wear to a formal affair that night even though I had planned to change.

This dress is so comfortable that it was a no brained for my Grandma's 80th Birthday brunch. Easy pull on style, and thick knit fabric, that felt so silky and luxurious, it was no wonder I was getting asked where my dress was from. I love the silhouette of the dress. It's fitted through chest and waist, and then flares. (I wish I had a better photo). I should have bought it through unlimited! Oh well next time!

This dress is SUPER comfortable. In the stock photos I think it looks black and white but the "white" detailing is actually baby pink and light blue. I like that it slips over the head (no zipper) and is stretchy!

Fit well. The fabric is form fitting, but stretchy. It has a nice, thick feel to it making it warm enough for cooler weather. Would definitely rent again.

This dress is made of soft sweater-like material, so it's a perfect thickness for a brisk fall day. The design is beautiful. The cut accentuates curves tastefully. I wore this to meet my husband's boss at a country club, and loved it so much that I decided to kept it on my unlimited for a few more days to wear to Thanksgiving. My mom wanted to steal it she loved it do much, and told me I need to wear more Nanette Lepore. Very happy with this dress.

I wore this dress to stand out a little bit on my last day of Nurse Practitioner clinicals...and it got the job done. The fit was perfect and this dress was so comfortable. The material was a little on the heavier side which was perfect for a sunny November day. I paired it with some black tights because it was a little shorter than I like to wear in the office, but I would have wore this out to get dinner and drinks without questioning the length (mid thigh. I'm 5'8"). Love and will probably rent again!!!

The knit fabric on this dress is great, not too heavy and still works in the summer. The print is amazing. The silhouette is very flattering with the slight Aline. I'm pear shape and conscience of my hips in dresses, this really flattering on that area. Can't wait to rent again in the Fall with tights and boots.

This dress just slips over your head and falls into place. Very comfortable. As others mentioned it is a bit heavy so not for a real hot summer day. I wore it to church and it was good in the airconditioning.

XS fit great. No zipper it's a pullover but the fabric has a little stretch to it. I felt comfy in the XS. Despite being kinda sweater like fabric I didn't get hot even though the weather was very warm out. An easy transition between the office and outside. Definitely enjoyed this dress.

Very thick, stretchy fabric. The medium fit, but the large gave a little extra room which was nice at 6 months postpartum.

Running true to size with lots of stretch to the fabric, we recommend sizing up for backup if you're curvier or down if you're smaller framed. The size small fit well and was comfortable throughout the bodice, but I would have preferred the XS for a more snug fit. With the stretchy fabric, this style is great for any cup size and allows for comfort in the hips. At 5'7" the length hit a bit longer than mid thigh. Pair with strappy heels or leather booties.

The fact that this was a knit dress could be considered either a pro or a con. I appreciated the fact that the material was stretchy and a bit form fitting on top, which meant I did not need to recruit a roommate to help out with a tight back zipper. I definitely would say the dress ran true to size for this reason. However, I wasn't too sure how I felt about the overall appearance. Upon first glance, one of my roommates said "It looks like a dress you would wear at Christmas." Depending on how formal your work attire must be, this could definitely be considered an iffy matter if you're planning on wearing the dress to work (I ended up wearing the dress on a causal Friday). The design on the dress is super adorable though! If this kind of dress is your style, I'd definitely say it's a good find.

Was heavier than I expected. Definitely sweater material. Hides any problem areas like tummy!

I liked this dress -- didn't love it. Very elegant fabric that fIts nicely. I'm not that tall and it is just a tad short for what I like to wear to the office. It also accentuates my chest a little much -- the girls seem unusually pointy today with a usual bra. Overall, gorgeous dress -- and my issues may be just what someone else is looking for!! : )

Cute print, runs big. It bunched in together back which was annoying, but I wore it anyway. I would size down, and I'm pretty busty. That might help with the bunching issue

This dress was a bit snug on me, but fit my daughter ok. It was a cute dress, I didn't love the way the top/arms fit me. For comparison, my daughter in the dress is 5,10, 175, very athletic build.
