Amazing print and great fit! This style runs true to size, but size down for backup especially if you're smaller in the hips/bust. Fabric has a bit of stretch and the dress has pockets! At 5'7" it hit just above my knee. I'd recommend pairing it with a statement cuff or necklace.

Very snug fit and lots of cleavage. Pattern and pockets are great. Dress does pucker at bottom seam which is odd but not super noticeable. Will stretch out a bit with wear.

Wore the dress for a wedding shower. It ran a little bit large. Since I am on the shorter side, dress was knee length. Super flattering silhouette. The pattern and color is super unique and very pretty.

This dress has a really flattering neckline and is super loose from the bottom of your ribcage down. The length is really nice, too - it's not too short on me and it has a lining that keeps it smoothed out, too. The fabric is a heavier cotton that doesn't stretch much but is breathable but smooths you out. The 8 was very tight around the ribcage when I tried it on the day before the event, but I think just trying it on stretched it out a bit, because the next day it zipped up fine. There are little snaps to hold your bra under the straps, which is nice because the straps are fairly wide-set. Overall, got a ton of compliments and really loved eating, drinking, dancing and celebrating in this awesome dress!

This dress was perfect. I did go to the local lingerie store for the right bra with clear straps. The dress is lined, is well-constructed and the skirt falls beautifully. I would buy this dress!

Myself and everyone else loved the colors of this dress. It looks like it would be a thick fabric but its not and is such a great dress for an outdoor wedding. The top straps could have been taken up a big, at the end of the night I had to pull the top up a few times.

Rented this for a wedding after party. Cute dress, pretty casual. Easy to wear a bra with. Wish the waistline was more defined in it but overall very cute. My friends loved it.

Loved the vibrant colors on this dress. Summer wedding, the light weight of the dress was perfect. The a line fit great up top and around my waist, but left room in my hips for dancing. I usually wear a size 12, but the 10 fit good. Loved the pockets! Received many compliments, would highly recommend.

This dress fit well. It is fitted at the waist and was flattering. Hit close to the knee which I liked.

It fit really nicely and comfortably. I was afraid the straps would slip down a bit since they were so wide-set, but they didn't. I was thinking I would probably have to wear the size 6 since I'm sort of in between a 4 and 6, but the 4 fit just right.

It was a fun dress but pattern was a little faded from wear. I may have been pushing it for a 0 but it was very tight in my chest so I didn't wear a bra. A 2 may have been too big though so not sure!

The material was much different than I expected. Based on the pictures, I thought it was a brocade or jacquard type material, but it's actually a print with a little stretch. Like others have said, it's a little low cut in the front, so I wouldn't wear it to a professional/conservative event. I got tons of compliments. Able to wear a regular bra. Pockets!

Was a little nervous about not getting a backup size but the 6 was just perfect. I am not busty at all and didn't need a bra with this dress which was great. The length was perfect, even on a woman who is 5'11''. The dress was lightweight and great for an outdoor spring wedding. Would rent again.

I was pleasantly surprised by this rental, especially since it was difficult to gauge how such an intricate pattern will look in person. The fabric was luxurious, the dress felt well constructed and the vibrant print had a gorgeous sheen to it that really made my summer tan pop! It was comfortable to wear, a flattering fit (especially on my larger chest) and not too short on my 5'11" frame. Paired perfectly with the mint Kendra Scott necklace I rented to wear with it. Received compliments all night and would love an excuse to wear it again!

I absolutely LOVE this dress and received compliments on it all night. My only hesitation was that, as read in other reviews, it is extremely low cut in the front. Since my chest is on the larger size, i actually had to pin it to my bra in fear of myself falling out! The dress is much more casual in person, there is no sheen and it is a simple cotton dress, but for the venue it was perfect. Even with the few negatives I love this dress and would absolutely wear it again!

This dress is awesome! I usually wear a 6 and fit true to size for me, I wouldn't have fit in a 4. It has great structure and a nice, soft material. It is not "shiny" as some of the photos appear. As the other comments state, it's fitted up top and flares out at the waist. I styled it with nude cork wedges for an outdoor wedding, along with the Kate Spade necklace I rented from the Georgetown location. I happened to have some earrings that went well along with a gold lace cuff bracelet. I received so many complements!!!

Nanette Lapore cannot go wrong in my book. Her dresses always are my favorite. The bright pink with turquoise color really stood out during a spring brunch. The top is a bit low cut, but not enough to be uncomfortable. I wore a big turquoise necklace to brighten up the entire look and "cover up" a bit. The A-line flare is extremely flattering. And pockets! The material is a bit heavier which is nice if you're going to be outside and there is a chance for wind. No chance for the skirt to fly up. Absolutely recommend this dress.

Gorgeous dress but like other reviews say - it's not embroidered its a flat fabric. That said its beautiful and fits very well. I'm a G cup and the dress had a lot of cleavage, but still fit. And the pockets are amazing - no need for a purse!

This dress was incredibly flattering. I am usually a size 8 and some reviews said to size down - so I got a size 6 too. The 6 fit better in my waist but my 34 DD were spilling out the top and I had side boob. The 8 fit a little loose in the middle but didn't look bad, so that's the size I went with.

This colorful dress has thinner material than appears on the website; however, it is sturdy and lays beautifully. Complete with a great lining and flattering pockets that weave into the pleats, this dress was comfortable and practical to store my lipgloss and phone without having to carry a purse. It could have been easily worn with a regular bra, but I didn't wear one and had great support. The color combination is unique, stands out from the regular black dresses seen at social events, and is easy to dance and move in. It can easily be dressed down to wear to a shower or party or dressed up to wear to a wedding. Enjoy renting this one!

I am small chested and should have opted for the size 2 - I felt the top wasn't form-fitted enough even with a slightly padded bra. The length was great - I didn't have to worry about anything being exposed whilst moving about. The colors area bit louder in person, but it's not such a bad thing. I paired it with dark green diamond-like studs, beige suede kitten heels, and a black scarf around my shoulders when I was cold.

I felt great in this dress; it was comfortable and appropriate for a family wedding, yet the details meant that I stood out from the crowd just enough to feel unique. In most of the RTR photos, the fabric looks almost like a heavy, embroidered material, but it's actually a lovely silky print. The straps and neckline meant that I could wear a regular bra (there are snaps in the shoulders to keep bra straps from slipping)., and there was plenty of room for 'the girls' :-)

I felt so good in this dress. The bust is snug and then it fans out right below the rib cage. It gave my athletic body a little more shape which I loved! After reading other reviews, I knew not to expect thick, embroidered fabric. But the fabric was sturdier than some reviews claim. It is a thick spandex-y material and had good structure. I usually go between a 0 and 2, and the 0 fit perfectly. I think if I had a larger bust I would have needed the 2. If you have thicker hips you could wear a smaller size and be fine because the skirt fans out. I wore this for an early fall wedding and would definitely rent again for a spring event!

The fit was great and looked perfect! I got so many compliments and definitely stood out, but in a good way. It looked fabulous and I would recommend it for weddings, especially outdoor and semi-formal.

Great fit and flare shape (forgiving!), fun pattern, pockets and very comfortable dress. I wore this to a casual outdoor wedding in Portland- I think it would also be perfect for a bridal shower, graduation or daytime bachelorette event! True to size for me-- I could fit into the 4 but the 6 was a better fit on top.

This dress was large in the waist for me, but I had a belt that worked. I have an hourglass shape, so I often have trouble finding things that cinch in the waist enough but still fit my curvy bust and hips. I probably should have ordered the 2 knowing the skirt was full, but I had ordered tow other dresses for this wedding for my daughter and me, so I rolled the dice. Thankfully it worked. This dress looks in some photos like it's a heavier embroidered texture, but it is a thinner material with the design printed on the fabric. It was great for a hot summer rehearsal dinner. The pockets were an added bonus. (34C, 25", 36")

I LOVED this dress. I wore it twice in one weekend, to a swanky dinner and then to dim sum and the movies. The dress is perfect for curvy women - v-neck, can wear with regular bra (although I went without - there was plenty of support), flared at the waist, and with POCKETS. My husband loved it, and I got several compliments. You may be able to size down for a backup. This is definitely one of my favorite RTR dresses, and that's saying a lot!

True to size. It doesn't grab at the waist so both the 6 or the 8 size fit but the larger size was more comfortable in the chest. I loved the dress. Very comfortable (plus the fact there are pockets). Beautiful pattern and perfect for the event.

I was hesitant to rent this because it was new and only had a few reviews to go off of. I'm glad I did. The 0 was true to size (tho slightly tight while sitting around the rib cage- not unbearable at all, though). For a 34a definitely wear a padded bra to fill out the top. The bra clasps inside the straps were a nice addition but didn't hide my straps so I went strapless. Light fabric which is printed; not stitched like I thought from the photo. So fun to twirl in and I felt like a million bucks! Great RTR experience, per usual. Rent this one!! Wish I could keep it.

Loved this dress, even prettier in person. Very comfortable with thick straps and some stretch in the fabric. There are even small snaps to hold your bra straps in place. I would have gone a size down for a more flattering fit at the waist, but otherwise it was perfect for the indoor/outdoor summer party. Also, the pockets were a great surprise, perfect to store your phone & free up your hands for a cocktail.

It definitely runs big. I normally wear a 6, but wore a 4 in this. In pictures, the fabric looks textured and shiny, but it’s actually matte and made of cotton or something similar. Really cute!
