This was my first adventure into a boxy, oversized coat as i usually choose something more tailored. I think I fell in love with the color first and then the fit grew on me! I didn't have any sleeve or Chet's issues wearing a chunky sweater underneath, and it's long enough to provide extra warmth. Will definitely rent again.

Beautiful coat and so much fun to wear. It does run big but I live In Nyc area and we need to layer. I wore a sweater coat under and so happy that I could. Family commented that I was easy to find in a crowd. This coat only has one button but it didn't seem to matter. I returned so I could try other coats. So far this is my favorite. I would size down and definitely rent again.

Wore this coat for a valentines ice skating date. It was a great coat and kept me warm with my layers underneath. Probably not the best coat for ice skating though (there is only one button to keep the coat closed and the pockets are open without a zipper or button). Otherwise it is a great coat for a fun pop of color!

I really liked this jacket. It flaps open in the wind so it wasn't that warm for my New England winter but I was okay with it. Beautiful color and design.

I thought I would like this coat, but I didn't expect to LOVE this coat as much as I do! Wore it for a date day with my husband, and again to work. I'm a solid size 10 and the Medium was a perfect fit, still properly loose but structured. This isn't a super heavy coat. I wore it in 38 degree weather with a short sleeved dress underneath and a light scarf and was comfortable. But I tend to run a bit hot so it might need more layers for others.

The sleeves are unique and the length was perfect!

Such a great pop of color and a good weight for early spring in the Midwest. Sleeves were about 7/8 on me (6' tall)

This is the first thing that I've been able to wear as most of my selections have been too small due to my fuller figure. This is an xxl since I wear my coats loose. The fit is beautiful and although it's not real heavy it's 40 degrees here today and I feel comfortable. Love it!

if you're going for vintage Maisel vibes this is your coat. Lovely color. Not as warm as you'd think necessarily. Having only one button was kind of annoying. Runs large

Loved everything about this coat. Was super warm and cozy. I wore a medium but it felt bigger.

My winter coat is basic black, so I loved the way this colorful and bright raspberry-colored coat let me switch it up. The puffed sleeves were a trendy detail, and the cut was flattering and forgiving. As others have noted, it's got just one button, so it's not suited for frigid weather, but for meetings and dinners in February, it was just the thing. I'll hate sending this one back....

This coat is definitely a showstopper, the color is so bright and rich it's hard not to stop and stare. It was oversized which I found to make it all the more cozy and with subtle puff sleeves and the seam detail it wasn't slouchy. I wore it on a visit to the Supreme Court and a nice dinner, as well as just running errands or going to class. I am so in love with this warm and chic coat and am so sad to return it.

Bold and bright color perfect for cold day!!

Be that pop of color in a sea of dark coats this winter and feel fabulous in it! This magenta gem might be slightly scratchy to the touch on the outside but ridiculously warm and a much needed 'oomph' to the soul when the sun goes down so early.

I wish there were more buttons but it was a great coat to mix up the winter darks! This picture is not good lighting but only one I had. I actually liked the shorter sleeves.

Absolutely gorgeous statement piece, if you are on the bigger side it definitely doesn't hide that being so bright but I rented a few different coats for my trip to NY in Jan and I found this piece to be so comfortable and beautiful- not as warm as I had hoped but not cool either- depending on the weather. When it was in the upper 40s it worked great but anything colder I froze

I work from home and very rarely leave my house other to walk my dog so this was an easy way to brighten my days (and look super cute when I do leave). Not super heavy, still warm but on the lighter side for coats like this. The fabric was also a little more rough than I expected but I still loved it.

Runs large. I usually buy size large but rented Med based on reviews but could have gone to a small size.

I rented this for a valentines trip to seattle and absolutely loved it. It ended up snowing and so I did have to layer, but the color was so gorgeous. I felt so fancy in this coat and am very tempted to buy it.

Very thin coat, suitable for spring or fall. Balloon sleeves and dropped shoulders leaves room for sweaters underneath. The color made me happy.

Spent a few days in Boston. Coat was super cute and made wearing a winter coat constantly, way more fun. The neckline is very open so a scarf is required if wearing in a cold or windy climate. Didn't end up getting a picture with the coat on, but liked the jacket a lot.

This was a little big on me. I think I order up a size because I was thinking I'd wear a big sweater under it. Even though it was big, it was cute on. The shape is swingy and the color beautiful. I wore a big cashmere scarf with it to keep me warm since it's only got one button and not exactly meant for a frigid day walking about in NYC.

Beautiful color, I'd describe as fuschia. Needed something bump friendly to wear on our trip to NYC as none of my coats would button. At 26 weeks pregnant this fit beautifully over bump with a little room to spare. I am 5'2" and normally would get small but sized up to medium during pregnancy around 150 lbs. I will say the sleeves on this are short but that was perfect for me since I'm a shorty. Also nice and warm but not heavy. Love!!

I LOVED this coat and would have bought it It I lived somewhere I'd use it. I tried the medium and the large based on the Nanette Lepore sizing chart, but the coat is oversized and the medium was perfect. Good weight for the 30s-40s, and so much more fun to wear something cute that stands out in a sea of black and grey.

Loved this jacket. Not too heavy, nice quality wool. Casual fit, single front button and different sleeve/cuff details. Got compliments on the color/ jacket

After reading the reviews, I sized down to an XS (normally a M), but wish I had went with the small. The XS fit through the shoulders and could easily button, but the sleeves were short and it didn't give the oversized look that the designer intended. Might consider renting again, but next time in S!
