This is a great skirt and seems like it would be very versatile. I am a 4-6 and this 4 fit well, so I would say it seems true to size or a bit large (for comparison, my only other pencil skirt, which is from Boden, is an 8). Very dark purple and a nice alternative to black. Definitely lots of texture to it but a bit hard to see because of the dark color.

This is a super comfortable skirt in a beautiful and unexpected color. The purple is VERY dark - like a super dark aubergine - and the material is thick and lined. The texture is lovely. Wish I could buy this one! One note - the skirt I got was missing a button. It wasn't noticeable but I hope it's fixed!

Size down. I'm normally an 8-10 in hip-hugging dresses but the 6 was very comfortable. Lined, has stretch, and lovely textured purple fabric doesn't show up in my photo.

Fabric is lighter weight than expected. Good for winter and fall. There's a lot of give so if you're between sizes, size down. I typically wear 4-6 and the 4 was comfortable.

Wore to after work event. Comfortable and cute. Buttons at bottom are off centered from actual Split which I didn't care for.

I found this to run a bit large on me and probably could have sized down, but the quality was very nice and there is a cute button detail on the back. Definitely a nice piece for a conservative work related event.

Overall a nice piece with thoughtful details, though the lining slips up at the waist a bit.

the material stretches and I had to adjust it a few times throughout the day. Otherwise the fit was fine on my curvy petite pear shaped frame.

I wore this skirt for work and received so many compliments! This skirt is perfect for winter because the material is thick! The back buttons add the perfect flare! It does run a half size big.

The comfy stretch of the skirt was my favorite part; it was pleasant to wear. While there is nothing overly striking about the dark purple/black details, I received tons of compliments on the skirt from a variety of people (ages). The fit was comfortable and easy to wear.
