I'm only 5'4'' and I found it to be a little shorter than I'm used to wearing. Also, because I'm quite pale, the mesh at the top was actually darker than my skin tone. It was extremely comfortable, though. I had a little issue with the fit in the sleeves- I have big upper arms and I kept having to tug them down.

The fit was perfect and it seemed a little loose around the stomach area. Reading the reviews helped me decide between size and the cut of the dress. My first selection looked too boxy as every curvy women that wore it looked off. It did not flatter their body shape as well.

I had originally ordered a different dress but didn't like the way it looked, so I called RTR and they overnighted this one!! This dress is plus-size by default, so unlike most other dresses, it's actually true to size. I wear a size 16 jean and the 16W of this dress fit me like a glove. It's a shift but not in a baggy way (I tend to avoid shifts because they make me look 3x bigger than I actually am)--it's comfortably form-fitting. It's a little darker IRL than it is in the model photos. Definitely recommend!

Luckily I'm a little more shapely so it hugged in certain areas but other it just hung on me. I alternate between a. 14-16 and wish I would have ordered the 14. But reviews said it ran short and tight on a girl I thought had a similar size. I loved t and made it work!!!

It is definitely true to size. I am 5'8" and it came just a few inches above the knee. The dress wasn't too tight in the bust and it didn't bunch around the waist and hip. The only problem is that the overlay seemed light blue in the picture but it was more of a gray in person.

Compliments, compliments, compliments from people I didn't know! Not my usual color and it is a bit greener than shows in the picture but it's beautiful almost like a Tiffany blue or seafoam color. Very well made and accommodated my shape well without being too loose. Nice and light great for dancing! wore it as suggested with my hair up and a bling-y choker and it worked really well together. Thanks RTR!

I rented this dress to chaperone a prom. I wanted something modest but still cute. I love the design and color and it was high quality and comfortable, but it did run very large and was a little too baggy. I usually wear a 14 or 16 and the 14 was very roomy.

This was comfortable, super stylish, and very breathable on a hot day (July outdoor ceremony and I was fine the entire time). I could have gotten away with the 14 but due to my larger bust, the 14 looked shorter and I was worried about being on edge all night because of the length. So I opted for the 16. But I was glad I did! I had plenty of room to eat all of the courses for dinner and not worry about feeling constricted. I also got a bunch of compliments on this dress all night! It was fabulous!
