The fabric was thicker than I expected, but still very elegant. I ordered the 4 and 6 and could've worn either one. I ended up in the 6 so that I could have a bit more room in the chest.

Classy, flattering, gorgeous dress. On the model it look like it flares out a little too much - but it is not that exaggerated in person. Fit true to size and looks even better in person than in pictures.

I was afraid the 6 would be too big, but it fit perfectly. My only complaint is that it wrinkles easily.

Since there were very little reviews on this dress I wasn't so sure what size would fit and this dress was my only option as I was traveling a ton before making it to the destination where I would need this dress. Pressure was on! I ordered a 4 & 6. I typically wear size 4, but I know dress sizes can be funky and run small. The dresses arrived right on time and the 6 ended up fitting perfectly because the bust area doesn't have a lot of stretch room to work with. My only concern with this dress was that it wrinkles and came pretty wrinkled. It needed a quick steam and was all ready for me to wear. I received a ton of compliments and it was a great experience for this being my first time trying out this service. I wore blush heels that matched perfectly.

I rented this for my bridal shower. My original rental didn't arrive given a UPS mixup, but an RTR customer service agent spent 30 minutes on the phone with me helping me find an replacement that she overnighted to me for free. She saved the day. The dress is beautiful; I got a ton of compliments and have already re-rented it for a friend's wedding next month. I am typically a 4 and wore a 4 in this dress (since that was all they were able to send me last minute); however, I'm renting the 2 next time. I have a smaller upper body than lower body so the fit & flare style allows me to size down. The length was perfect on me, but I'm tall and also long-waisted, so the dress might be a tad long on shorter gals.

I am usually a size 4 and the size 4 fit perfectly! It was a little longer on me then the model in the picture. The dress was comfortable and easy to dance in. My husband and my friend thought I was crazy but I thought there was a weird smell? I would occasionally smell it throughout the night and I smelt it when I tried it on the night before. But like I said, two other people couldn't smell anything so I don't know if it was all in my head. I got a lot of compliments on it though!

I wore this dress to my bridal shower. It fit very comfortably. Tight around the waist hem, and a little loose on top, but looked and felt beautiful. I liked the length too - just above the knee.

Under one light, it looked light pink (like now) and then it looked okay on me. But under another light, it looked nude and therefore, really plain on me. the zipper was a little hard to pull up, and the dress was a little longer than I expected (RIGHT at bottom of my knee). Also, I don't have much of a belly but this dress seemed to cling to my stomach, as well as my (somewhat round) sides if I didn't stand completely straight. The lace looked nice, though.

I would suggest going up a size if you have a bigger chest area! I noticed that the length doesn't really change between sizes so that wouldn't be a main concern when going up in sizes! It was so great and elegant! I loved it!

I wore this as a bridesmaid in a wedding where the bride wanted us to pick different dresses in shades of light pink and ivory so this dress is perfect! The quality was incredibly nice. I love how it wasn't too fitting in the stomach area so I didn't have to worry about what I ate that night!

I loved this dress! So many compliments, too:) I had to wear the larger size which I still thought was snug. This dress works great for a pear shaped frame. But would not recommend for anyone with a big rib cage or large cup size. Quality fabric in a pretty color. Length is very tasteful. I want to rent again!!:)

This dress was actually a backup to a dress that became unavailable at the last minute. I rented this dress for a wedding and was a little concerned that the light color and the white lace on the bodice wouldn't be appropriate to wear to a wedding but the color is much more pink that I thought it appeared in the pictures and I wasn't uncomfortable at all. I typically wear a 4 but wore a size 6. It is a little tight around the rib cage especially once you eat a big wedding meal :) With all this being said, I absolutely loved this dress even more than I loved the original rental and would own this dress if I could.

This dress is simple yet elegant. It was pretty tight at the rib cage but comfortable overall. It is a pretty shade of light pink. I paired it with silver pumps and delicate Kenneth Cole earrings. Loved it

I wore this to host my best friend's bridal shower and it was perfect. The 8 was ruined the night before so I was sent the 6 and other dresses as options. The 6 fit well and was just a little tight around my bust (which was a little odd because this isn't usually an area dresses are tight on me). I got loads of compliments and felt comfortable and lovely all day.

Really liked this dress, it was perfect for my friend's wedding shower. It fit so nicely and looked lovely in photos. I have no complaints! It won't steal the show but it has the perfect amount of feminine details. I'm always between a 2-4 but I wore the size 4 with this one. The material is a little unforgiving and not stretchy.

I needed a dress for a wedding I was attending and didn't feel like going out to buy one, so I decided to try rent the runway since my best friend had told me such great things about it! This dress was very cute but definitely ran small, so I recommend going a size up. It has a very soft appeal if that's the look you are going for. It ran right above my knees and wasn't too long or too short. Loved it! The return process was extremely smooth as well.

This dress runs small so size up, but is a very flattering fit! It hugs your waist tightly and flows nicely outward from there. I usually order a 0 and 2 and wore the 2, but probably could've worn a 4.

This dress runs true to size and was a perfect fit. I felt gorgeous in it! I wore it to my friend's rehearsal dinner and although the colors are beautiful, It's a little "bridal" looking and could be a risk for a wedding event. The color is a very soft, pale pink, with ivory lace detail, and the fabric is great. Love this dress!

Be aware - this dress has no stretch, however, I loved it and it was comfortable. I love pink. This dress is understated, I work it to work and out that night on a date. The dress lets you shine.

Beautiful dress! Simple, lacy, and elegant dress for my engagement photoshoot at the botanical gardens. I am relative tiny (32B, 5ft3in, 98lb). RTR's customer service was great as they worked with me to find dresses that would fit my petite body type. This was the best fitting dress of the 3 I tried on. It gave me some shape and the length of the dress was just above my knees. The bottom of the dress arrived a little wrinkled and I wish I had a steamer to flatten it out. I ordered 2 other dresses. 1) Monique Lhullier's French Kiss. Wanted to love this as a coworker of mine wore this for her engagement photo shoot, but it was a large fit (too loose on top and too long on bottom) than the Michelle lace dress. Loved the lace, color, and quality though! 2) Frock Erin Fetherston's Blanca Daffodi-too loose on the top for me. May look better on someone with bigger bust.

This dress was a replacement dress that was sent to me and it ended up working out perfectly to wear to my rehearsal dinner. I'm typically a size 4, but wore the 6 in this dress as the 4 was a bit snug around my rib cage. Everyone loved the color and the style. I was freaking out a bit when I found out I was receiving replacement dresses, but this was perfect. I would definitely rent this style again and I am going to try out some of the designers other dresses. This dress is a perfect feminine and classic look.

Although I'm used to wearing 0's and 2's, a four wouldn't have been a bad decision for this dress. the waist was tighter than I would have liked. Regardless of fit, what I bought into and loved was the quality of the dress. The dress itself was extremely well made with exceptional layers of fabric and specifically expensive looking lace detail on the front. I usually have trouble finding dresses that are knee length and affordable, but this dress allowed me to dance like I like to!

Loved the cut of this dress. I wore this to a southern themed backyard style wedding. I was worried with me being on the petite side if it would be too long. It wasn't! The top was comfortable enough to wear without a bra. I got so many compliments on how cute this dress was.

I usually wear a 6, but this dress is very tight in the waist and so I wore the 8 so I could breathe better and be more comfortable for the wedding. The skirt is the perfect length and very appropriate for a wedding event. The color is more blush than nude and looks great! Got so many compliments on the dress! It does wrinkle easily so I had to iron it before I wore it, but it wasn't too hard to get them out. Overall so happy I went with this one!

I was in a friends wedding where I need an elegant dress to wear to the rehearsal dinner. This was perfect. Great fit, great length, and very modest but yet still cute.

I wore this dress to a wedding in June, and this was perfect for the affair. I tried on both sizes the day i received them, and the 2 (my usual size) fit perfect, the 4 had some extra room. The next day baby bloat was in full force (I was 7 weeks pregnant at the time), and the 2 was uncomfortably snug around my waist so I wore the 4 and it worked out great! There definitely is no give at all in this dress, so I would size up. I was concerned that the color would be too light for a wedding, but it ended up being a beautiful blush color that worked perfectly. I would definitely rent again.

This flowing floral dress is to die for in the pattern, but leaves a little too be desired in bust/top construction. I'm a large-busted gal (32FF), and was SUPER nervous about renting this for a spring wedding in Charleston as there were no reviews at the time of my renting. I was pleasantly surprised that the top wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, though. You do need *something* under the top; it's see-through enough that color readily shows, including even the outline of my nude strapless bra. I was able to wear a standard strapless though, which I was pleased with. The front b-day neck cut was just awkward with my large chest combined with my short torso (see addt'l photos.) However!! The dress is otherwise beautiful, comfortable, and fabulous for fun twirling! :) I have long legs and ordered the 10R; that was the first time an R was even remotely long enough, and this length was perfect. Short ladies be warned! I'm going to guess you'll need some hem tape on this one.

Fits tight around the upper waist. I could have worn the size 4 but wanted to save some room for dinner! Not too long. Overall, a sweet, innocent dress for a summer wedding. The size 4 dress' applique was slightly flopping down which is another reason why I chose the size 6.
