Unexpectedly stretchy. Had a lot of room in the waist which typically never happens for my body shape.

My size pre-pregnancy was a 25/26, and while I was SUPER skeptical about ordering this at almost 4 months pregnant, I couldn't help myself from at least trying it out when I saw it become available. I took a shot on the 25 thinking there was no way it was going to fit, but because the skirt sits at the hips AND has stretch, it was PERFECT. I had so many compliments on it, and I want to keep it forever - both during pregnancy and after.

The slit makes this skirt. Butter soft denim. Runs large around the waist. This was still too big, but doable.

This skirt is even more beautiful in person! It’s soft and the slit is just right!!!! It is a low and hip hugging. This actually fit me big but once it’s back, I plan on renting it in a XS!! Looking forward to trying other styles from Nigel Xavier 💕

This was a fun look that took my Millennial self back to the early 2000s— it is giving updated Aaliyah vibes with a twist! In terms of fit, I probably could have sized down, but made it work with a belt. Very original and fun. Was dope to also wear something from NIF — loved the show!
