This dress fit perfectly post baby 7 weeks. Hid my little pooch perfectly. I'm 5'2 and wore 3 inch heels and the high low length was perfect. The back dragged a little but the fabric was flowy so it looked fine. I found the top part a big snug but post baby my chest is closer to a D cup. I was fine with no bra but did wear those petal nipple covers. Post baby I'm between a size 4-6 and wore the size 42.
