Got this for a holiday event at a friend's who also does RTR (and we obviously compete for best dressed) - it is SO beautiful. The way it fits, the lines of the fabric. It's so elegant and edgy at the same time. Absolutely adored it.

I wore this to a formal charity event and I loved that it wasn't a typical floor length gown, it was a little edgy but still sophisticated and elegant. I truly loved it. I ran a little big but it didn't look baggy and I loved it. It's truly a one of a kind dress!

Normally I stay away from boring black but the chic cut and leather like fabric kept it super interesting! I had originally rented a different NR dress only available in 42 so when that dress fell through last minute R2R sent me this. The 42 was looked great and allowed me to eat with abandon but it was long with 4 inch heels. I wore silicone petals, like others said the cut didn't allow for a bra (but it was also a bigger size). It was perfect for black tie optional and also packed in a suitcase without any wrinkles! I felt great in it! Sorry for the weird selfies

I normally wear an 8 and the 42 fit perfectly.

I'm 5'2 so this was a little long and boxy on me. The belt was a life saver.

A modern gown for a black tie event! This dress is a unique high-low style that is the perfect combination between elegant and edgy. . At 5'4 the length was perfect on me. I would also recommend grabbing some fashion tape inc case your worried about the back of the dress showing your strapless bra. You will need to either wear a strapless or nu bra with this dress due to the lower back. You complete this look with your favorite pair of black stilettos and statement earring!

make sure you get a sticky bra! It is a lovely dress and so fun to wear. I wore it to a Black tie wedding and was comfortable all evening. Would rent again!

Beautiful dress. My large boobs made it look a little boxy and I wanted a very specific look.

This is the dress I ended up wearing. I thought it was very cool and unique. The fit is forgiving and comfortable for a sit down Gala. I was at a fashion event, so wearing a designer I really love (but wouldn't normally buy I dress from) was very cool. The only con was that the material is a bit difficult to keep from looking wrinkled.

I asked for the "8" it was a backup dress option for an event in another country. I loved the feel, cut, look, it was really striking. I would consider renting it for another event but probably in a size 6 or 4. It's meant to drape and flair I think not be form fitting. it has a more European style fit to it but a smaller size and I think this one would've been fantastic too! The original mermaid came in on time, fit like a glove and was the most stunning dress that night!

This fits more like an 8 or 10. I have broad shoulders and it still was way too big across the whole top and too long. Prob need to size down.
