Originally I wanted the all black but the dress was returned to RTR so damaged they could not ship it to me so I received this dress instead. It was breath taking. I received so many compliments that evening and I felt so beautiful. The fabric, the fit just everything about this dress was perfect.

This dress wasn't the dress I originally rented, but I loved it the minute I tried it on. It fit like a glove. It made me feel like a supermodel! I wore it to my boyfriend's military ball, and it definitely was everything the occasion warranted. I got compliments all night. I'm only 5'1 so it was long, but it was manageable and added to the overall effect of the dress. The bust part was super flattering as well. I definitely recommend it, and I wouldn't hesitate to rent it again.

The dress was a little big, and the straps were long but that is probably because I am 5'9" and I have a A cup. I had to attach the straps together in the back, and pin the back of the dress to my strapless bra. But other than that it was gorgeous!!! It is a long dress, I am not sure if you can choose your length but if you can be mindful of your height. I wore a 3 inch heel and the dress just grazed the floor.

I did use fashion tape to keep the top of the dresses from exposing everything when I leaned over. After I ate dinner the dress was a bit tight sitting down which was uncomfortable when watching a 2.5 hour show BUT overall I loved the look and feel of it. AND I was pleasantly surprised that the length of the dress was perfect for me with just a pair of heels. I'm pretty short so I'm used to floor length dresses dragging on the floor.

Fits true to size, but there is no give. Fits like a glove which was perfect for my gala!

This dress was extremely flattering but the straps were too long! A few safety pins later though and i was receiving compliments all night!

I wore this to my husband's work Christmas party. I ordered the 2 and the 4, and ended up wearing the 2. It fit perfectly, I got several compliments, and one friend even said "the dress was made for me." I wish I could have kept it! I will definitely be ordering from RTR in the future, thank you for the beautiful dress!

This dress definitely accentuated my curves in all the right ways. I wore it to a NYE symphony gala and felt like the belle of the ball. I wore it with a NU bra and it made me look extra busty. no real room for any Spanx or even undies under the dress....be prepared to rock every curve you've got! Would totally rent this again...loved it!

I wore this dress to my senior prom. The theme was casino royale and I absolutely loved it. I wore a size 8 and the bust area was too big for me while the waist fit me perfectly. The size 6 fit me bust but the waist was uncomfortably tight. And the clothing hanger loops on the inside kept falling out of the dress and I had to keep tucking them in. I wouldn't have chosen another dress to wear to my prom. I got a lot of compliments on it and it was really comfortable.

I had originally ordered a Nicole Miller gown but it was out so this was my second choice. It fit like a glove. I was a little worried because I am on the bustier side but it felt amazing once I put it on. It hugs every curve so it's not forgiving around the midsection. But I wore spanx and it was just fine. The straps are a little loose so if you have a smaller bust it may be to large. Overall I was very happy with this dress and didnt want to send it back. They also sent me a backup Issa dress which was I also liked but this was better suited for the occasion. I will definitely rent this again!

Tight fit, straps are are tearing from over use, but overall great dress! Not uncomfortable at all!

I ordered a 4 and 6 and wore the 4, but it was tight around the misection. The 6 was just too big everywhere (straps, midsection, length). I loved this dress and how it showcased my favorite part of my body- my chest! I would advise shapewear though to smooth out the tummy area. Overall, a really great dress!!

The 38R was too small in the bust, and the 40R was too big, but it's what I went with since I didn't have time to find anything else... Is a very pretty dress but it's hard to appreciate the satin bodice and how pretty it is in pictures, looked better in person I think... The dress was also starting to come apart at the middle seam which was OK since it was too big on me anyways it didn't pull, but if I bent over at all you could see my skin... Perfect length with ~4 inch heels and my favorite part was how comfy it was for a dress that still looks elegant... was able to dance for hours no problem! It's a bit pricey for me to rent it again, but I would recommend it for something special!

I rented this dress as a back up to the ML Monique Lhuiller Tulle to Lace Gown and decided to wear it at the last minute since my first choice dress was too tight in the bust area. I wore it for a NYE Black Tie Event and absolutely loved it, I danced the night away, very comfortable and hugged me in all the right places.

I loved this dress! I was so comfortable! It was a form fitting dress, but it wasn't too tight. My only issue was that the straps were too long and I had to figure out a way to pin them back so I didn't flash anyone (since I didn't wear a bra). But this was an absolutely fabulous dress! I highly recommend it!

I am a 34E/DD cup and I had A LOT of cleavage if you're a busty girl and want to be covered up, this is not the dress for you.

i had also ordered the 38R along with the 40L. The 38 fit in everywhere except the top clasps were a bit too tight. i wore about 3 in heels with the 40L and it was the perfect length. even with the shoes off it wasnt too long at all. overall i loved the gown

This dress fit beautifully, hugging curves in all of the right places. I was nervous about the bust size because it looks like minimal coverage on the model but it was perfect in person. I was getting compliments all night. I would totally recommend it for anyone!

so hot - definitely expect to get looks! fit perfectly, true to size. only issue was zipper in back kept unzipping, so i safety pinned it. otherwise loved the dress. definitely make you stand out

Beautiful dress, be aware the neckline does drop pretty low so cleavage will be showing, but it has a classy look.

It was very tight in the chest. I am a 32A and I could barely get it closed, I ended up picking up a pack of bra extenders to attach to the back so I could breathe a little easier. Additionally there were a series of small holes down the front of the dress. Besides these problems the dress was prefect for my occasion, law school black tie event. It was simple but very form flattering.

RTR sent this to me as an alternative for a dress that I chose but they did not have my size. I ended up wearing my original choice in a smaller size (which worked out!). WOuld wear this one on another occasion though. Maybe formal affair on a beach location.

This dress is very simple but the cut is so sexy. I do not recommend for anyone under 5'3" as the dress runs long. The top hangs low so the banding around the banding under the armpit was loose on me. This can easily be fixed with double sided tape. The dress is very snug and highlights even non-existent flaws. I also suggest a good pair of spanx for the waist area.

This dress is gorgeous and sexy. I usually wear a 0, I am 5'5", 110 pounds with a 32B cup size and the 38R was suffocating me. I even had my 95 pound sister who is 5'2" with a bust at 32A try it on and it was tight. I was sad not to be able to wear this dress because it hung so perfectly everywhere else, but like I said it's a beautiful dress if it fits!

This is an elegant dress!

I am pretty small and rarely have anything be too small on me, but the 38R fit extremely strangely. The bust area was extremely tight even though I am only really technically about 29-30" band size, as was the waist, while the straps and hips were slightly big. I could close it up, but it made me look like I had back fat (which I don't!) so though it was my first choice I ended up having to wear my back up choice. It would also have been slightly too long on my 5'1" frame unless I wore very high heels

I was disappointed with the overall fit and look of this dress. It wasn't worth the money and if I had time to exchange it before the inaugural ball I would. I'm afraid I'll be uncomfortable all night.

Unfortunately, this dress did not fit at all. I ordered to 38R and 40R. The 38R ran small and the 40R ran big for me. Normally, I am a size 0 to 2, but both sizes I tried of this dress were really unflattering for my body type. The straps are also very long. I am disappointed the dress did not fit because it looked so great on the model.

This dress did not fit! I also rented 2 sizes but either the bust was too large or the waist was too tight. The material felt a little cheap as well and there is a seam going down the middle of the dress that is a little unsightly. Had to go shopping on the day of the black-tie wedding for something to wear. Fortunately Bloomingdales had a gorgeous beaded dress that fit perfectly.
