No matter what, this designer never fails to produce pieces that are form fitting, silky, and look stunning. This black skirt is no different. Easily pairs with a tank top and flat sandals or something more structured for the office or a crop and heels for date night. Highly recommend.

The material is super soft and well made. I rented a medium but should have went with a small as it was big in the waist so wasn't the most flattering. Con: Tricky to put on. Just like the other reviews have said, don't step into it and pull up. Put on over your head and pull down to waist.

Really like the skirt, comfortable and the slit wasn't too high. There was a lot of fabric at the top so would probably go with the small next time.

Love this skirt so much. I have only been a RTR customer for one month and it was a rental in my second shipment of the month. The slit isn't too high but does ride up when you sit. I have worn in on date nights with my fiancé and out with girlfriends.

Loved the look, but kind of tricky to get on/off. Once I figured that out, it was super chic and lots of fun to wear. Beautiful fabric. The center leg slit ups the visual interest and sex appeal.

really pretty skirt that can be dressed up or down!

After reading reviews I was hesitant about renting it but I'm so glad I listened to my gut. This skirt is BEAUTIFUL. It can be dressed up or down for any occasion. I ran errands in it one day and received so many compliments. It's true to size - I rented the small. It compliments my hips and my waist very well. It's difficult for me to find a skirt that truly flatters my body (40 in hips, 25 in waist) but this one succeeded! The skirt sits comfortably on my hips while accentuating my waist.

I didn't wear but wish I did. Tried on. Looked awesome.

This was cute out at night with a bodysuit / crop top. It fit me well at 5'9 with heels so I don't think it would fit well on someone shorter

Loved this cut, but the tie at the top was a bit different than I had thought it would be. Still cute and flattering. Fit great.

Could not even figure out how to get this on.

Though the skirt took me 20 minutes to figure out how to properly wear, the details and "silky" material made the skirt feel chic, gave me a Victoria Beckham vibe. Sadly I felt as this piece did not compliment my hourglass figure and would have looked better on a more athletic or straight-build figure. Also, if you line up the stitching and where the zipper should be, I found that the slit ends up being right in the middle of your legs and not on the side as shown in the photo.

The middle slit is a little impractical (especially while sitting), but I still love Nanushka and everything they do. This is a timeless staple with modern detailing, and I styled it down with a white ribbed tank and sandals.

It was easier to get my college degree than to figure out how to put this on. It's cute but was too big on me so couldn't wear it. Worth the rent but give yourself time to figure out how to put it on.

I, unfortunately, had to size up to a Medium because a small wasn't available, but I think even with a small I would have had an issue with this skirt. Where it crisscrosses on the front pushes the material out and makes you appear larger than you are. I never got to wear it and will be returning.

Was super cute but fabric pulled too tight across hips and made the seam wonky. Otherwise, cute!

Def size up the waist is tiny! Or if you have a tiny waist this is for you. Unfortunately I couldn't wear.

Slit goes up too high

I love a knot or ruching to flatter a classic silhouette, but this skirt just didn't work for me. The waistband with the knot is separated from the rest of the garment, probably to avoid bunching, is strange. The satin-like material negated any figure flattering benefits of the knot and the skirt was an odd fit overall. I tried in on and it was an unequivocal 'no' and went back in the bag. I think it would suit someone with less hips and no tummy.

The front laid in a strange and exposed part of my skin through the folds in a way that didn’t seem intentional. When I tried to put it back on to get a picture for this review I was so confused by where the pieces were supposed to lie I literally couldn’t put it on. Definitely be careful not to hang it or handle it in any way that will disrupt how the bits are meant to be positioned

Would've loved wearing this if the top wasn't so weird to figure out. I have pretty big hips so I knew this would be an over the head try on and everything fit where it needed to without looking horrible. BUT the top is so needlessly complicated as a design and is nearly impossible to figure out how to drape and fix. You shouldn't have to Google how to put on a skirt like this.

I found it difficult to style and therefore did not wear.
