This skirt is adorable with a feminine military vibe. It fit me nicely in the waist with a bit of room in the hips, so would be good for curvier women. Wore it the first time as styled in the designer pic with the green sweater and black knee high boots, which was cute, but felt a bit heavy in over style for me. I wore it again with an off-white camisole and denim cropped jacket. Like it so much that I bought it!

This skirt felt like it was made for me, it hugs perfectly!! I loved how it was nice enough for a Friday at work fit but super cute for the weekend! So many compliments!

Love this skirt. The military vibes coupled with the feminine ruffles at the bottom make it so interesting. It does run small. I am usually a 0-2 and I ordered the 4 because others mentioned it ran small...so definitely size up.

Although this skirt runs VERY small (I norm wear a 4 & the 8R fit me perf), I just love it! So much so, I bought it. Cute & comfortable fit and fabric. Very flattering AND machine washable. I can dress it up, and down .. a definite keeper for me!

Definitely agree with other reviewers... size up! I'm usually a 6 and ordered two sizes up (10) and it was perfect. Loved the look and felt super comfortable in it. Plus, who doesn't love big pockets?

I should have trusted the reviews and sized up on this cutie! I wear a 6 and rented a 6--the 8 would have given me some breathing room because this high waisted skirt was tight for me in the waist. Most of the day I wore with the buttons undone and my sweater untucked. Tencel-like material wrinkles a bit over the day.

Great fabric. Lays beautifully. More of a green color, not khaki like in the pictures. Runs about 2 sizes small. I'm normally a size 2, but the size 6 fit great.

A tad small in the waist area but works great with a fitted top. The last ruffle was a little longer that I thought it would be but it looked cute with booties

I love this skirt - I’m amazed how well it fits also given that I am pretty short (5 ft 1). This skirt sits nice and high on the waist to be very flattering, follows all your curves tastefully and then kicks out at the bottom.

I originally rented a 8 and had to return it for a larger size. The 10 fit much better. I usually wear a 4-6 in skirts and pants so as others are saying, this definitely runs small. If things tend to fit snug in the hips on you, I recommend going up 2 sizes and not just one.

While I didn't have anywhere special to wear this skirt, I did receive compliments at the grocery store lol. It was comfortable, fit nicely, and had a unique look to it. I'll definitely try to rent it again.

It shows off your waist in a good way. It cinches it in for sure. If you are uncertain about showing off your middle, you may not want to try this skirt. It is a sexy look.

I agree it’s at least two sizes too small but I did enjoy wearing it. However, even the upsized version was snug in the waist and bothered me after a while!

VERY flattering (snatches that waist IN) and the fabric is lightweight but sturdy. But the waistband was juuuust too tight. I wore it all day at work anyway, but was not thrilled about it. Hips and length were spot on. Probably works better for someone with curves. I forget what top I styled it with, but it was tucked in. Wore with similarly green, sleek Timberlands. It was a mood.

Love the shape of this skirt and color - figured it would be super versatile. Sadly the hips / length was great but I couldn't even button the waist. I am usually a 0/2 or waist 24.5 / 25, this felt like 23 inches.

Fun high waisted skirt. It was a little tight on me and I went 2 sizes up, but still enjoyed wearing. The weight of the fabric is great and is perfect to where in fall or winter.

It seems some of the other reviewers think the skirt runs small, judging by the pictures it looks like they are trying to wear it too low on the torso. The dress is designed to be very high waisted and I found that it fit true to size. It gives you the appearance of having a very tiny waist while flattering your curves. I loved it and would buy if it weren't so expensive.

i was on the fence between a 6 and 8 based on reviews. thought the 6 would work (27/28 jeans, 4,6 pants) -- but need an 8.

Super snug in the ribcage area. I tried both the 0 and 2. Both cut into my ribcage and were extremely uncomfortable. Really wanted to love the skirt. The pockets, ruffles, and length were great. Maybe if I had a longer torso. :(

No give or stretch in the material so if you're between sizes I suggest you size up. The material is not a thick canvas or chinos material, more like parachute material.

As other reviewers mentioned, it runs a full size small. I wasn't a fan of the skirt and didn't wear it. I found the front pockets to be unflattering and overall the waist was too high to be comfortable.

The style and material for the skirt were gorgeous. However it runs at least 1 to 2 sizes too small and was unwearable for me. The material is not bulky and would probably look great if it fit.
