Runs a bit small - I'm normally a 4 and S but the S was a bit tight on me. It was fine because I paired it with a vest but would have looked too tight without. Overall though love the shirt! Super trendy and great comfy material too

This top runs true to size and is surprisingly very stretchy. I would size up for the back up size so that it is comfortable. It's weird because there is no collar, but I like it!

Fit small, buttons at bust were gaping for work. I wore it tucked in.

I wore this with a navy suit. I found the sleeves to be a bit long. It fit true to size. Comfortable and casual but nothing to rave about. Wouldn't rent again.

I'm usually between a small and medium and RTR recommended small for this one. It's a bit stretched across the chest so I'd suggest sizing up if you have any boob!

I should’ve sized up with this shirt, but I decided to wear it open over a tank top (there was no way it was buttoning up). The material is nice and stretchy, and I actually got compliments which surprised me.

I'm a 32D and the shirt fit great everywhere but my breasts. I had to wear it with a white tank underneath and unbuttoned on top, but I still loved it.

I liked the stripes and the light blue color on this top. It was very stretchy material and really tight. I should have went with a size S. Its cute but I couldn't figure out what to pair it with so I went with a white pair of jeans. wore it once and sent it back. The reason why I rented it was because there wasn't anything else available at the time.

This was a nice shirt, true to size. Loved the extra long cuffs to give it a bit more style.

This is more of a chambray feel that it shows up online. It's cute, but I got it to wear to work and felt it was not really polished enough. It also came extremely wrinkly and wrinkled as I wore it.

I wear a size A bra and the top was too tight. Pulled the buttons. Definitely size up. Sleeves were also too long.

I wish I had taken the reviews that said "runs small" more seriously, because those ladies were absolutely correct! I tossed this into my gym bag to change into for work and only wore it because I didn't have a choice. After being stuck in it all day, I couldn't wait to take it off. I had to pin it at the chest to make it somewhat office appropriate. My 32B boobs should not cause a button down to gape, but they did in this shirt. The sleeves were tight and while I normally like to show off my biceps, I don't like to do it at the office. I liked the collarless design and the stretchy material and probably would have been happier if I had gone a size up. I also thought that the shirt did not look as crisp as the photos online, perhaps due to too much wear.

Pro: beautiful, simple and makes a statement. Has a nice level of sophistication. Cons: If you have ever picked up a weight in your life or if your arms have muscles that you have even just used once in your life this will not fit you. I'd say sizing is about 4 sizes to small. I wore a size 4 and I could see it being more along the lines of a size zero or double zero.

This is a really cute work top, but alas I have a Larger chest and the buttons were bursting. Also the arms were very tight, stretchy material but still too tight to work in.

It was definitely smaller than i expected it being. I should have ordered a small but they didnt have it when I ordered. Its tight in the arms but kind of big in the back and neck. Didn't love it but it was OK for a day of work.

Rented to wear to work or on the weekend and unfortunately it just wasn't right. The material was stretchy so it made it super easy for the buttons to tug and be too revealing. It didn't look right if it wasn't button all the way, and the sleeves were awkwardly long. Needless to say, didn't wear it.

This shirt arrived lookong very worn. It runs very small in the shoulders and arms, so if you dont have tiny baby arms, go up a size!

I'm Shocked I had no idea this was a super tight material. I am very small chested and the M puckered at the chest, so you could see through the button holes from the side. Skin tight on my thin arms! Such a weird fit! I couldn't wear it.
