This was beautiful dress. The empire fit was very flattering and internal bra comfortable. I wore this to a wedding that I was a reader in. I received many compliments. I didn't receive the straps but used a wide detachable black bra strap hooked to the internal buttons and it worked great.

Very luxurious, classy dress. The empire styling should favor all body types, and the allover sequin-weave knit is very pretty. This was my backup dress and I ended up going with an edgier outfit, but if you want a classic and beautiful dress, this is it. Has a very sturdy built-in bra with boning all around for support. It also has optional 1/2" wide ballerina-type straps that are set wide apart, and this dress also looks fabulous with them up if you're don't want a totally strapless look.

over all this is a great dress. i did wear a strapless bra with this style because the top was a bit big. But as most all strapless dresses go, it had a tendency to slip down.. I also think this was because the inside bodice had built in cups (to be worn with out a strapless bra), but the cups are very small!. Also, i intended to wear the straps to avoid the forever hiking of the strapless dress, but the straps were way too long. i was a little nervous about the sparkle in the fabric, but it turned out to be a beautiful detail. Accessories i choose were silver with gunmetal stones! Perfect.
