A fun twist on the classic work trouser. These pants purposefully roll over giving every outfit an edgier feel. Very comfy and fit great!

Super cool “updated classic” trouser by Marissa Webb! The color, print, and cut of these pants are 100% classic suit styling. However, the unique and unexpected fold-over waistband detail makes these trousers way more fun and interesting! I rented my usual size the 1st time but they ended up being too large, so unless you’re going for a relaxed look I’d recommend renting 1 size smaller than your usual pant size. After sizing down, the fit was perfect! Waist was lower than expected- I liked where it hit on me (5’8”) but just keep in mind that the lower rise combined with the waist detail may highlight the hip and stomach area. The light grey wool fabric felt soft and comfortable, and the print is a lovely subtle plaid. I wore with white sneakers, but I do think the black heels the model is wearing are the perfect shoe choice! Will rent again :-)

It was a little big in the waist/hips (they are low rise so the waist is near your hips). I'm usually a 4, and the 2 was a little loose. Interesting style, the only way I could make it work was with a white bitton down and a tight black sweater over it.

If worn in the right way for the right occasion, these are fun pants. The folded waist band gives definition and interest but with a casual vibe. I really like these on… while I was standing up. Unfortunately, the minute you sit the whole thing gets a bit lost and looks like you might be busting out after a big meal! Fit wise I think these run a bit large… although one could argue that is the part of the look. However, the sag in the butt combined with the popping out pockets (I am not hippy on the slightest) just looks sloppy. Also of note, you must tuck your shirt in or go for a cropped top or you might as well be wearing different pants.

I thought the waist band flip appeared ok in the model pics but the size was too large so it looks like I am trying to take the pants off on purpose. It isn’t really a size 0. I am not a size 0. In my old suits I am a size 4 and jacket top is size 6. With vanity sizing going on over the years, I never know what I’m going to get. So don’t rent this suit if you are smaller than a 4. It will be too big. I did not wear.

I loved the photo of these on the model, but felt these didn’t executive well in person. The way these were tapered on the leg/ankle made me appear larger than I am. I am usually a size 4 and the size 2 fit my waist.

These are comfortable and flattering! Perfect length and the unique waist is a perfect twist on a dress pant. Highly recommend.

Loved the cut and feel of these fun dress pants. Perfect fit and length. Didn’t wear because the matching suit jacket was massive on me.

It's a great item, just not for me

On its own- the pants are strange. Everyone thinks you split your pants. I got the blazer in a size up to cover the folded over top - worked perfect. Great for her work!

These pants were comfortable and striking, without being too distracting. I thought they'd be a little more fitted, so maybe size down?

I sized up since I've gained a few pounds but I think my usual 8 would have worked better.

The undone look probably would have been a bit too much for where i work and would have confused my cowokers but wore out for drinks!

I couldn't wear as the waist and legs were way too large. classy and elegant with a fun waist detail.

Super light & comfortable but was loose and not fitted

I’m usually a true four (modern American 2). These fit my waist but the style looked too much like I actually rolled my pants down. My conservative job is not ready for this look. Length is decent- at least the length doesn’t look like you’re trying to wear toddler clothes.

These are great pants and they fit perfectly. The folded over top makes them look very casual. The matching blazer covers it, but was too large to wear.

I didn't love this foldover look the way I thought I would. The pants were too baggy for it and just made me look sloppy. I wore with a shirt that covered the top, but probably wouldn't rent again, or maybe I would try a size down.

Runs big - wasn't into

Runs big around the waist. Rest of fit is good. The easiest is also a bit funky with the fold down. Cute idea but just didn't sit right

I normally wear a 2 and these were too big. It’s an odd design with the top folded over which is why I chose them. But turns out they didn’t seem right but maybe bc they were too large.

Marked as petite, but was at least 3 inches too long and also too big around the waist. These pants would probably be cute if they fit.
