You'll definitely need a tank if you're busty; the highest cut point in the skirt is almost to my underwear and right in the middle, so I wore a legging. Pretty generous in the waist area. Easy nursing access.

Fun style of wrap! The top is a button down that "tucks" into the skirt once the skirt is wrapped. I'm really glad I took the large, even as a size 6/8.

I wore this on a super hot day and it was great - it is quite short in the front, it feels shorter than it is though due to the nature of the swooping shirt. I would size up!

A lot of reviews said that the front was too revealing at the wrap area at the legs which I also thought at first. The trick is you need to wrap it so that it ties on the right side and it will be perfect. I'm 5'5" 130 and the MR was great.

Received an insane amount of compliments on this, both times I wore it. The fabric is light, but not see through, and the way that it ties can leave the front slit quite high up on your leg - a little risky for work, especially on windy days. But the fit is adjustable with the wrap and the print is beautiful! Would definitely rent again.

I am torn about this dress. Overall I think it's cute and different. The print is kind of country, but colors are modern. Fabric is nice and silky. Fit is tts. I loved the flirty wrap hemline and the way it moved when I walked, and I got lots of compliments. However, the soft ruffles at the bottom of the skirt go all the way up and made the wrap a little awkward, resulting in some bunchy lumps and a faux belly. It wasn't obvious, and I'm not sure anyone noticed but me, but I was conscious of it all day.

This dress is beautiful, and the material is very nice. However, as others have noted, the skirt has a somewhat "aggressive" slit, and I found myself constantly having to adjust the wrap tie to make sure it would stay in place. This outfit is probably better for a day/night outing, than for work.

I liked this dress. It has a cool closure mechanism, where the top closes like a blouse and the bottom is a wrap skirt. I paired it with a blazer to make it more professional, since it is a bit frilly or country looking for work. My one complaint is the material, which is synthetic, was staticy and clingy. Combined with the wrap closure and asymmetrical skirt, I was paranoid while wearing it that I might have a wardrobe malfunction.

This dress is a perfect example of why I never wear wrap dresses. Pretty print, nice silhouette, good fit... and then a very revealing skirt front. It almost feels like I’m wearing a really long top or a beach cover up. I would have to hold this dress closed in the wind or pretty much anytime I wasn’t standing still. If I was going to wear this to work, I would buy a long black slip to wear underneath it to prevent a wardrobe malfunction

Looks really cute, can be worn with boots or cute wedges.. the sleeves were super long though and I had to roll them up.

I got this to wear on a sunny day in TX which probably sounds insane but hear me out. I burn very easily and it's much more comfortable for me to cover up than to slather on the sunscreen. The fabric in this dress and the wrap style kept me cool yet safe from the sun. The only downside was the skirt blew open at the slightest little waft of a breeze so I had to wear some shorts underneath. Otherwise it was great and I would rent this again.

This is an easy dress to put on, light and airy. Sleeves too long and loose. But crazy bottom half design -- when you tie the sash, your leg is exposed all the way up to the top, and when you move, guess what else shows? This never made it out of my bedroom.

front slit is a bit challenging

Finally returning this one after a few months and a lot of wears! Perfect for work, going out after, brunch..usually wore with slouchy suede boots and it's hard to part with! So casual, breezy and cute

The dress fit well on my 5'10" size 6-8 frame. Yes, there was a gap up front but that made the dress more interesting and not so stuffy. I wore this dress for a memorial service and for Easter. Not sure if it was appropriate for work on my height with the slit.

Fit was good, definitely runs a little small so I am happy I got the large (specifically for the chest area).

Cute and comfortable dress. Wore it with black tights and ankle boots. Was hoping to wear without tights but it is pretty short in the front and slit opens up wide.

It was a little confusing to get on at first. I ended up wearing on a cold, sunny day with black leggings and tall black boots. It's got a pretty high cut and I pinned it.

Ordered this dress for a bridesmaid luncheon, and it is really cute to pull off the fall floral with booties. I will say that the photos do not show very well how the fabric has a polka dot pattern, which I don't love. The sleeves are a little long, and the skirt is a little short in the center (due to the wrap style). I'm short enough that the length isn't an issue for me.

The wrap isn't quite long enough so it is really short in the front and flies up in the wind.
