This dress is pretty and simple. I do suggest going up a size for back up, as the fabric has no stretch. It's great for any cup size and fitted throughout midsection.

This dress was slightly snug for a large, but still was cute, fun, and flattering.

I was looking for a conservative black dress for a work event, and this was perfect. I would recommend getting a larger size when ordering this dress. I usually wear a small, so I ordered a small with a medium as the back-up. I ended up wearing the medium for two reasons. One- the sleeves on the small were too high (between 3/4 sleeve and long sleeve- awkward length!) The sleeves on the medium came to my wrists. Two- the waistline on the small was high on me, it hit me right under the bust. On the medium, the waist hit me in a better place. The ties on the sleeves and back were cute, but the hanging strings from the sleeves were a little impractical and got in the way when I was washing my hands or reaching across the table. Overall I would recommend this dress to anyone looking for a basic, black dress for a conservative look to a formal event!

Dress material reminds me of a thin summer dress. Definitely either wear a tank underneath or a shawl to cover undergarments. Comfortable dress, true to size for the most part. Generally wear a M/L. 5'8, 36D. I wouldn't pay 90.00 for dress, however, cute to rent.

I rented this dress for my 1 year anniversary and absolutely loved it! It's a little sheer so I wore a black tank underneath. I'm 5'9" so I always worry about length and this was perfect for me! Overall great little black dress and I wish I could have bought it!!

At 5'10" this is too short for me to wear as a dress, but I love it as a top/tunic. It's very flattering and has lots of style!

Cute dress and fit for petite but holes in the back of the neckline the size of quarters and also on the side toward bottom. Still wore with black slip underneath. Not short for me but might be for the taller/longer legged.

The fit was great, I'm 5'5 and about 150lbs and felt that this was the perfect dress for me. I added a belt which made it really fun. The ties around the wrist did come undone a few times and was a bit annoying, but really liked the dress overall.

Would've wanted it a little larger had I known it was so small.

I had to wear a tank top underneath since it was too shear for work. Beautiful material. Nice length. Ties were very cute. Had several compliments. Though the gathered part didn't hit at my waist...made for a shorter torso body-type. I had to keep pulling the dress down to adjust.

The top half of the dress is see through. Needed it for a confirmation at church so I didn't see it.

This dress was much smaller than expected. I'm short-waisted, but the waist hit me around my rib cage -- too high. The length was mid-thigh (I'm 5'9") as opposed to the knee length shown on the model. The material is thin and crinkly and not very special. But if you are a small person living in a warmer climate, I think it might be cute and comfortable.

This was a replacement for my backup size that was unable to ship. Other than both dresses being black, I have no idea why this dress was selected as a backup. The dress I rented was form-fitting, fun, and warm. This dress was frumpy, ruffly, and looked like a boho summer funeral dress... I'm glad the dress I rented that was able to ship fit.
