Ok, these sleeves are everything. This is such a fun, unique dress and it’s also very comfortable so just a winner all around. It’s a loose, flowy fit that’s great for a big dinner or when you just want to look incredibly chic while staying comfy. It doesn’t look great if you’re moving around a bit - probably better suited for a cocktail party or dinner versus a night of dancing. Fabric was comfortable and breathable and fit was true to size. I did find it hard to style outside of tights + boots. I didn’t think it looked as good with bare legs so when I rent again it will be in fall/winter.

Fit: purposely oversized, roomy everywhere. Note that the sleeves are, by design, extremely long and meant to be worn open. Could probably size up or down a size without too much issue. I added a belt to give a little more structure. Fabric: It drapes and moves beautifully and feels substantial and luxe. Almost true black (ever-so-slightly lighter but still neutral). No wrinkling. Overall: wonderful rental - feels very modern. I liked the cut of the collar and sleeves. Feels like an ultra-cool button-down-shirt dress. I think this would work well for work, drinks with fashionable people, or the opening of an art gallery. (Or sitting at home on Zoom meetings, which is where I wore it!) I may have to rent this one again.

Really liked this dress. Oversized as it's supposed to be and very dramatic.

Just a little elevated and fun, with long sleeves. Unlined and thin fabric, could work for many seasons.

Wore this to a business conference in AZ. Loved it with knee high flat boots. Regardless of how hot it is outside, inside conventions are usually freezing. This was so comfortable and the ability to button the sleeves down when it got cold or unbutton them when it was warmer was great. The 10 was all that was available when I was renting, so I went for it. But definitely could have sized down.

I wasn’t sure if it would work but with over the knee suede boots. Yep. So good. I got called a “fashion plate” by an interior designer friend. That’s never happened. Elegant and yet very fashion forward in a good way. This is an effortless piece. I buttoned the neck to the top which I think is the way to pull this off but was a bit tight. I wore to a member party at a museum. I felt good.

I liked this number more on the model but still got a ton of compliments. I paired it with a waist belt to give it some shape because it is literally a drape. Probably wouldn’t rent again but was a cute mix up from regular dresses

The dress is purposely oversized and largely shapeless, so I opted for a belt. The buttons however... if I buttoned to the top would land really high and ultra-conservative. Leaving the top button undone, however, made the dress slip down my shoulders and the collar not popping. Lots of fabric to distribute when belted. Otherwise, the back side was out like a victorian lady.

I was initially unsure of how I liked this dress. I'm pretty short, so it doesn't fit like the model. Once I belted it with a wide obi belt I liked it a lot more! Wore it to a Galentines day party and received lots of complements.

I wore this for more everyday. Wasn’t to most comfortable, loved to style but the long sleeves got I. The way a lot especially sitting.

Loved this dress but the inside armpit seam hurt both of my underarm area. I needed to wear a tee shirt or long sleeve to protect my arms. Ouch

Versatile. Wear a boots, tights and heels, etc etc. I wore in a formal fashion to church, but could also give it a more edgy look if that's what you're looking for. Side beautiful fabric.

I felt operatic running around with the over sized black cape sleeves. It is hard to miss!

Bummed I didn't get a photo! Fabulous, chic. Loved everything about it and tons of compliments. As a practical matter - the sleeves unbutton to the shoulder so you can show some arm or get your arms into a coat if needed.

Eye comfortable and versatile. Wore once with heels and once with tennis shoes. Will definitely rent again!

I wore it out and about in Paris and at a conference in Munich, belted and unbelted, beautiful material, would rent again.

I work this on a couple occasions. One to a themed movie event and the other to see a musical at the city perform arts theater. Can be dressed up or down. It was warmer in Vegas so I had the sleeves unbuttoned and it was very comfortable with the fabric and how flowy it is. I could have sized down but this was the only size available and it worked out just fine.

Originally I didn't think I would like it...but I grew on me. Very well made and stylish.

I wore this to a bougie afternoon tea and a evening work party with knee high boots, and stayed comfy all day long...while eating and drinking whatever my heart desired with no visible pooch. LOVE!

Absolutely beautiful when you're standing still. Felt regal. When I got in/out of the car, picked up a kid, or tried to hug someone, the sleeves feel ridiculous! I did get one Batman comment, which was unfortunate. Choose the occasion mindfully with this one.

I ordered this in my first shipment, only to realize that I really didn't have anything to wear it to this month. Live and learn. It's really fun, as well as comfy. I might have been able to size down, although this looked good on me as is. Wish I had something to wear it to, and if it's still available next fall/winter, I'd rent it again.
