This coat was more beautiful than I expected. Loved the pearl details on the shoulder. Was not a heavy coat but worked great for a colder week in Florida. Understand the price as this is well made and so comfortable. I may rent again and purchase I loved it so much.

I love this coat! Soft, quality, mid-weight fabric that's just slightly thick enough to keep me warm on breezy spring/fall days. The pattern is more buffalo check than gingham and it definitely feels like a city coat. I didn't spot the pearl embellishments on the sleeves until I opened the RTR bag and thought I'd hate them, but they are subtle enough just to add interest. You can dress this up or down and it's a good one for shorter girls who want to try the oversized coat trend without looking like they're drowning in fabric.

I wore this without the belt and loved it. It isn't super warm so it's great for transitional months or with layers underneath. The shape itself is boxy so size down if you want something closer to the body.

Very nice over-size coat to instant up your style. It's quite thin not ideal for winter lower than 50F. Material is okay, not luxurious or high-end but I still like the style a lot. The pearls on the sleeves are nice touch.

This jacket is pretty special! The bubble sleeves make it really high fashion, while being able to wear it day/night! The pearl detail gives it that feminine touch, while also being unique and edgy! The fit runs a little large for the sizing but it is an oversized type of fit, so it works!

I had high hopes but this ended up being okay. Doesn't look good with pants, at least on me, agree with one of the earlier review, looks better with short dress.

This was OK but wouldn't rent again. Wore it without the belt because it felt too fussy with belt. It is pretty light and not very structured. Love the look others wore with a black dress so would consider renting again in warmer weather.

I usually wear a Small but the XS fit just right.

I rented this coat because I felt the silhouette was super cool- it definitely it! However, I am an hourglass figure, so this silhouette didn't show as well on me as it would in somebody with less booty/hips. It was a fun change to a typical work blazer though, and the pearled shoulders are the best!

I didn’t end up wearing this. I got an xsmall and it still felt big and oddly fitting. Thought I would love it but just okay

The pearl on the sleeves made this coat wonderful for work. Loved the fabric and unique pearls on the coat. Looked great with black pants or navy pants.

This is a great jacket. It is a light flannel type material, not too warm but definitely not a summer weight. My outfit was all RTR. I wore it close to what is shown, with the Cinq a Sept Black Lida Pants and a Nicole Miller black silk blouse. The pearl detail on the sleeves complemented the round button trim on the sides of the pant. The jacket is super comfortable and looks great with slim pants. The only thing that was a little annoying was no closures for the jacket, and using the enclosed tie belt didn't necessarily keep the jacket closed, I had to keep adjusting it. But all in all, an elegant, great jacket.

I expected this to be a bit more structured of a material, it turned out to be more casual and a faded black. Really cute though.

This was adorable on the hanger, but when I put it on my body, the placement of the pearls and gatherings on my arms made me look like a linebacker.

I loved the style of this coat. The pattern is definitely navy and white, not black FYI. I was expecting it to be a much thicker coat but it is more of a light jacket for fall. May rent again in the future when it's warmer out.

This is a boxy style jacket, which swallowed my 5'4" frame. It was cute and I did receive compliments on it but I didn't feel "great" in the jacket. I think it would look better on someone that is a little taller. Also, this is NAVY (not black) checked. Would look great with jeans or navy dress pants.

This was just ok.

I rented this because I thought the sleeves were going to be wider and puffy...note that the sleeves are not puffy like pictured. The fabric was also different than what I thought - more of a wooly fabric vs. crisp smooth fabric. Also I didn't realize there were these pearls on the shoulders. Totally missed it from the pictures and wouldn't have rented if I knew. Just not my style
