Short!
This dress is awesome - great cut and fabric, but it is short! The 10 fit my 4ft7in 11 year old perfectly through the body, but was a good five inches above her knee.

Too small
I rented a Size 10 for my 9 year old daughter. It was way too short. Dress hit at the upper thigh. Otherwise very cute dress, but don't rent unless your daughter is petite.
