I loved this top and wore it to a party with black pants and a white blazer. Very fitted and makes your waist look great. The off the shoulder cut elevates it from basic black.

Loved this. But note that it’s very short and i had to tuck it in for it to work. also it was a bit scratchy fabric- not super breathable. but great for work!

This is such a versatile top. I like that it can be paired with shirts for a not so formal vibe then paired with pants for a posh night out. I wore this for a stroll at the mall and got complimented a lot. The top's material is not all cotton and it has a stretch to it.

Loved this- super sleek, looked good for work and weekend dinner. It runs small though, I wish I had gotten a small or even medium. Had to wear high waist pants. Would rent again though

Love this elevated basic. It has a stiffer feel and holds it structure really well. With high waisted jeans I was able to slightly tuck it in. Its really versatile too. I’d wear this to work, dinner, or a party with a skirt. This size fit me perfectly.

I wore this for a new work headshot, which it worked great since it was a little interesting. However, the functionality of this top if you were trying to wear it out, would get annoying. It moves around a lot when you move your arms so you spend time adjusting the top part to lay right.

This was a really flattering shirt but it was hard to love my arms in it so it could be uncomfortable to wear it for a long period of time.

This off the shoulder shirt is absolutely gorgeous… but the material is a little itchy and not moving with my body..

The top was very short. I also didn’t care for how it laid…felt like I was wearing a bag.

If I don't purchase this top then I will definitely rent again and again. It is a great quality and very easy to wear. The top is perfect for dressing up or down and the neckline is unique. I did not find the shoulders uncomfy. It fits true to size as well!

beautiful structure and fit, elevates any outfit effortlessly. the material is like a thick structured expensive feel. The arm holes are fitted and with the off the shoulder draping, the shirt raises up if you move your arms around. Casual enough to wear with jeans or dress up a fancier outfit

Loved this take on a basic black top. The length hit right at the top of my jeans, which is ideal for petite girls. A must rent for date night.

I wore this 3 times and could wear many more times. I considered buying this. It's "just" a black top but with a chic/elevated twist. It can be dressed up or worn with jeans, but looks really pulled together. I wore in on date night, to a daytime birthday party and to a evening event - all with a different bottom to reflect the vibe of the event.

Pro- Love the cut. Very flattering. Is pretty cropped but great w high waisted pants. Con- The fabric is a synthetic crepe.. won’t wrinkle. May not be for everyone.. it’s not my fave, but the cut and fit are so good it’s fine. Especially in black.

I've seen this top on the Modern Citizen website so I was thrilled it was offered on RTR. Wore it and received so many compliments I had to buy it. The asymmetrical neckline stays on the shoulder, making it appropriate for work. With a little rearranging it can easily go to evening.

Lovely top that works for the office (better with a blazer since it shows shoulder) and then transitions to a chic but classy date night top. Big fan.
