I had reserved sizes 38, and 40. Unfortunately, the person who rented this dress before me damaged the 38... I still wanted it for our family pictures, so I rented the 40 and a different dress as a back up. The dress was so beautiful and everything I was wanting for our family pictures. The 40 was a little loose and I would have been happier with the 38.

Drop waist styles can be tricky, but this dress hit perfectly low on the waist with the flared skirt. The neckline is more of a boat neck and the white material is a bit revealing so a simple tan strapless bra is necessary. It fits tighter on top through the arms, but that compliments the flared skirt and looser shape from the hips down. Don't plan on doing any kind of presenting in this though, the sleeves constrict your arm movement. Overall, a huge hit. I had friends who thought I owned it asking to borrow it - they were excited when I told them they could rent it!

I normally wear a 46, but after reading the reviews I decided to grab a 44. Honestly though, I think I could have done a 42. I wore our after-thanksgiving engagement party. Definitely forgiving-especially right after an indulgent holiday! The material is a little thicker than what I anticipated, so maybe not ideal for early Fall/late Spring and Summer.

I wore this dress just last week to A wedding in the garden. I am 16 weeks pregnant women, it fits me perfectly and it has very nice and elegant look to it. I luv it ..and I was able to rent it for half price because the other dress as my first pick did not fit me well.

This dress was so pretty and looked good on only you couldn't move much in it, at least if you are curvy like me. I did get tons of compliments but felt a little awkward in it. It's true to size bc if you go up it looks really baggy.

The dress is thick, therefore not suitable for a very hot summer day. The waist is a bit loose, and drops down lower than most styles. The fit works well for lean and slender girls.

I ordered this dress as a backup for my sister's college graduation. My size wasn't in stock so I ordered a size smaller (a 4) and it didn't fit. Fortunately it fit my sister; she was obsessed! She received compliments all day. I'll definitely order this again!

Unfortunately they only had one size when I went to rent the dress, and so it was a little large, but its not meant to be a form fitting dress so it was fine. Great dress. Once again felt like Kate Middleton. It worked amazing for the professional conference environment. The only thing is the material holds on to your sweat, so definitely will need some perfume to spritz at least once during the day or before going out at night. Great length. Just above knees. Flattering with the drop waist.

I loved the material, the shape, everything! If it hadn't been at least 2-3 sizes too big. I ordered the 46 (site said US size 8) and I should have worn a 4. I was REALLY BUMMED I couldn't wear it. I would recommend sizing down at least 2.

The fitting is a bit weird - 42 was too large for me but 40 was a bit tight. The chest/Upper arm areas are especially tight so don't recommend if you need extra room around shoulder.

This dress is darling, but it was way too big. I'm usually a size 4, but it was way too big. The website recommends ordering a size up for the backup size, but I wish I had ordered the smaller size. I was hoping to wear it to Easter festivities this weekend, but it doesn't fit.

Loved the dress, very classic looking and well made....looks like a very expensive St. John dress. I ended up wearing the size 40 as I found the dress overall ran slightly large -- although I do agree with the other reviews, the arms run a little small which can make for a tricky fit if you have broad shoulders or larger arms. My only complaints....I am 5'3" and the dress was very long on me, hitting me at the knees. This also made the drop waist look a little funny as it fell much lower than it would on a taller person. Overall it's a beautiful dress, would just recommend it for someone who is slightly taller with a slender build

This dress is not meant to be skin tight so order your true size and it will fit.

This dress is incredibly versatile and fun. I channeled Coco and wore it to a 1920's themed party. I got so many compliments and stood out among a crowd of flappers. Only minuses are that it was really short on me even though I'm not that tall and that the fabric isn't breathable, so I was hot after a few minutes in the sun.
