Ordered a size 8 because 6 was not available. Fit perfect, I think the 6 might have been too tight. Skirt is stretchy and top is silk. Extremely comfortable. I chose to pair with black accents to bring a little sleekness to it. Great for a any occasion.

Previous descriptions of this dress were right on the mark--the bodice of the dress/sleeves fit snuggly. so I ordered a size up and it fit perfectly. The skirt part of the dress was tasteful and not too tight. It's a stunning dress if you have curves but highly recommend you order a size up if you have broad shoulders like myself. I loved this dress and had no issues with it the entire evening. I would also highly endorse the rose gold petal necklace that RTR recommends for the dress. It was the perfect amount of sparkle for the dress. I wore my hair in a chignon with no earrings and it looked perfect.

I wore this dress for the ceremony portion of my cousin's wedding in New Jersey. I wore black heels, red lipstick, and felt so dressed up! This dress was gorgeous and so incredibly comfortable. It fit great, which is rare these days. The material was so soft and I just felt as though I was wearing pajamas. I want to OWN this dress! PROS Comfortable Well-made Breathes well, even in 95 degree heat. CONS None - great dress, great fit. If you have anything but a flat stomach, wear spanx. It hugs the body. Tips: Wear Spanx, to avoid unsightly underwear. This dress really speaks for itself so simple heels and makeup/hair is the way to go.

Great fit- a little tight on the top but I got a size bigger than i usually am just in case and ended up wearing that one!

I ordered a 38 and 40, and I wore the 40 here. Fits great...bottom has stretch while top is looser. Definitely room for give and take in sizes. You really need proper undergarmets on the bottom. The fabric is thick, but it shows every line. Probably works best with spanx-style bottoms, but you need something the same length as the dress. Mine were about two-inches shorter than the dress hem, and you could see the lines on my thighs.

I rented this dress for an outdoor country club wedding. The fabric on top is rich and the skirt part is a think jersey, so it's dressy but comfortable and laid back. The dress is long, but is still form fitting so no worries, you'll definitely be sexy! The colour is gorgeous too - that's what most people complimented. I paired the dress with gold-detailed accessories and pretty flashy shoes. This dress is a clear winner for a special event!

I loved this dress! It is extremely sophisticated and beautiful in person. It does run a little small, I ended up wearing one size up; so I would recommend sizing up for your backup size. This dress is very comfortable also, the bottom of the dress has a lot of stretch and there is room in the bust! It does come with a black detachable belt; however I also really liked the dress without the belt! I would definitely recommend this dress!

Loved this dress! However, I think the size four was a little big because it got baggier on me by the end of the night. I would've liked it to be more form fitting. I think a size smaller (which was unavailable) would've been my best bet! Overall, loved it! Paired with a black stiletto. Also, I wore it in 95 degree heat and was fine! Light and comfortable!

I rented this dress for a Catholic wedding in March. I wanted something that was demure enough to wear at a Catholic Church but trendy and chic enough for a wedding. Although this was not my original choice (what I wanted wasn't available for my date), I was satisfied with my choice. I liked the two layers on top. I was afraid the top was just loose on its own but having the under layer that was the same fabric as the skirt portion helped me feel comfortable. The bottom half is more of a jersey material but it helped make the dress comfortable to wear. I agree that the bottom material is revealing as you could see the crease from my slip. I thought the dress would be longer as is pictured. I needed to cover up a recent bruise on my knee but the dress fell above my knee. That was a disappointment for me, especially since I had it in my mind that I needed a longer dress for the Catholic Church (I'm not Catholic so I didn't want to take any chances). Overall, I received great compliments on the dress, which I paired with a snake-skin multi-color peep-toe. The color was a pale pink, which I appreciated because it made it versatile for me. I was even happier that the size 46 that I received as a back up felt too big for my shape.

I rented this dress for a cocktail party and it was great, except that it is REALLY tight in the chest. I am a 36C and in order to fit this dress comfortably I ended up wearing a bra that flattens me out a bit, no push up, no underwire. I almost had to wear a sports bra. The arms are quite snug also, found myself being very aware of not raising my arms too far as I was afraid I may pull it. All was well in the end, but I don't like having to give my outfit that much of my attention. I added my favorite rose gold belt since I didn't have a statement necklace to make it pop. I definitely suggest renting one. I guess I could have just wore the backup dress, but it wasn't very flattering on me, so I made it work.

It's a very elegant dress, I can see the Dutchess in it and that's why I rent it. HIgh waist totally flattered my curve, but be prepared not to go all out to drink and eat if you are in that dress =p!

I didn't end up wearing it. The wedding was on grass and this is not the dress for flats, plus it 95 degrees and this is not a dress for hot weather. I wasn't crazy about the fit of the skirt, it needed to be a little more fitted or less fitted or I need a flatter tummy and bigger butt. This might be helped with Spanx. The skirt also creased significantly and I only tried it on. I imagine it would be even more if worn. It's certainly not a show-stopping dress, but it's pretty. The color is light tan. It may need a belt and definitely strong accessories. The back is very pretty, but make sure you have someone on hand to help with the button!

I'm curvy and this skirt was just sexy enough while staying demure to where to my office and then a networking cocktail after. Adding a belt makes it a bit more casual, but if you're going for full oomph, would recommend no accessories. Perfect for Spring events!

This dress is very "Princess Kate"! I needed a conservative dress for an evening wedding....but didn't want to be frumpy. This was the perfect dress - the opening in the back and fitted skirt was very flattering. I would highly recommend this dress!

It fit true to size (according to the RTR sizing chart). It's a beautiful neutral bush color and a super comfortable, stretchy (and fitted) material. I wore it with black peep-toe pumps and a statement necklace. I received compliments left and right and women even asked where I got the dress from. It's simple and elegant. I wore it for my son's baptism and reception.

I loved the shape of the dress. It is flattering for slender body types. It may be too loose up top to accentuate a curvier shape. The 38 was on the large side of "true to size." I wear 0-2 normally and it could have been slightly more snug around the hips to show more shape. It was more loose on me than the model. the arms are also slightly long for petites, but not too noticeably.

I tried this dress on for an At Home Try On, but did not go with the dress because the dress is more casual than it spears in photographs. The pencil skirt portion of the dress is made of a spandex cotton blend and is accommodating to many shapes and sizes, but be prepared with some shapewear if you need it!

The top fits well, but the bottom was a bit snug because the fabric is a jersey and very fitted. Still, I got tons of compliments.

This dress was so unusual and beautiful, I instantly fell in love with it. The color is indescribable: somewhere between a nude-pink with a hint of dusty-apricot mixed in--it looked perfect paired with red stiletto sandals (such a simple dress really does call for a pair of conversation-piece shoes.) The fit is impeccable, quite conservative in the front with a simple, pretty detail in the back--oh and speaking of the back, this dress does wonders for the rear-end! Full disclosure: I did not end up wearing this dress (I wore instead my backup rental which was the Trina Turk St. John--more appropriate for a night of running around at top speed.)

i really liked this dress. It was very simple with clean lines and high-end fabric. I thought that it has a great fit. I put a belt with the dress and great jewelry. The color was flattering and not muddy or greenish like some nude colored clothing. This dress could be worn to a wedding, a date, or to a work occasion.

The dress is very fitted at the hips and stomach area so spanx are a must. The top had a little to much material in the back so it hung a little weird. If you have large breast such as myself it's not the most flattering. Because of the style of the dress it makes you look even more big up top. The material was pretty and it was peachy mauve in color.

This dress is beautiful and classy. Great for work, dinner out, weddings, anything. I liked the nude color but I wish it has more of the blush tone that it seems to have online. It did seem like this dress ran small especially in the arms. The bottom was stretchy and has a great length.

I was not impressed with the fabric on the bottom of this dress although the top is pretty. Color is a little bit darker than in photo. Unfortunately I wound up returning it and did not wear because it just looked kind of cheap. It does run a little bit large. I am usually a 0 or 2 and the size 38 would have fit.

This dress did not work for me at all, I have relatively broad shoulders and bigger arms then most maybe. I found the arms to be uncomfortably tight especially considering I found the rest of the dress to be way too big on me. The color did wash me out which I was worried about.
