The 42 hung a bit too loosely on the body, but the 40 would have been a bit too snug. It's as if Moschino decided to go every other size....a "41" would have been perfect for me. If you rent this dress, be prepared to cinch the belt continuously as it loosens every time you sit down. No slit in back makes it difficult to take long strides. But, you can't go wrong in this dress. It was perfect for my daughter's First Communion and was clearly a beautiful well-made couture piece. Moschino paid attention to detail on this simple yet elegant dress.

Beautifully made; the belt wasn't received with the dress, but the great folks at RTR shipped it out so that I could wear this stunning piece. So many compliments and TWO separate people made the Jackie Kennedy reference. I loved it. A little large, but this was my first time with Italian sizing.

This is a very classy dress. The second I put it on, my inner Jackie O. came out! It looked a little more form fitting than it is. It definitely runs true to size, so the dress I ordered was a little big on me. The matching belt looks super cute in the pic, but it wasn't shipped with my dress.

this is one of my favorite rentals from RTR. I wore it to a meeting at work. It has lovely details such as being fully lined and made from high quality fabric. It did not include the belt which did not take away from the dress. It was a little large but it still fit very well. I love the conservative length on the dress as well.

I rented this dress for a formal, but daytime luncheon and received more compliments than I have ever gotten. It looks like a very simple dress but the fabric is SO gorgeous, incredibly well made and just looks expensive. The belt is a must so make sure that it arrives with your dress. Wore it with red patent pumps and clutch just to kick it up a little and looked great. Loved it, wish I could have kept it!

Wore this to a fundraising function that was conservative. Dress fit perfectly. Great color and liked the longer length. Only glich was that they forgot to send the belt. Wasn't an issue. They sent one via Fedex me in time.

Most RTR dresses are very high quality with thicker fabric than you find elsewhere. On this dress, it was a bit thinner. With the light color, I would've needed Spanx because you could see anything that wasn't perfectly smooth... It was a little too tight in the hip/butt area. I rented a 2 but probably needed a 4 to make it look more appropriate

I usually wear a 10 I was swimming in this. I also did not receive the belt. I tried to make this work with my own belt but it was much too large. I recommend wearing a size down. I wish I could've worn this!

I rented this for an afternoon baby shower - it was perfect. The fabric is a finely woven wool and oozes quality. It has some stretch and I found that wearing high-top pantyhose ensured I had a smooth line as it's fairly clingy. Mine was not sent with the belt, but I didn't find it necessary. It does wrinkle, but I was upright for most of the event, so it didn't impact me much. I paired it with nude patent heels. This dress is exactly what I imagine when I think of a classic, conservative sheath for a daytime affair.

The dress is great...very fitted and with flattering lines. It fit me below the knee, but still looked nice. However, the dress did not arrive with the belt, and you need the belt because the loops on each side stand out without one. It looks like several other people had the same issue, and I wish I had known so I could have requested for the belt to be included.

depending on the designer, i go from 4, 6, 8. this one you have really have to try the brand in a store to get the correct size - the dress and design are nice but in the wrong size, i won't look right. I had to use safety pins to make it work.
