First time in New York! Rented this coat bc I'm from Houston, Tx and I needed warmth. I was warm all day even when it snowed and I loved the fur lining on the hood. Definitely will rent this one again.

It's been super cold lately and this jacket is fierce! It's super warm for one article of clothing. Love it's power but the cut could've been a little better and more snug for my petite frame. Otherwise pretty good especially warm for winter!

So I thought this would be a good winter jacket, I primarily wear black and the description of this jacket is black but it is definitely dark brown. Hard to tell unless you're wearing it with black but it's brown. Also the arms are super tight making it hard to wear a sweater under it. I wouldn't rent this again.

Warm Jacket, decent quality.

Love this jacket! Rented for a trip to MI. Even though it is short it kept me super warm in the snow. Fleece on the wrists inside the sleeves and fleece-lined pockets are really soft and warm. The hood unzips off. I've worn it with and without the hood and it's nice both ways. The sleeves aren't too tight so they allow a little room for layers. Will rent again and possibly purchase!

Perfect for going on a boat in the wintertime. Fit was forgiving enough to put layers inside but still cinched at the waist to give shape. Would rent again for cabin trip.

This is great for snow days and extra cold days. keeps me nice and warm, hoodie is detachable. The small fit me nicely with some room for other layers underneath. I believe the medium would have been ok too for heavier layers. glad i did not get the xs.

This jacket was snug and short. I rented for a ski weekend, but actually didn't get cold enough to wear it. If it was cold, I definitely would've worn it! The large was really tight on the arms, I think it is meant to keep you extra warm, but kinda made it hard to move around. I just tried it on though so maybe it would give if worn a little more. The one I got still had tags on.

Very warm. Nice material, feels soft. I love the pockets. The zipper for the detachable hood constantly fell off, I don't know if it was just this jacket or is a defect. Really annoying. I didn't wear the hood with it, which defeated the purpose of renting it.
