I had a gala event at the Met Opera, and this dress was the perfect length and formality!
As a busty lady, the fit around the bust was great: sung, not tight, and held everything in one place. I was not wearing heels, so the dress skimmed the ground, but I liked that better. You will definitely need an extra pair of hand (or two) to help with the zipper, it's very temperamental!

This dress was amazing! Beautiful color and fit, made me feel glamorous!
This was a real winner for me. It gave me a nice shape while still having volume. It was surprisingly comfortable too! Made me feel confident enough to go strapless especially bc there's built in support. I wasn't doing the "strapless shimmy" at all, it stayed up on it's own without any sign of wardrobe malfunctions. It's tea length which was perfect for the outdoor wedding I attended (I wore flats and the bottom did not get dirty). I usually wear either an 18 or 16 and the 16 in this fit perfectly.

I went to my friends semi-formal wedding in Felton, CA. I got so many compliments on the dress!
It was longer than expected. I thought it would be tea length but it was pretty much full length. The picture makes it look darker than it really is.

Felt like a princess at black-tie event
A needed a dress for a black-tie gala for work, so I went to Flatiron location to actually try on dresses. The stylist was fantastic and worked to find me a dress I absolutely loved. I was so excited to get this dress and show off the night of the event. And it actually turned out better than I could've ever imagined. The color was absolutely gorgeous--more of a dark emerald or dark teal than it looks on the site. I received so many compliments and everyone asked me where I found such a beautiful dress. It was also very comfortable and ran a bit large, so I'm glad I got the smaller size too. All night I felt like a princess. Thanks RTR!!

This was the best dress for a matron of honor ever! I could be on the go and wore it all day!
The fit was true to size. It had pockets, a built in bra, and I did not have to wear spanx! The color was beautiful. I received compliments all night. It was the best!

Such a fun dress and color!
This dress was my backup dress that RTR overnighted to me. My original dress was another Monique Lhuillier in a size 16. That particular dress felt a tad too tight, so I felt like a 16w or 14w in this dress would have worked for me. They did not have a 14w available so this dress was a 16w. It felt loose on top (definitely a big difference between 16 and 16w). I'm not that well endowed, so I wore two bras to "fill it in" and a belt to kinda tuck me in. Worked well though, I was very comfortable! Also, this is supposed to be a tea length dress, I'm a short 5'2" and even with 1.5-2" heels, it was still pretty much floor length on me. Still loved it! I received so many compliments and had a wonderful first experience with RTR! Though it was my backup dress, I really happy I ended up with it. I fell in love with it! :)

I felt beautiful!
The dress was gorgeous! I felt really pretty and I got a lot of complaints both that night and after on FB. Only issues with the dress were that a "tea length" dress for anyone 5'2" or shorter is a full length gown and I didn't know that. It was ok, it was fun to wear and it twirled and spun like dresses when you were a kid! Also, the sizes must run just slightly small because I was about a half inch away from fitting into my first size. I fit pretty well into my back up size, but it meant it was a little looser in the bust, still wasn't in any danger of "falling out"! Great dress for a more formal wedding!!! Loved it!!!

The theme was country club mermaid and RTR helped me match perfectly!
LOVED it. I didn't need a bra, the interior support was amazing. I did need help getting in and out of it; it's a two person gig. The only negative comment was this was a Maryland end of summer outdoor wedding and the lining/tuelle didn't breathe very much so I was constantly seeking shade or a room with AC. But people were totally in love with it! It was a lot of fun, and matched the necklace perfectly! <3

Gorgeous color!
I almost squealed when I saw this pop up in my queue, I had to try it! I got a 16 bc this version in non-plus was said to run small, though I am normally anywhere from a 12-16. The color was just stunning and there were layers upon layers of fabric, though it felt very lightweight. The bodice is fitted and sculpted enough to forego a bra. The length was a bit tricky and bodice was large, so I skipped on it. It also read a little "prom" to me and wasn't quite right for my occasion. I would definitely recommend it, and think you should size down.
